13/04/2026: An alternative idea for catering: in short, you choose self-service food and buy it by weight. The idea wouldn't be bad, the only problem is the price that appears when you get the bill, essentially that of a restaurant with express cooking and table service. Here there is no service since it is self-service and what's worse, the food is cooked then reheated, so as you can imagine, overcooked pasta depending on the time it arrives and dry meat. In short, the idea is nice, but honestly I won't go back again... considering that it is mainly aimed at business lunches, it is really too expensive.

04/04/2026: Good food and high prices. It wouldn't be a problem if the prices were displayed so you knew what you'd be spending before you paid. Even on holiday menus, prices aren't listed; you only find out later, by trust or surprise (because they scan barcodes you can't see). Cracco's menu is priced, too! Since so many are reporting the price issue, perhaps it's worth being transparent and you won't be responsible for it; everyone can decide at their own discretion. But, I repeat, the food is good!

07/04/2026: Beautiful winery in the heart of Chianti Classico. The tasting tour with three wines is a great way to understand the history of the winery and the three labels they produce. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

04/01/2026: Personal Experience: A gentleman recommended this restaurant to us, and overall I had a good time. The table setting was well done, and the place is beautiful and spacious. One of the things that I think could be improved is the service. I'll start by saying that they're very kind, polite, and respectful, but very slow. We had a 15-minute wait for dessert, and we were literally sitting right in front of the window. The same thing happened with water. I had a seafood appetizer, which I have to say was good, except that one part was a little too acidic, probably due to too much lemon (I'm not sure). And some tagliatelle casentinesi, very good and flavorful. It was a lovely evening, the food was good. I went to pay, and honestly, I was disappointed. 17 euros for a seafood appetizer. For some, that's not a lot, but for me, it was. The bad thing is that I didn't expect it or imagine it, even though I should have, since it was off the menu, but the guy mentioned it verbally (I forgot to ask). Well, it's over now. gone, the important thing is to have eaten well.

10/12/2025: Unique and endless rudeness. I stopped in for a quick coffee, and was treated by the barista with a rudeness I hadn't seen in a long time. Cold responses, just glances and raised eyebrows, and when it came time to pay, she literally slammed my change on the counter, without even trying to hide it. I haven't had any dealings with the others, but I hope it's an isolated incident and that the rest of the staff is at least more polite. Credit where credit is due, the coffee wasn't bad. I ordered decaf, which is often hard to find. Fair prices, €1.20 for a 10-calorie drink. The atmosphere itself is quite nice, although you can feel the coldness of the place just by opening the door. Horrifying. I strongly advise against it.
