31/03/2025: The location is simply BEAUTIFUL. The garden is the first business card that already makes you understand a lot about the location... you experience a bit of an almost wedding atmosphere. The food and wine list is limited but complete... the thing that surprised me most is the large number of staff in the dining room, yet no one went by chance or created confusion in the service, which is very rare. I paid a little more than I expected, but I justify it by the quality of the raw material. I'll be back 😊

It's a shame that they raised prices again compared to two weeks ago (and also compared to 1 year ago), and having thought of offering this pleasant experience to friends we found ourselves paying as if we were at an à la carte restaurant (with the choice of 1 wine of each type).

30/03/2025: There were 8 of us, we took 3 appetizers, paid 8 euros each, consisting of 6 slices of cold cuts, so poor that we mistook it for an appetizer for 1 person.... the first courses were mediocre, the taste of the ragù was always the same regardless of whether one had taken duck or beef. The skewer was good, that's why I give 3 stars to the food. Service practically non-existent: we had to chase the waiters to ask for other appetizers.

22/03/2025: I have been going to this hotel-restaurant since I was little and although lately I go mainly for the restaurant, the quality has always remained excellent. Tasty and well prepared dishes, with a service that is always kind and welcoming. A place that always maintains high standards and that I highly recommend!

19/04/2025: We were 3 women, an old mother and two daughters. Quite quiet environment, everyone very kind, food with a wide choice, excellent and large portions. Stupendous desserts. All extremely digestible. Very happy we will return, as a trio of "maranteghe", also soon.

21/04/2025: Easter and Easter Monday weekend dedicated to relaxation! Hotel in a central location, spotlessly clean, warm, comfortable room and terrace overlooking the adjacent mountains! Rich breakfast, buffet and abundant dinner. Mr Carlo is an exquisite person and always smiling, including his family and staff. I would happily return!

12/04/2025: We have chosen this place because the one we wanted to take was reserved for that night. How unfortunate it was... What we had here was a surreal culinary experience, to say the least. We ordered 2 antipasti for the 3 of us: - the liver pate was okay, I guess, but certainly not good. - the baked artichoke was by far the worst and saddest dish I've ever had the misfortune to have. Also, both dishes looked absolutely bland and horrible, zero taste on serving whatsoever. The artichoke was nothing else: 2 artichokes sitting on a plate. The liver pate looked like a block of cat/dog food next to three slices of bread. After this horrible start we continued with main courses: - my friends had gnocchi (pomodoro and ragu), neither of them were impressed. - I had ragu Bolognese with tagliatelle. Very small amount of otherwise tasty ragu for what seemed to be supermarket quality pasta. Once again the serving was absolutely horrible. I've eaten microwaved quick meals that looked - and honestly tasted - better. Atmosphere is also weird. People who served us were kind, but nothing redeemed the horrible kitchen. At least it was not even cheap. 12€ for the two artichokes is so blasphemous it demands its own reward of some sorts. Avoid at all costs!

01/03/2025: A truly beautiful place, where you eat very well and whose memory remains with you. It is the heir to the Val Biois hotel in Vallada Agordina where, already fifty or sixty years ago, we went to eat endless tastings of first courses. The other things are also very good. Surprising dishes, revival of ancient flavors of a deep Veneto…

30/11/2024: Da Gerry un cena indimenticabile. La struttura è molto bella ed elegante e si respira un'area sobria e raffinata. Un arredo classico e curato nei particolari impreziosisce la sala ristorante. La mise en plas è classica, garbata e signorile: tovagliato a nido d'ape in fiandra bianca, posateria stile inglese e scintillanti bicchieri in cristallo riflettono il passaggio distinto e professionale dei camerieri che con garbo e cortesia coccolano i commensali. L'ambiente esterno è suggestivo, accogliente e galante, impreziosito, in questo periodo, dal foliage di splendidi tigli ed edere rampicanti. Un posto unico da esplorare dove la cucina ricercata, che voalorizza le eccellenze del territorio, lo rende esclusivo dove vivere un'esperienza sensoriale è una certezza.
