Generous and tasty portions!
Besides the traditional torta al testo, I always order the chicken steak... it's phenomenal!

Extensive menu, friendly staff, and quick service. The traditional Umbrian torta al testo is a must-try, as it's not a dessert but a bread/crescia.

It's true that it's cheap, but if I had to rate the arrogance of the guy behind the counter, I'd definitely give it one star. The grill wasn't what I expected; the wild herbs were absolutely not good, but the chicken steak was good.

An interesting place where you can experience the typical Perugian cuisine of torta al testo in an informal atmosphere. This is a type of flatbread, rustic and incredibly fragrant, cooked on a cast iron or stone griddle called a "testo" (hence the name) and then heated over the embers.
This bread is then filled with whatever you like.
