29/05/2025: Great campsite. Off-season, if you want a cozy getaway.

29/05/2025: We have been visiting this campsite as a family with our dog for years, even though the pitches don't have hedges separating them like other 5* sites. Pitches range in size from very small to very large. Sanitary facilities are clean. When booking, you receive information about the dog rules, which we, of course, adhere to. The pointless discussion about the dog fence being prohibited 15cm behind the motorhome is ridiculous. Firstly, this isn't stated in the dog rules. We, of course, maintain the 50cm distance. If the fence is directly against the motorhome, the hatches for the toilet, water, and storage area no longer open. Likewise, strong winds could leave scratches on the structure. These annual pointless discussions spoil the atmosphere. On the other hand, guests are allowed to park their cars directly next to the road without any clearance. The enormous vehicles with loud lawnmowers and tractors also create a construction site feel. All in all, I no longer recommend it.

01/07/2025: I have been to this restaurant for a wedding and it was truly a wonderful discovery. The place is enchanting, a breathtaking view as I think you can also see from the attached photos. The service was excellent. The dishes were good, maybe not exceptional, but still nothing to say. Excellent wine served too. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area, even if I don't know how it normally works, not in a private event I mean, since the place was completely at the disposal of the newlyweds and their guests.

26/06/2025: We took two menus for €15 (which actually cost €17 because the service is not included here but costs €2). We had gone for the spit but it was finished. I asked the waitress if instead of the first course she could include any side dish in the menu, a salad would also have been fine. In fact, I received a small salad instead of the first course and the chicken breast with tomatoes. The surprise was at the cashier. I was charged for the full menu even though I had not eaten the first course and I was also charged for the salad I had requested instead of the first course. Even though I pointed out to the cashier that this variation had been agreed with the waitress and that I had not eaten the first course, I still had to pay the difference. It's not so much for the few €, but if I ask for a variation to the menu, you can't tell me that it can be done by including it in the menu and then make me pay for it on the house. There were few people for lunch but the service was extremely slow, despite the simplicity of the dishes. I won't go back and I don't recommend it. In addition to the owner's response, I'm sorry that you don't accept negative reviews, they would be a good opportunity for improvement and growth for you and the restaurant. I repeat again: it would have been enough for the waitress to clearly state that the requested change would be calculated as an extra to the menu. Having said that, I also work in the restaurant business and I know the cooking and service times very well. In my opinion, I waited a long time and even the couple sitting next to me had to ask for the cut, but it remains my opinion. Don't take it personally, good continuation.

11/06/2025: Restaurant always full at noon for truck drivers and workers. On Sundays the same full because you eat well at competitive prices. Very roomy and with 2 convenient parking lots.

12/06/2025: We went to this restaurant for a business lunch. We had the Chianina, the tagliata and some first courses. It was all delicious. Good selection of wines and reasonable prices. Excellent and sunny service

11/06/2025: Excellent. I went for lunch. The place is not elegant or trendy, but absolutely comfortable, also thanks to the parking in front. The menu is extensive but not dispersive, alternating specialties and creations from the kitchen. The average price per dish is 15 euros to which you add the good white and sparkling house wine. I tried the creamed cod with polenta in the photo: creamy and delicate. I found the truffle tartare abundant and excellently accompanied with mustard. I did not try the desserts. Next time I hope to try the boiled meat or the bigoli with donkey ragù.

04/05/2025: Ci siamo stati giusto l'altra sera. E visto le temperature miti abbiamo approfittato dei tavolini messi fuori del locale. Devo dire che ho mangiato veramente "LA PIZZA" e nn una pizza!! Impasto nuvoloso, leggero e fragrante. Con ingredienti di qualità e in buona quantità, il tutto accompagnato da jna birra della loro selezione che merita pure quella. Personale gentile, disponibile e pronto a soddisfare le varie richieste. Come pure il titolare che è disponibile e premuroso con i clienti. I prezzi sono nella media, considerando la qualità del prodotto....e ripeto da hugo si mangia "LA PIZZA" vera e propria

02/07/2025: We went for lunch on a Sunday, we ate outside on the terrace at the entrance. We ate very well, the staff was friendly.

13/07/2025: It's next to the gas station, and the pizzeria has a slightly old-fashioned feel that might not make you open the door. The pizzas are excellent! We tried the Capricciosa, the Burrata, the Sfiziosa, and the Via Vai. Thin crust and well-filled.

12/07/2025: Really lovely restaurant beside our campsite La Rocca it'd not lake view but its alot less expensive than other similar restaurant. I got a beautiful home-made tagliatelle pasta Lovely staff v kind to our 2 girls. Husbands steak was excellent 👌
