09/10/2025: I can't complain about the service, and the atmosphere is great, right on the main promenade, pleasant and inviting. I ordered a cannoli, which was too sweet. I like sweet things, but this was too much for me; I had trouble eating it. If you like very sweet things, you'll probably like it. I've had cannoli in Rome and it was spot on, but it didn't appeal to me.

15/03/2026: We have been to this place and I must say that there is no comparison with other trattorias in the area, excellent food, impeccable service, and the environment is very clean and tidy, the meat is spectacular like other things, I recommend it to everyone, the food is really good and excellent quality for the price

14/03/2026: We waited about an hour for two pizzas. Even though we were only two people and the restaurant was almost empty, our order wasn’t taken for a long time. Meanwhile, several other customers arrived and received their orders before us. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing.

08/01/2026: A fantastic place in Palermo! 🍕 The food is always fresh, prepared fresh with high-quality ingredients – the taste is truly impressive. The portions are generous, the prices are very reasonable, and the service is friendly and welcoming. The Aperol Spritz at this pizzeria is a masterpiece 🍹 – huge, perfectly balanced, and perfect for an evening of relaxation. The atmosphere is fantastic, making you want to come back. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

04/01/2026: Overall, the food was good, but I think the prices were exorbitant, because being in the center of town doesn't justify a €4 slice of Margherita pizza or a €7 flute stuffed with prosciutto. And this with all due respect to the incredibly kind staff and the cleanliness of the place.

05/03/2026: The sandwiches are truly excellent, made with quality ingredients and very tasty. The service is also quick and efficient: despite the crowds, they manage to get the job done quickly, which is definitely a strong point. The place is simple and rather small, with tables and chairs somewhat compactly spaced, so when it's busy, it can feel a bit cramped. Also, since it's a sandwich shop where a lot of food is cooked on the grill, the smell of the food can sometimes linger on your clothes. That said, the quality of the sandwiches and the speed of service still make this place highly recommended for anyone looking for something tasty and quick.

01/04/2026: The place is nice, the food is good, like many places in Catania, but nothing special. If you find a seat, you might not be served. The lady (the owner) is not friendly or welcoming at all, and I must say, she's incredibly rude. The waiter had the same energy as the lady. I live in the building above and had brought a foreign friend for a cup of hot chocolate. They almost ignored us. They happily serve regulars, but they make sweet and obvious fuss over them. If you're not their customer, the service is rude, slow, and lacking, perhaps due to the lack of staff. Furthermore, you don't have to stay long: customers are asked to vacate their tables as soon as they're finished. An experience I wouldn't recommend or repeat.

06/12/2025: We've been regulars at this pizzeria for years: every week we ordered our favorite pizzas, despite chronic delivery delays. The quality, however, was worth the wait: the Piennolo + prosciutto was always excellent, and the Monaco + cheddar was a guarantee. After yet another discussion about the delays, we stopped ordering. Today, after 2–3 years, we decided to give the pizzeria a new chance. Ordered at 6:30 PM, delivery scheduled for 8:30–9:00 PM... the pizzas arrived at 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, the delay wasn't the biggest problem. The dough was hard and dry, almost like the cardboard packaging. The cheddar, which once was stringy and quality, had been replaced with a simple pre-made sauce. The prosciutto was gray, pale, and dry. Overall, the quality of the pizzas was nothing like what we remembered. Let's just say we regret giving it a second chance: the pizzeria is no longer what it used to be.

11/10/2025: Maurizio was very kind and welcoming. The caponata was the best I've tasted in the Aeolian Islands, and the stuffed squid with sauce was wonderful! Thank you.

05/10/2025: For the owner alone this restaurant is worth a visit. Such a lovely and engaging man, who spoke Italian, English and German with us. The food is delicious and though on the pricier side, portion size and quality justify it. We had the best seafood noodles here. (Sadly I only have a photo of the empty shells)
