Coffee Square 33 In Livorno

One of the few specialty coffee shops in Italy. Unfortunately, we learned on June 30, 2026, that this was their last day. The shop is already closed. A real shame.

As usual, I came here looking for coffee beans. They have some, but for my tastes, it's a bit pricey. I don't rule out the possibility that the roaster is a top-tier brand, but alas. I skimped on the Kenyan option :) But that doesn't spoil the impression I got from the place itself. Generally, specialty coffee shops are still marginal and unpopular in Italy, so kudos to the guys for promoting this culture to the masses who enjoy a charcoal-fueled beer. The flat white at the Ethiopian was quite decent.
