18/03/2025: Dal ricordo piacevole della prima volta che ci sono andata ci sono ritornata. Purtroppo la seconda è stata una delusione. Antipasto un po misero di verdure varie. Primi discreti ma molto normali. Due secondi. Una piccola salsiccia gratinata e una ciotolina di carne con un gusto indecifrabile ed un cattivo odore. Dolce di ricotta. Peccato, anche le persone che erano con me non sono state soddisfatte.

18/05/2025: The view is amazing. The daily menu was fantastic. We had veal, calamari, antipasto and pasta of the day. Not only was the service excellent but the hostess helped us find our relatives.

25/05/2025: Hidden Champ Restaurant - Don't let the quiet atmosphere fool you! This charming Sicilian family-run restaurant is a true gem. While they may not always have everything on the menu available, what they do serve is exceptional. Their vegan pasta options are fantastic - the pasta pomodoro and norma are absolutely incredible. The prices are remarkably reasonable for such high-quality pasta, especially considering it's located right around the corner from much pricier hipster establishments. The family who runs it is genuinely lovely, and despite the relaxed, uncrowded setting, the food quality is outstanding. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for authentic, delicious pasta without the fancy restaurant markup!

24/05/2025: A local friend recommended this place, he said "they are a bit slow, but worthy!" Well! We arrived and the waiter said "you will have to wait a little", even if there weren't many tables...We sat down in a weird looking dining room with lots of different stuff on the wall: old theatre posters and antiques which made the room looking very odd. After a while the waiter came back to take our orders, one antipasto to share and two primi. Then we waited. We waited for nearly an hour for a cold starter which from the way it was presented it looked like it was prepared in 5 minutes, 40 minutes before being brought to the table. For the first courses we had to wait at least another 20 to 30 minutes, and they were inedible: the ‘caserecci alla norma’ were overcooked and bland, my husband bravely tried to at least eat half his portion. I couldn't. We left the table and went to pay and realised that we were the only table left ... shocked by the 41 euros and the zero apologies for the wait, we left the restaurant VERY disappointed and much more hungry than before. 01/02/2025: Since they changed management, it's really sad. The shelves are empty, there aren't as many sweets as before and the hot chocolate is practically dirty water. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE!!!!

07/09/2024: Escaping from a whole day under the sun and desperately looking for shade, we come across this terrible experience. Not knowing anything about the company nor their proposals, we found ourselves obliged to do the complete tasting of their "wines" and their products, without being asked or explained anything. Initially the owner seemed very friendly and competent, but during the tasting he proved to be the exact opposite. In fact, as we have read in several previous reviews, the wines that are produced are not exclusively from Zibibbo grapes, as we were told after asking which grape varieties the wine was produced with (clearly a wine not only from Zibibbo grapes). Not to mention the "cutting board" of a single cheese, industrial to say the least. Finally, the price of 50 euros for four wine tastings and two platters is disproportionate to say the least! They claim to be wine producers but from what the owner told us, they were born as suppliers of grapes for other producing companies. Go elsewhere if you are looking for an authentic wine and food experience in Pantelleria.

31/08/2024: Farm with self-produced products... super aperitif and special wines. Unfortunately, 3 weeks after my 5 star review I have to reduce it to two. I feel cheated by Mr. Diego who to date has not sent us the ordered products. They arrived from other companies before mid-August (we were in Pantelleria from 1 to 6) but he claims that there are transport problems or unavailable materials which I don't believe... and in any case if he doesn't have the products he can give me my money back Purchased for 400 euros... and piripi..

02/05/2025: I find myself forced to make a note on this place that I know very well and which has always served good and excellent things... Yesterday, May 1st, we entered the restaurant asking for the possibility of occupying a table for 10 people, empty and left dirty by previous customers: we were welcomed by a waitress who was anything but kind, who informed us that we could sit but that "the table needs to be cleaned, I don't know when it will be done"... When it is finally cleaned, we sit down and order ours ice creams and our granitas: as mentioned, it was May 1st, so we counted on having to wait; after 3 quarters of an hour of waiting we noticed not only that nothing had arrived yet, but that customers who arrived after us had consumed and had already left: then, kindly, we asked the usual waitress if there was still a long wait, and her answer left us speechless: "There's a lot of confusion today, if you want to wait, fine, otherwise you can leave!"... But is this the way to interface with customers? Luckily, a boy with a foreign accent came to our aid and managed to serve us, for a total of one hour of waiting... I repeat that I very well understand the long wait dictated by the day of celebration, but rudeness is not tolerable: people like this person make a place lose credibility which has never been second to anyone in terms of courtesy and kindness

11/02/2025: La scorsa settimana per il compleanno del figlio di amici cari (torta regalata da tutto il gruppo ) abbiamo prenotato la torta in pasticceria (festa a soppressa in un locale…) appena apriamo lo scatolo troviamo una torta tutta scacata con decorazione orribile il colore non era quello che avevamo chiesto per non parlare del sapore davvero orribile delle creme i pasticcini che no sapevano di nulla insomma ci siamo trovati male non abbiamo voluto fare polemiche sinceramente ma sconsiglio….

17/08/2024: We were here on a Saturday evening and got a table even though we didn't have a reservation. At first we had to wait a bit, but the waitress was very friendly and brought us the starter plate after a quarter of an hour. This was sufficient and very tasty (salami, spicy salami, Parma ham, pecorino, scrambled eggs with onions and spices, olives with rocket, grilled eggplant and zucchini)! It's best to share, because the main course came afterwards. The food was plentiful, spicy and delicious. She also brought a small bowl of red pepper, which had a pleasant spiciness and which you should definitely try if you like spiciness. All in all a good restaurant, I would come here again and again. Price/performance absolutely fine.
