18/03/2026: We went as two couples, as a true Catanese kiosk lover, I can say this is a good place. The crepes are good, but the smoothies are more refined. Two crepes are 9 euros, but a plus is that you can sit as long as you want. Recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

16/12/2025: A brilliant café. The cassata al forno (a typical Sicilian cake) is delicious, a huge slice at a low price. The arancini are some of the best we've ever had, the atmosphere is right by the market, and the service is lovely. We won't even mention the excellent coffee, as that's obvious :)

22/02/2026: We visited this restaurant for lunch on February 20, 2026, driven by expectations that, unfortunately, were completely unmet. The overall experience was profoundly disappointing, to the point that we have categorically ruled out returning. The service was characterized by a barely excusable sloppiness: disorganized waiting times, poor customer service, and a lack of logical coherence in the presentation of the dishes. The quality of the dishes was modest; in particular, the meat—the centerpiece of the €25 Sunday set menu—was served cold, an unacceptable circumstance from both a gastronomic and professional perspective. The menu also included two tastings of first courses, which, according to the restaurant's approach, should have been served after the main course. However, only one was served, omitting the second tasting entirely without any explanation. Despite our reporting of the poor service, the final bill included the full cost of both menus, without any adjustment or gesture of attention to the customer. The overall impression is one of inexperienced management, with staff clearly lacking adequate training in the restaurant industry. In light of the above, we cannot recommend this establishment in any way.

25/02/2026: Order a whole pizza and prepare for a perfect Sicilian pizza experience. If you wear a Brioni suit, you can't complain that you look like Marcello Mastriani in 1955. That's what you bought, and you look better than you used to! Same goes here. You come here for Sicilian pizza from this particular hood. That means you will eat a crust that balances gentle crispness with the doughiest sensation since you annoyed your new born nephew by pinching his cheeks. The toppings will either be that sublime mix of tomato piquant sweetness, or the unmissable creaminess of buffalo mozzarella. Either way, this is a treat that will leave you more satisfied than maggot in a morgue. However, if you don't like Brioni suits, or Sicilian pizza, head home and make a B line for Polyester Bob's suits, dominoes pick up, and save yourself time, and Italy: the bother.

12/04/2026: On the advice of a friend, I decided to entrust the creation of my daughter's birthday cake to their skilled hands. The finished product was superb, both aesthetically and in taste. The staff, too.... Sweeter than their products. Highly recommended!!!!!

11/10/2025: A great place. Lunch for two cost 35-40 euros, but we couldn't finish it all, so we took it with us. We each had five courses. The portions were large, the food was delicious, fast, and the service was friendly. I really enjoyed it. Special thanks to the petite, slender waitress with her bright eyes, attentive and smiling! I highly recommend it!
