07/11/2025: The best catering I've ever served on a production I've worked on. Food served quickly, the last ones to arrive had more choices than the first ones, generous portions, and always two bottles of water or a Coke larger than the ones in the vending machine. I hope it remains the most used by production companies. OBVIOUSLY IT'S THE OPPOSITE, BUT IF I DIDN'T FIX IT, THE ALGORITHM WOULD NOT HAVE RELEASED IT.

26/10/2025: We chose Seby for our wedding and were completely satisfied. He carefully listened to our needs and proposed a menu that perfectly reflected the style of the event. The food was excellent—the aperitif corner, the buffet corner, and the lunch—all excellent, with delicious and carefully presented dishes, and our guests complimented the quality. The organization was impeccable, with attention to every detail, and the staff was always friendly and smiling. Carmen, one of a kind, handled everything with great professionalism. A special thanks to Micieli Catering for making the day even more special. Highly recommended!

16/12/2025: The Riva Smeralda location is truly beautiful and evocative: overlooking the sea, with an atmosphere that promises a pleasant and relaxing evening. Unfortunately, however, the quality of the food didn't quite meet expectations. There were 15 of us, and we all ordered pizza: mediocre dough, with toppings placed haphazardly and carelessly, truly disappointing. The service, if anything, was even worse: the waiters were rushed, giving you the constant feeling that they just wanted to take your plate away and vacate the table as quickly as possible. A real shame, because the location has enormous potential, but considering the (very high) prices, the overall experience was disappointing. I reiterate a fundamental point: exorbitant prices.

16/10/2025: I don't think there's a more beautiful place than this. The 5 stars are only for the location; everything else provides an excellent backdrop for this stunning view.

20/09/2025: The Lido is absolutely worth visiting. A wonderful Argentinian gent runs the small food and equipment kiosk. Two beds and an umbrella for just 10 Euros. The beach is so peaceful and the water is shallow and a nice temp.

24/03/2026: I went to this place for an aperitivo, and I have to say the experience left me rather perplexed. The cocktail was standard (€7), nothing to complain about. What's unacceptable, however, is charging €4 for a small plate of chips, olives, and peanuts, served without any prior notice. In Messina, aperitivo has always included at least some basic appetizers: charging them separately, without even specifying it clearly, gives the impression of a less than transparent and decidedly "smart" management style. Also considering a €1.50 cover charge per person. Tip: greater clarity on prices and what's included, to avoid unpleasant surprises at the cash register.

10/01/2026: The brioche col gelato here is, more precisely, gelato in a brioche! A sublime taste experience, with quality products and plenty of them. The staff is super friendly and kind. How someone treats you depends on you! Be kind if you want to be kind. Enjoy!

19/03/2026: This may have been a good place in the past, but it is no longer. Cold and unpleasant place, helpless staff who only spoke Italian and food that was neither prepared nor served with anything reminiscent of empathy and love. Nice price, but poor value for money.

07/12/2025: We went there for breakfast and ordered Arancino and a Pizza-like-Slice made with Eggs and Eggplant. it was really great. The Arancino was one of the best I ate in Sicily. I really recommend it.

24/11/2025: One of the best bakeries in Catania, if not the best. The variety is immense, you'll be spoiled for choice. The food is delicious and high-quality, and the prices are still very affordable. The hot plates are generously sized and full of toppings. The staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

09/10/2025: Very expensive for the quality offered... €8 for a two-flavor ice cream (average quality) and a dessert (baba drowned in rum).

07/04/2026: Not to be repeated... Terrible experience – never again! Uninterested waiters... they prefer to hang out than look at the tables and take orders. Prices are DISPROPORTIONATE for the location and the setting! At those prices, there are places 10 times better... you only find out the cost of all the extra ingredients for the sandwiches at the end. NEVER AGAIN

25/02/2026: I found it by chance while traveling and stopped for dinner. I had the mixed horse meat... the best and most tender meat I've ever eaten (rare). The meatballs were sublime... and I'm a wood-fired griller. If I'm in the area, I'll definitely be back. It's definitely worth taking the trip around Catania to go back!

06/06/2025: Unfortunately my experience was not positive. The ice cream had a strange consistency, almost watery, and the flavors were not very defined, almost tasteless. I was also not convinced by the brioche: dry, not very fragrant and it seemed not to be from the day. With all the quality ice cream shops in the area, I definitely expected more seeing the positive reviews. I don't think I'll be back.

25/08/2025: I came here with friends a few days ago after dinner and we had a few drinks. The location is very nice, there are plenty of tables and finding a seat is not a problem. The location is very convenient and the sea view obviously plays its part. The drinks were quite good and the staff were very helpful. The prices are fair; don't expect to get a cheap drink, but considering the location, it's more than acceptable!
