04/07/2025: We ate very delicious food at a very good price. Burgers are 4-7€ and plentiful. The service is nice and fast. Only use the bathroom if you really need it, otherwise it's rather forgettable.

23/06/2025: Horrible. It's better not to go into the toilet. The service is absolutely zero, the workers are rude. Well, I didn't even try the food. Although I paid. I don't even know why it's called Turkish kebab, it's not even close

15/07/2025: Excellent ice cream with genuine ingredients, without the use of substitutes. The desserts that are produced in the winter period are also excellent.

18/09/2025: The food was very good, no doubt about it. However, I still don't understand why, despite having made a reservation and having at least four free tables (two of which were later filled by people without reservations), we had to wait 15 minutes for a table with other diners still chatting. No offense, but the service needs to be significantly improved.

14/09/2025: A great restaurant. Tasty, delicate and well-served meals. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. It's a place I would return to with my eyes closed.

04/09/2025: A bit pricy for what it deliveres. They were nice to serve me a Chickpea salda without feta. Portion was ok. Overall a bit bland. Fresh pressed juice was good but pricy for the quantity. Piadina di pollo really bad. Almost no filling. A piece of salad, a tomato and a chicken nugget. Dissapointing.

04/09/2025: I ordered Piadina Pollo. It was half empty with maybe 2 low cost chicken croquettes. It would be better to go to McDonalds, you can get better food there. My girlfriend's salad was avarage. 20 eur thrown away.

16/10/2025: Great traditional Sicilian / Italian food with emphasis on seafood. Pizzas only on Saturday and Sunday. Easy access and parking out front.

21/10/2025: Once you've fought your way through the Ballaro, the café is a real ray of hope. Everything is perfectly normal, old machine, wonderful coffee.

28/08/2025: I went there late at night for an aperitivo on the last night of Saint Lucia's holiday. The bar was completely empty, and they brought me appetizers without even a few appetizers because they said they'd run out. So, if you can't guarantee proper service, close down before you make a better impression. Because in the end, after having pointed this out to the cashier, the owner didn't even dare take a single euro off the bill and charged everything in full. A few weeks earlier, I also tried a toasted almond granita, and it had no almond flavor at all, and they even messed up my order by adding extra pieces. Compared to years ago, in my opinion, they're going further back...

06/06/2025: Unfortunately my experience was not positive. The ice cream had a strange consistency, almost watery, and the flavors were not very defined, almost tasteless. I was also not convinced by the brioche: dry, not very fragrant and it seemed not to be from the day. With all the quality ice cream shops in the area, I definitely expected more seeing the positive reviews. I don't think I'll be back.

09/06/2025: Amocù restaurant boasts a beautiful location in the center of Catania. Excellent for an elegant sushi dinner. The terrace is also beautiful during the spring/summer season. Recommended +++++

04/11/2025: Excellent value for money It's located on a central street, always open for both lunch and dinner (it's beautifully lit in the evenings!) You can dine at the outdoor tables, take away, or order delivery. The portions are generous, and the ingredients and flavors are truly delicious! The sandwiches, piadinas, and fried foods are delicious, especially the panelle, which I love but aren't always easy to find! The staff is young and very friendly, and the atmosphere is truly welcoming, carefully decorated for Halloween (and, I assume, for any holiday). Highly recommended!

02/11/2025: Very friendly staff, warm, fresh, and above all, inexpensive food served very quickly, and no table service charges in a lovely garden. I don't understand the negative reviews; this place deserves 5 out of 5 stars 🌟. They invited us to visit their Halloween 🎃 room for free; the whole building was themed around Halloween 👻. Try the horse meat there—highly recommended!

29/09/2025: I've been there twice this year, one afternoon for a brioche with gelato and this morning for a delicious granita. I should start by saying that, being here on vacation and unfamiliar with the place, I was a little put off by the negative reviews. What can I say... a pleasant surprise! I found the staff to be courteous and polite, and the quality of the food was truly evident. Breakfast is certainly busier and perhaps a little chaotic, but I simply saw the girls really focused on doing their job well and ensuring a good result for the customer. I'll definitely be back next year!

26/10/2025: Delayed delivery and cold fries. We ordered at 7:00 PM and were told the food would be delivered between 9:00 PM and 9:30 PM. - Are you sure? Doesn't 9:30 PM become 10:00 PM? - No, no! I assure you, between 9:00 PM and 9:30 PM, but more like 9:30 PM than 9:00 PM. The pizzas and chicken arrived at 10:30 PM and the fries were cold! Needless to say, such a delay ruined our dinner! If nothing else, for the damage caused and as compensation, the food should have been offered, as would be done elsewhere. But this is Palermo: you have to pay and say thank you for letting you have your delivery, regardless of the delay. P.S. I'm one of ten people waiting for my order at a friend's house. The order was formally placed under a different name and surname, but like the other nine, I paid and suffered this poor service. P.S. All ten of us would have liked to leave a negative review, but we hated to cause such damage to a company's image. This way of handling home deliveries remains shameful.

22/09/2025: I was passing by and, seeing the place as I passed, I stopped for dinner. Out of curiosity, I opted for a quick dinner here. I had a spleen sandwich, half a plain one, and half a Campese chicken with fries. Excellent quality!!!! The spleen sandwich was very good. The Campese chicken was out of this world: juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection. You can tell whoever cooked it is a true professional. The fresh fries were slightly crunchy, but I like them that way; they stay soft and moist on the inside! The waitress, the one with the beautiful makeup, was kind and helpful.
