Although the menu lists €4 for yogurt, the final bill is inflated by extras or additions paid for separately (up to €4.40 per portion). The most absurd thing is the 15% service charge added at the end: out of a total of about €20 worth of food, I paid over €3 for service alone. The quality of the ingredients is mediocre, especially the realistic fruit. Very disappointed by the lack of transparency."

05/03/2026: The sandwiches are truly excellent, made with quality ingredients and very tasty. The service is also quick and efficient: despite the crowds, they manage to get the job done quickly, which is definitely a strong point. The place is simple and rather small, with tables and chairs somewhat compactly spaced, so when it's busy, it can feel a bit cramped. Also, since it's a sandwich shop where a lot of food is cooked on the grill, the smell of the food can sometimes linger on your clothes. That said, the quality of the sandwiches and the speed of service still make this place highly recommended for anyone looking for something tasty and quick.

05/05/2026: BAD EXPERIENCE Let me start by saying that I only called this pizzeria because it was Monday and the pizzerias I usually go to were closed. I called and asked if it was possible to have a flatbread pizza with mozzarella, baked potatoes, and sausage, a very common classic pizza. When I asked, they confirmed the ingredients, and I placed the order. As soon as I got home, I was in for a surprise: the baked potatoes I had requested were nothing more than oven-baked French fries, and the sausage was HALF RAW and cut into 3/4-mm discs. There were practically 3 cm of sausage on the entire pizza—SHOCKING!!

18/04/2026: A versatile place offering a bit of everything. The pizza is excellent, not too crusty, and very light. The paninazzo is delicious, from the bread to the flavorful meat. The dining room is very spacious, divided into several well-furnished spaces, each with its own distinct identity, unlike the entrance, which feels like a normal shop.

23/05/2026: The pizza has a good crust, all the ingredients are good, but the wait for takeout is too long. From 7:30 PM when you order to 10:10 PM when it's delivered. Excessive.

30/04/2026: Horrible. My friends and I had plain pizzas and got bad food poisoning, with vomiting and a high fever. It's not like it used to be.

10/05/2026: Honestly, it's not the Russian House it once was!!! It's a shame about the place, always nice and welcoming... But not many people... Being celiac, I was looking for gluten-free pizza, but they didn't have it... The owner told me the story of having been inspected by the tax authorities and being told they couldn't make any... But for me, the problem is that they don't have any sales and so they're trying to avoid unnecessary expenses for themselves, rightly so!!!

11/10/2025: Maurizio was very kind and welcoming. The caponata was the best I've tasted in the Aeolian Islands, and the stuffed squid with sauce was wonderful! Thank you.

05/10/2025: For the owner alone this restaurant is worth a visit. Such a lovely and engaging man, who spoke Italian, English and German with us. The food is delicious and though on the pricier side, portion size and quality justify it. We had the best seafood noodles here. (Sadly I only have a photo of the empty shells)

07/06/2026: Unfortunately, it wasn't a great evening. We made reservations for Saturday afternoon. We arrived and ordered drinks, only to discover that despite it being a busy day, they were out of beer. They only had three types, all 33 cl. There were 18 of us. The food was pretty poor, with poor-quality pizzas and subpar ingredients. The only positive aspect was the service, but it was handled by just one person. The other waiters, besides being rude, couldn't take orders (food, drinks, or anything else) because everything had to be handled by just one person, who, despite running around, obviously couldn't handle everything properly. I'm sorry, but I don't think I'll be returning to this place again, first and last time.

08/04/2026: I was put off by the very mixed reviews, but we came anyway, and now I understand the comments: At first glance, the place seems like someone put a lot of thought into it, thanks to the unique names of the pizzas and the decor. In reality, though, the operation is rather half-hearted, and the staff seem more preoccupied with themselves. It's not very clean, a lot of things are broken, and the service isn't exactly attentive. I can imagine you could have really bad luck here. But whatever. The view is great, and the pizza was actually better than expected—quite good, in fact. The fact that the pizza maker himself barely speaks Italian and only recently immigrated almost makes you feel at home. Be warned: there's absolutely no shade, so this place is only for sunset and later.

19/01/2026: Stazzo, Acireale, CT. Via Spiaggia, 22. Toward the end of last summer, while visiting Stazzo, we saw the place and ordered some sandwiches. They might not have been exceptional, but they tasted good enough, so much so that we returned a couple more times. We had some lovely evenings, and the sea view certainly contributed.

07/12/2025: Shameful to say the least! Staff that make you incredibly anxious! You don't even have time to enter and look at the counter with the food, the waiter comes over and says "Do you want to sit down? Please!" But damn, not even time? Not to mention the prices. A warm heart (frozen), a herbal tea with supermarket sachets (the cheapest ones by the way), a single portion of ricotta and almonds and a juice for the child cost the grand sum of 24 euros and 50! Are we serious? A rip-off! Never again.

08/01/2026: A fantastic place in Palermo! 🍕 The food is always fresh, prepared fresh with high-quality ingredients – the taste is truly impressive. The portions are generous, the prices are very reasonable, and the service is friendly and welcoming. The Aperol Spritz at this pizzeria is a masterpiece 🍹 – huge, perfectly balanced, and perfect for an evening of relaxation. The atmosphere is fantastic, making you want to come back. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

04/01/2026: Overall, the food was good, but I think the prices were exorbitant, because being in the center of town doesn't justify a €4 slice of Margherita pizza or a €7 flute stuffed with prosciutto. And this with all due respect to the incredibly kind staff and the cleanliness of the place.

10/04/2026: The pizzas were delicious! My first pizza since arriving in Italy and it's set the bar high. The service was very warm and friendly, the place was comfortable and clean, definitely a place to return to.

27/03/2026: It's unacceptable that I had to enter this restaurant wearing a clean jacket and leave with a stained one!!! The waiter knocked it off his chair three times by stepping on it even after noticing! The pasta was delivered to me with the draining water still in it!!! I hope things improve!
