19/06/2026: A true gem! An old pasticceria and part time wine bar with a beautiful collection. The owners are lovely and the host knows his wines very well. The pastries and arancini are made with love. We sat here for an hour during a hot friday sicilian afternoon while the big local population of sparrows filled the sky above us.

10/06/2026: The food was really good and amazing pastries but prices are not indicated and when we had for 35€ for two glass of wine, one arancino and one Sfincione and minuscule part of tart and 8 cookies to go. The service was not fantastic, the owner doesn’t seem happy with his work. He never gave us the invoice and it’s illegal. Sad because the food was good…we will not come back!

25/06/2026: Coffee is a pleasure, but if you have to be offended at 7 in the morning by a barista who dares to say to the cashier, "Oh, make the receipt, because this is so special." She had basically already classified us (my colleague and I, who occasionally stopped by for work) as "Special," in the negative sense of the word, obviously, and do you know why? Nothing less than I always asked for the receipt with every coffee purchase... and I'm weird!!! I'm weird (or strange) because I wish we all paid taxes on what we actually take in/earn!!! Oh well, one, actually two, fewer customers. PATIENCE... there are so many bars around. I know, the owner will be thinking, "You know, two fewer coffees"; well, I hope the world is full of weird/special ones.

07/12/2025: We went there for breakfast and ordered Arancino and a Pizza-like-Slice made with Eggs and Eggplant. it was really great. The Arancino was one of the best I ate in Sicily. I really recommend it.

24/11/2025: One of the best bakeries in Catania, if not the best. The variety is immense, you'll be spoiled for choice. The food is delicious and high-quality, and the prices are still very affordable. The hot plates are generously sized and full of toppings. The staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

30/05/2026: Came here for brunch with friends. The inside is gorgeous and it feels like you walked off the street into a hidden secret. The food and drinks were top tier and the service was great. They were very kind and even gave us a free Prosecco at the end.

22/04/2026: We stopped at this shop on a whim because our son wanted a cannolo. They didn't have any, but we bought an assortment of cakes and they were excellent. Our favorites were the almond paste and strawberry ones, and the pistachio ones. The price was more than reasonable considering the quality of the products.

Special thanks to Giovanni, the man who served us: always smiling, kind, and very helpful. He recommended some truly excellent dishes, helping make our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent seafood in a welcoming atmosphere.

09/06/2026: Spaghetti carbonara with greasy bacon. Spaghetti Bolognese with sauce that looked like it came from a jar. The server was silent. Most of the neighboring tables had pizza... I didn't see anyone finish theirs. They looked very bad. Poor value for money. The women's restroom was very dirty for a restaurant, with a broken flush. We will avoid this "restaurant" in the future.
