19/06/2025: I had the pleasure of visiting Gelateria Carabine and the experience was truly remarkable. As soon as I entered, I was immediately struck by the atmosphere: a mix of modern and traditional, with pastel colors and an inebriating scent of fresh fruit and chocolate. The counter is an explosion of colors, with about 40 flavors well presented, each with a small label describing the main ingredients. I really appreciated the presence of different options for intolerances, with vegan and lactose-free flavors clearly indicated. I decided to try a medium cone with two flavors: . The pistachio was something exceptional. It was not the usual bright green and artificial pistachio that you often find, but a more pale color, a sign of its naturalness. The flavor was intense, authentic, with that light roasting that makes it unmistakable. You could clearly taste the pieces of pistachio, which added a pleasant consistency. The chocolate ice cream, on the other hand, was a treat. It was not excessively sweet, allowing the other flavors to emerge. The overall consistency of the gelato was perfect: not too icy, not too soft, it slowly melted in your mouth. The service was impeccable. The girl behind the counter was smiling, patient and very willing to describe the flavors and suggest pairings. Although there was a bit of a queue, the wait was minimal and the efficiency was admirable. The price (€3.50 for the medium cone) is absolutely justified by the quality of the ingredients and the overall experience. They also have a small area with outdoor tables, perfect for enjoying your gelato in peace. In conclusion, Gelateria Paradiso dei Gusti is a real gem. The attention to detail, the quality of the raw materials and the passion that can be felt in every spoonful make it a must-see for lovers of good artisanal gelato. I will definitely be back to try the other flavors!"

18/06/2025: Yes, I definitely recommend it. Very good ice cream, great flavors. Not the largest selection, but all flavors are made with love. You can taste the difference. Super friendly owner. We went there four times and tried everything.

12/08/2025: I went with my husband and daughter; there's a spectacular children's room! The food was delicious. My daughter had fresh pasta, I had a pizza called Calabrisella (amazing), and my husband had a seafood appetizer that had a little bit of everything! Everything was delicious!!! I recommend it!!!

22/07/2025: Espero mucho más al entrar. Soy de Canadá y he tenido mejores pizzas en casa! Estaba bien, pero me pareció que la masa era muy delgada + demasiado quemada. Sé que algo de carbón es bueno pero esto fue demasiado. Tampoco me impresionó demasiado el camarero. Parecía que tenía un día largo pero cuando le pedimos una mesa se volvió hacia nosotros... también le preguntamos si tenían hielo, dijo que no, luego procedió a dar la mesa de al lado nuestro hielo. Lo cual fue confuso. El dueño era un encanto. Me gustaba mucho. El camarero era rápido y parecía odiar su trabajo. En general un 3 / 5 probablemente más como un 2. 5 si eso fuera posible.

06/08/2025: Great product - but the staff have anger management issues towards kids. Families avoid! We've visited Assistenza dei Golosi twice, and while the gelato is excellent, unfortunately our experience was marred by the extremely rude behavior of some of the staff. During our second visit, a staff member scolded our 5-year-old son excessively harshly and loudly simply for touching the glass partition. A harmless gesture from a small child, it didn't justify such a disproportionate and intrusive reaction. If the glass is really that fragile, perhaps it would be better to rethink its structure rather than scolding a child so aggressively and ruining their evening. It's a real shame: the quality of the product is excellent, but good gelato can't make up for such rude service. It was, unfortunately, the worst hospitality experience we've had on Elba. It should be noted, however, that one staff member—a young man with longer hair—was much more courteous and respectful. A positive exception in an otherwise disappointing situation. We won't be returning.

02/08/2025: What a great pub!! The sandwiches are excellent, the platters are excellent, the service is excellent...and above all, the BEER IS EXCELLENT 🍺 BY THE DROP!! And don't miss the fries before you start...they've never tasted so good!! Excellent value for money!!
