14/08/2024: Our agriturismo host had this restaurant on his list of recommendations. We ate there in April 2023. The town was super quiet, almost no one around except a teen and his grandmother. A sweet and efficient older man and his wife work here along with an outdoor cat. The food was very tasty and we had such a nice experience. I don’t think I would drive here from another town but it was very special. We had the whole restaurant, and the whole town, to ourselves. A very nice core memory for my teen son. Later that night we ordered some food for delivery, and lo and behold, it was the same nice man who delivered our order.

09/05/2024: From Tuesday to Saturday open from half past six until 7.00 pm (winter time) and on Sunday morning. Sandra and Lorenzo welcome everyone with kindness. The breakfast pastries are excellent but so are the millefeuille and cream puffs. The zuccotto and profiterole are excellent, and during the carnival period taste the Fiorentina Schiacciata. Finally, even the savory ones are tasty. In particular the rustic, which isn't always there but when it is, I swear it's the end of the world.

01/08/2024: It's not the first time I've come to this place located on the road that runs alongside the Bagnolo stream. Nice environment, with the possibility of seating inside and outside under a large tree I ate a house starter, with different varieties of crostini, a very good panserotto and a couple of slices of cured meats (few cured meats), after a couple of good quality thin and well-stuffed pizzas, all accompanied by house white wine and water, to finish a couple of coffees ☕️ The bill seemed a little excessive to me But since it's always full, maybe I'm the one who isn't up to date with the prices 😃.

22/07/2024: I tried the mixed starter and the pizza. Both a revelation! The appetizer was very varied: in addition to the classic Tuscan crostini, there were also various very tasty and well-balanced combinations. Well seasoned thin pizza. The staff were friendly and helpful. Finally, the environment is also excellent, in the summer it is perfect for a cool evening.

08/08/2024: We had a misunderstanding problem in the booking, in which the day was wrong. The problem was resolved quickly and with extreme kindness and availability. We had an excellent aperitif for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Very good dinner. Enchanting location, well looked after with very welcoming staff.

06/08/2024: A special place, very beautiful and with good cuisine. Frank wine is excellent, too good. The Birramisu was interesting to discover. A Tuscan experience not to be missed. The unforgettable atmosphere.

11/08/2024: We ordered two sandwiches. The vegan, artisanal one always manages to make me not regret my choice. The other was described as spectacular by those who were with me. The owner, very kind, is available for any explanation regarding the 24-hour sales service, designed down to the smallest detail to be understandable and satisfy any request. Very clean place! What more can I say, you absolutely must try!!!

10/08/2024: Brand new effective and very fast format for high quality poke. I also tried the burgers and found them superlative. Open 24 hours TOP. UNIQUE IN ITALY!!!

26/05/2024: Le paste del signor Barone non si discutono! Buonissime davvero! Mi dispiace per il personale addetto al bancone che si interscambia dalla cassa , toccando soldi sporchi, alla distribuzione delle paste prendendole con le mani per spostarle da un vassoio all'altro....mi fa pensare a poca accortezza per la pulizia. Per non parlare della scortesia che hanno nel rivolgersi al cliente . Siccome la produzione e è ottima consiglio di investire sul personale!

04/08/2024: Charming little neighborhood bistro full of Italy and its specialties. A bit of a wait but the taste is there. Reasonable quantity, plenty of antipasti. So come and enjoy this little piece of Tuscany with joy ✨

23/08/2024: I just can't understand how this place can get 5 stars. Perhaps the customers are used to a type of sushi that I am not familiar with, because the quality here really leaves something to be desired. - The rice was undercooked and dry, a real disappointment for those who love sushi. - The tuna looked more like a piece of cooked ham than a fresh fish, with no typical flavor and texture. - Every single dish was so salty that I had to keep ordering drinks to get it down. - The soy sauce seemed watered down, losing all its characteristic flavour. - So much time passed between one order and another that we lost our appetite. - The sushi pieces were filled with rice, probably to fill your stomach with as little fish as possible. After this experience, I think I won't touch sushi for at least a couple of months. If you are looking for a good Japanese restaurant, I recommend you look elsewhere.

29/02/2024: Absolutely a guarantee. Excellent food, fresh fish, efficient and competent service. The environment is sober but still elegant. Undoubtedly one of the best fish restaurants in Pistoia. The value for money was also good. I advise!

02/09/2024: One of the best in Siena. Very good quality and great variety of breakfast pastries, mini cakes and savory products. The coffee and cappuccino are excellent. Plenty of seating in a welcoming atmosphere. Friendly and kind staff, always smiling. What more could you want from a pastry shop? The only negative note is that if you come by car it is difficult to find parking, there are paid parking spaces 20 meters away at €1.50/h.

06/07/2024: I visited this restaurant twice at the end of June 2024. This restaurant is visited mostly by locals, and has excellent quality food, but reasonable prices. It is not one of the polished restaurants that you will find on the marina, but the food was extremely good. I had fritto misto, and it was tasty, not oily and reasonabily priced. The first time we were sitting on a balcony, on the second floor, not visible from the road. A quiet place. the second time under a marque on the road. a pleasant place surprisingly quiet. The owners were very friendly, as were the waitresses. I would certianly return and have lunch here.

22/08/2024: The queue of people waiting outside the ice cream shop tempts you to stop and the catch is there... terrible ice cream doesn't live up to expectations you can only taste the sugar and the owners are snooty... more expensive 8 euros for 3 ice creams but at least it was good ...the stracciatella with milk chocolate but please remove the basics...terrible!

22/08/2024: The blonde girl serving was super nice. Three stars though because the ice cream isn't worth the fame, I expected much better. The pistachio was decent, the taste better than the absolutely tasteless Nut*lla. The ice cream needs improvement
