14/02/2026: When we went to the place where we were told to sit, we were seated in the far corner of the restaurant next to another Asian person. And there were 3 of us, but they told us to sit at a table for 2 with chairs pushed together. The food portions were generous and they took our orders fairly quickly.

14/01/2026: We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent and very kind, with many great vegetarian options available. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and the meal was definitely worth the price🌺

Atmosphere here on this cloudy morning through their skylight is top notch. The morning buffet was excellent, everything tasted amazing. The barista, Mika, making the drinks was very kind and happy. The ambient music was all perfect.

#RAW - Vegan Restaurant & Juice Bar

07/01/2026: We had lunch here on a Saturday during the Christmas holidays.
Gluten-free pizzas with special cashew cheese. The crust is made with buckwheat flour, thin and crispy. The ingredients are fresh and very tasty. Excellent! Even my 8-year-old son loved it.
The price for a pizza is around €9-12.
The place is small, so I recommend booking.
The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed despite the restaurant being busy.

29/12/2025: Very friendly and kind staff, very good food and a quiet atmosphere where you can chat with people at the table without having to raise your voice, I recommend it to anyone passing through Florence or are in the area.
26/12/2025: Had Diavola, it was slightly bigger than most other places.
The quality of dough was superb. Restaurant was busy as eh but it came troppo veloche ie fast within quicker the one might think.
Cherry on top was mascarpone Pandoro special cake made at Xmas by mumma . It was best restaurant desert I've tried since 2 months in 4 cities .
Props to family run and operated venues. This place is a Neighborgood gem . Fair prices too. A lot of flair.

22/11/2025: I had dinner at the Varadero restaurant. The food was excellent, the price was fair, and the staff was friendly and professional. My only complaint is that, while tastefully decorated and clean, the space is a bit small for the number of tables inside. Highly recommended!
22/11/2025: Absolutely amazing food and drink. Got the oysters, seafood carpaccio, and the squid ink amatriciana. Delicious across the board. Joanna (sp?) was nothing short of delightful, and I cannot wait to pay them a visit again.

08/12/2025: Best gelato in Florence in my opinion! I studied abroad here years ago when my teacher shared this place with us & told us this, and I still believe it. We had it again today, the chocolate and mango flavor. It's so rich and full of flavor. The mango was so fruity and the chocolate was lush. Yummmm
30/11/2025: For me, this is the best gelato shop in all of Florence! Il Cremino and Don Raffaé, the dark chocolate with Piedmont hazelnuts is perfect, and their Follia il Solo special flavor: cream with almonds and a fig sauce is exceptional! The flavors change seasonally, and the owners are always attentive and friendly! The quality is top notch, simply unique! Go try it and you'll remember my words!

27/10/2025: I came in by chance... excellent place, the guys who work there are Cristian, Decise and Elena of unique kindness... ice cream that you can serve yourself and of a unique goodness that I had never eaten before... I highly recommend it

17/11/2025: A wonderful place, where the view alone is worth the visit. The tasting menu, when we were there in October of this year, featured well-prepared homemade food, with house wine included – very good. But the view alone is truly worth it, so if you're in the area, you can't miss it.
