13/11/2025: Just steps from the historic center of Sansepolcro, this place, discovered by chance, is truly perfect for us. Beautiful, large, welcoming, elegant, with plenty of indoor (upstairs and downstairs) and outdoor (air-conditioned covered patio) spaces, and that "bikers welcome" that says it all about the hospitality that extends to my world. Excellent menu with a varied selection of typical and traditional dishes. Excellent cuisine, tasty and plentiful. It's special to taste the first courses directly from the pan where they were sautéed, avoiding the plating and focusing more on the essentials than the frills. As is the soapstone under the grilled meat to keep it warm. Excellent solutions!! The highlight was the desserts prepared directly by the owner: truly delicious!! Let's just say that for what we paid, three of us ate well and were satisfied. Recommended!!

04/11/2025: We were a group of 16 people, from three different countries: Croatian, German, and Colombian. What a phenomenal place! Excellent atmosphere, and food that deserves at least a Michelin star! The menu was small, which promised a phenomenal meal, and it certainly was! Thank you!

03/11/2025: We immediately loved both the welcome and the ambiance, and the food was the icing on the cake. The local cheeses and cured meats as an appetizer were delicious (accompanied by two delicious jams), but the tagliata with lard and pink peppercorns was truly unique. We tried the house red by the glass because we were just passing through, but you never say no to a good glass of wine. Overall, it was a pleasant discovery (it was our first time at this restaurant) and a wonderful tasting experience. Oh, I almost forgot about the beef fillet with porcini mushrooms—it was an explosion of flavor. Delicious. The prices are truly fair, and it's worth trying this osteria. Well done.

23/11/2025: My girlfriend and I happened upon this place on Saturday, November 22, 2025, and it was a wonderful surprise. Although the open-kitchen format is now commonplace, there's that extra something that makes all the difference here. We dined at the counter, enjoying the live service: despite the full restaurant, a surreal calm reigned in the kitchen. No shouting, no banging of pots, just whispers and knowing glances between the staff. The service was always under control, delivered with calm and discretion by the Chef (to whom I personally complimented him). The only flaw, completely unrelated to the restaurant, was the rudeness of two tables behind us, whose noise clashed with the elegance and tranquility the staff was trying to maintain; it felt like there were howling monkeys behind us. A double kudos to the staff for maintaining their concentration despite the chaos in the dining room.

22/11/2025: A delightful discovery! My partner and I were craving ramen and stumbled upon this place, where they reserved two seats for us at the counter. The atmosphere is quiet, except for a few large tables, and the layout is nice, making you feel completely at ease despite everything being in full view. Delicious gyoza, well-made ramen, and delicious sweets! ♥️

07/12/2025: Located on Via di Francesco. Historic building and rooms, though with modern bathrooms. Friendly staff. Delicious food, although we were the only guests that evening. Note: bookings cannot be made online, but only by email or phone. Open in winter as well.

26/11/2025: I'd like to give 10 stars but I can't 😂. The place is welcoming, warm, and tidy. The staff is courteous and cheerful. The food is amazing, and the kitchen was super fast! How wonderful that there are still places like this, we have to go back! 💥

18/10/2025: We went to the restaurant twice this week for dinner. All seven of us were very impressed by the quality of the food, the friendly service, and the delicious house wine. The value for money is also worth mentioning. I wish I could have that here in Germany.

15/10/2025: I ordered takeout pizza via Deliveroo and called the restaurant to ask for an ingredient change (which is done for every order). A rude person with a foreign accent answered the phone and hesitated before replying to my request. He then proceeded to say, "We don't do these things; you'll have to deal with Deliveroo." Unfortunately, there are no options for changing ingredients. Excellent pizza, and the staff are usually very helpful, but not tonight.
