23/06/2025: Enchanting location and equally surprising dishes. Raw materials of absolute quality, worked with mastery and wisdom in the kitchen. Dishes that combine tradition and innovation, beautiful to look at and excellent to eat. We were here two days in a row and I was able to try appetizers, first courses and second courses, all extremely tasty. Many of the raw materials are produced directly by the property, including the cured meats. And you can taste it. For those who come to Sansepolcro this is an address not to be missed.

15/06/2025: Mica male cenare all'aria aperta sotto alberi d'alto fusto, al fresco naturale di una sera di giugno. Buona la grigliata e prima la tartare di verdure. Atmosfera rilassata tutto molto piacevole. Consigliato.

09/06/2025: We attended a lunch on the occasion of a ceremony. Wonderful location with excellent organization of the service despite the large number of guests. Kind and helpful staff.

08/06/2025: My niece's communion lunch we returned to Belvedere because Massimo Rossi is a guarantee in fact the food is excellent excellent service unfortunately the event organizers do not take after their father and therefore we had some inconveniences for the organization.

11/06/2025: The menu was complete, at a great price and good quality. It is recommended to customers. You can find them in two places: if you want to organize a party it is the right place; also it is possible to receive home delivery. Delivered on time and hot, full of flavor and spices. We thank all the staff for their availability.

09/06/2025: Truly wonderful place Very very good and quality food. I especially recommend the sandwich dipped in cheddar and the potatoes with bacon and cheddar that are not only seasoned on top but also underneath!!! Truly everything delicious, we will be back 🐷

08/06/2025: Very nice place to go and eat. You really sit among the locals. The service is great, they take the time to have a chat and are genuinely interested in you. The quality of the pizzas is excellent, thin stone oven pizzas. And the prices are normal to cheap compared to the Netherlands. In addition, a live DJ who provides the music. All in all a must see if you are in the area!

08/06/2025: We went there at 9:30 as a group of nine. Though they have open tables, apparently they don't want to seat us. We waited a bit. But, they seated people came after us.

04/05/2025: We stopped at a hotel near the Arezzo motorway exit, we had to have dinner. Acceptable dinner, clean environment, family management. Nothing special.

29/06/2025: Hotel left in the early 2000s unfortunately still with carpet in the common areas and in some rooms. Other rooms have been modernized with wooden floors and bathroom with shower instead of tub. I did not like the welcome at the reception where the person present at our arrival continued to do something else instead of greeting and paying attention to the new guests. The service at the restaurant was very long and the food just okay. Excellent location near the main roads. Certainly not a 4 star but a good 3 star.

28/04/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo in questa osteria, nonostante fosse tardi ci hanno accolto gentilmente ed è stata una vera sorpresa. Antipasto buonissimo ma soprattutto i ravioli con ragù di salumi toscani e tartufo veramente eccezzionali. E prezzo molto onesto. Consigliatissimo!

02/03/2025: Vasta scelta anche per chi è intollerante al glutine. Atmosfera tranquilla e rustica. Servizio ottimo e cibo di qualità. Prezzi nella norma. Siamo tornati già 3 volte !!

04/05/2025: I returned with my family for the third time. I confirm what was previously reviewed. Waiting times upon arrival are non-existent. All the dishes are excellent and plentiful. The real added value of the place are the guys in the room: kind, fast, efficient; with the blonde girl who is everywhere.Easy parking. Unbeatable value for money.

14/05/2025: We are transplanted Americans (we will now live here forever!), and we eat here every week. We have our favorites, but have found that everything is tasty, creatively prepared, and well worth the price. It is one of our go-to restaurants. And take-away is well done, as well. Very professional.

07/05/2025: Typical local Tuscan cuisine, very refined and quality food. Above all, the desserts made by the owner deserve it. A few kilometers from the SS3 bis highway. Prices in line with the times.

29/06/2025: A tragedy in three acts. Act I – The illusion We enter what, on paper, should be a pub-restaurant. In reality, it looks like the abandoned set of a failed reality show. Cold lights, furniture placed there by mistake and an atmosphere that screams “we wanted to be welcoming, but we lost the desire”. The staff? An alternation of forced smiles and “why did you come here?” looks. Act II – The disaster We order a pizza, a calzone and some chips. The pizza arrives, but the calzone... oh, the calzone! It is offered to us with a “tomato sauce”, which we imagine is part of the cooking. No way. A raw, sad and lumpy passata is poured over it, cold, probably from an unhappy existence in a tin can. We send it back, hoping for redemption. Act III – The coup de grace The second calzone arrives, this time without the sauce. But the epilogue is surreal: a small dish on the side with the same passata, this time “ennobled” with oil and salt, as if a splash of liquid dignity were enough to save the whole. A caricature, a mockery, an insult to the very concept of cooking and to the customer. A gesture so tragicomic that it would have deserved the ovation of the audience… if only there had been an audience. Curtain. It was not a dinner: it was a theatrical experience of the absurd. A journey into the darkest recesses of catering. Not recommended with the same force with which one advises against unsafe bridges.

24/06/2025: Very good and tasty pizza if you like very thin pizza. The pizza chef and his wife, owners of the place, are very friendly and joking. You can tell right away that the atmosphere is familiar and very informal. Very varied menu even if not much choice for beers. They often have lactose-free mozzarella, for those who are intolerant. Reservations are recommended even on days other than weekends. It costs very little. One evening I was alone and pizza + beer + cover charge = 10 euros!

20/06/2025: If I could give 0 stars I would.. I ask where I can sit and the owner wanted to make me sit at a table in front of the entrance door.. after changing tables, I order a plate of spaghetti with clams and baked cod with potatoes.. in the meantime that the plates arrive they bring me the bread.. then I ask for a small plate and some spicy oil to make some slices of seasoned bread and the waitress with the tattoos and the annoyed look, answers me "usually we don't bring it".. what am I wondering, the condiments, or the small plate to make an entré? because I don't know what the point of bringing the bread and oil is, if you then have to eat on the tablecloth.. anyway, in the meantime that the first plate arrives, I finish all 4 slices of bread.. and, after about 45 minutes, this spaghetti arrives.. absolutely without oil (they were all stuck together, so I had to put the spicy oil on them) and without clams (out of 20 clam shells there were only 5 clams, not even fresh ones).. obviously, the plate for the clam shells didn't arrive.. I pointed this out to the waitress and the owner.. the waitress told me to use what I already had (where I had made the seasoned bread).. the owner, in an arrogant manner, said: "today we have the meter and the chef to eat".. apart from the fact that I really am one.. it's not true, as he told the other customers, that I went to ask him for a job and brought him my paper CV.. because my CV is in PDF on my cell phone, not paper.. therefore, he mistook me for another person.. I asked the owner if he could bring me the second course quickly (since, for the first, it took him 35 minutes) and he said: "You just finished the first course, if you're in a hurry you should have told me before".. apart from the fact that I had finished the spaghetti in a minute because they brought them to me late.. then, the waitress and the owner, they shouldn't answer like this to a customer.. he even went so far as to tell me: "If you're in a hurry, give me 10 euros and I won't even give you the second course".. the fixed fish menu I ordered cost 13 euros, so it would have been a robbery, considering that, in the first course, there were clam shells, not clams.. anyway, after 1 hour from when I entered, I ate this dry cod with bones, accompanied by slices of potatoes, equally dry and half raw.. so, I paid the thirteen euros for the fixed fish menu (the meat one was 12 euros) because it was Friday and I thought I was eating fish, not 3 pieces of cod with bones and skin.. and I left.. obviously, they will never see me again.. I'm sorry that a place like this, where there is only low quality food and terrible service, is taking advantage of people simple.. who, evidently, do not know what catering means and are attracted only by the trap of the low-priced fixed menu.. I wanted to try it, because I thought it was a good place, where however the food was good and there was good service.. but I was very wrong.. and I would like my experience to be of help to other people who are looking for a good and cheap place.. this is not.. there are many trattorias and osterias in Arezzo.. where for a few euros more (15-20 euros) you eat really well, you are served properly and there is an excellent quality-price ratio.. go there and not to Passaparola, which does not deserve it.. home cooking is fine, but do not scam people.. I told the waitress to call me the cook, when I saw the spaghetti with clams without clams, but she did not have the courage to come to the table, because she knew I was right.. and then, surely, she was in shit.. in the sense that she was late with all the preparation of the dishes on the tables... you can't make a customer wait that long... a plate of spaghetti is done in 10 minutes and the baked cod with potatoes is prepared first... so, in total, it took 15 minutes, not 1 hour to eat 2 dishes, badly made too, where the only thing that was abundant was parsley, chopped coarsely too...

29/05/2025: Every now and then I go to Arezzo from Rome, and I go to eat in this pleasant and welcoming restaurant. The service is friendly and precise, with the waitresses who do everything possible to make the lunch peaceful. Not to mention the owner always smiling and calm, ready to satisfy the requests of the customers. The food, the kitchen is carried out by the wife, is very good, varied and cooked with great professionalism. It is served with sympathy. Thanks to the workers of this restaurant carried on in a familiar but with great professionalism. See you next time.
