24/08/2024: フィレンツェ旅行中に迎えた妻の誕生日祝いのために訪れました。 コミュニティバスが待ってもこなかったので、一生懸命歩いて20分遅刻して到着しました。酷暑の中の観光だったのでカジュアルな格好で訪問しましたが、大変丁寧に迎え入れてくれたことに感謝しています。冷房があまり聞いていないレストランが多い中、十分な冷房で落ち着いてディナーを楽しむことができました。 トスカーナ料理は素朴な味わいのものが多いですが、吟味した材料を使い、細心の注意を払った料理が提供されていました。 突き出しのトマトのジュレ？の絶妙な味わいから始まりました。多くの皿からなる前菜群は圧巻でした。メイン料理の前に満足感を味わいました。メイン料理はトラディショナルな味わいだったので、斬新さとトラディショナルのバランスをとっていることが分かりました。 満腹になってしまったので、評判のとてもよいデザートを頼むことができなかったのは残念でした。 次回は夏ではない時期に、上着を着て伺い、デザートまでいただきたいと思います。

07/08/2024: An excellent dinner… This restaurant is very nice and well-kept, the staff in the dining room are always attentive, kind and never intrusive. Let's start with some truly delicious fish appetizers to end the dinner with the second courses, fried fish cooked very well, turbot with caramelized onion? winning pairing Excellent quality raw materials...!!!

01/08/2024: We went for lunch for a birthday, the place is in good condition and well-kept, with references to marine environments. We opted for a seafood menu, the starters were a seafood salad that was too crunchy and not very tender and decidedly acidic, the creamed cod and only one mussel were very good. We chose three first courses with normal lobster, the calamari and prawn risotto creamed with cream (they say it is one of their specialities), the Venere rice with seafood, the best dish of the three. The grilled seafood where the cuttlefish was quite raw, the swordfish was cheap, and the prawns grilled without shell but with the intestines, same fate for the fried prawns with the intestines, to conclude the fried cod which was decidedly not fresh and stringy. I am very disappointed by the average quality of the fish given that it presents itself as a fish specialty restaurant and also by the very limited choice of wine list. I remind you not to have coffee! Cuisine and service are sacred and therefore mastery, love, ability and common sense are needed in pursuing a restaurant business and in recognizing the quality of the raw material. This review is an incentive to improve the service and quality offered so as not to forget the objective of catering, that is, eating well and making people feel good is the art of hospitality. 15/08/2024: The employees were very friendly and polite. We went for breakfast, it was delicious and we found it affordable for the price. We paid 15 euros for eggs with mushrooms and cheese, avocado and cheese toast and 2 filter coffees.

05/08/2024: By chance we passed in front of this place on the occasion of the Sambuca village festival and we were amazed to see the place fuller than for the festival. We went there on the first occasion and with pleasure I can only say good because the service was fast and courteous, the girls always presented themselves with a smile and politeness. We had dinner with a fish first course divided for two and I must say it was very good. Clear flavors and adequate cooking of the pasta. Then we moved on to the pizzas, thin in dough and large in size, so much so that we asked for a takeaway box because we couldn't finish them. Very good, digestible. Average prices. We will be back!!

21/08/2024: I ordered a vegan avocado toast with gluten free bread. The space had a comfortable climat (airconditioning), walking to the place there was art exposed 😍 the people working there were very friendly and helpful. Service was fast and last but not least: the food was very very delicious. Would definitely recommend going here! The toast looked and tasted too good to hold back so unfortunately I didn't take w picture of it. You'll just have to go check it out for yourselves ;) Grazie!

10/08/2024: Great tent, but certainly not the 4.6 score we expected. Ordered pancakes with chocolate and scrambled eggs. Price-quality ratio is not worth it: received 1 small, thick, slightly dry sandwich on which you could not put the egg and bacon. No special taste either. Added salt and pepper myself to get the taste. Staff is otherwise friendly.

11/08/2024: Or I got the carbonara pizza and it didn't have much flavor, in the spicy salami the tomato was too salty, it must be said that the dough was really good, even the desserts weren't bad. The environment was nice and the staff very friendly and qualified

20/07/2024: Oilcloths on the tables. For us it is unacceptable, even rejecting. A pub packed with Italians and locals. Pizza is served by the slice or you can order it whole fresh. Very good, finger licking good.
