The best gelati that we had in our Italian trip. It is away from the crowded duomo area. It is a hidden gem. We tried the cheesecake and other dessert too but the gelati, keeps us coming back. The owner is friendly too.

Amazing family run Gelateria. We did a gelato workshop and learned so much about REAL gelato. B.ICE is not on the tourist track, but I definitely recommend you go, as I can guarantee you will not be disappointed! Mary Ayres

This is my absolute favorite place in Firenze for gelato. A family run cafe. Everyone is happy here, especially the people eating the gelato, which is all of us.

22/04/2026: Wonderful evening, excellent food in a magnificent location. Thanks again to my dear friend Alfred for the excellent service; my wife and I felt truly pampered! Highly recommended!
22/04/2026: Love this restaurant so much! I visited for dinner with my mum. Sitting next to the window, the view was so nice I could see the veccio bridge so close. Food was delicious and fresh. Wine and dessert was really nice. Thanks to our server Alfredo, he was very attentive during the whole time and friendly. He said hi in my language, Korean which was very sweet! Highly recommend.
