02/04/2025: I am correcting the review after returning to this pizzeria. Given the response of the staff, whom I thank, I confirm that it was not just a "bad" day, but perhaps an entire period. As a customer, I don't give up after just one bad experience, but several. After a few months' break I returned as a regular customer, I increased the food to 5 stars because it remains one of the best pizzerias in the city. I don't know about mortadella because I avoid it regardless, but I'm confident and maybe it's just my taste. I remain a customer and continue to recommend Viziosi to many people. (Old review to follow) I'm sorry to have to abandon my favorite pizzeria of the last two or three years. I have recommended this pizzeria to a myriad of people and have always been thanked. Unfortunately I don't understand the reason, maybe a change of staff or something else, but the quality has really dropped in my opinion. I didn't just have one bad experience, I went most weeks so I can say that the unwelcome experiences happened on the last handful of occasions, which is why I ruled it out that it could be a problem of that single day. Something has changed. The round pizza with high edges has become uneven, with high, soft edges on one side and low, crunchy edges on the other. Tomato in the center that becomes dry and almost non-existent near the edges. Fried Montanarine arrived very cold at the table, cold frying was unforgivable. I think all this is more a problem of "hands" than of the quality of the product, which remains excellent. But what's really wrong, and here we're talking about products, is mortadella. I tried it several times on pizzas, on montanarine, and nothing. I don't want to question the quality of the product, I don't know if it's poorly kept, near heat sources, I don't know, but that mortadella has an old taste, as if it were almost spoiled. I asked and was recommended freshness, but in any case it remains the only mortadella in this city that is "inedible" for my perhaps too sensitive palate. I would be hypocritical to give less than 3 stars, it is still an excellent pizzeria, but I am a regular customer who would have given even 6 stars if there had been the possibility, and who will now change his habits.

08/03/2025: Che dire....a questa pizzeria ho dato secondo possibilità,ma non è andato bene. Una pizza arrivata poco poco tiepida,altra completamente fredda e come forse non è bastato hanno dimenticato di mettere mozzarella. La pizza cocktail sembrava più una fetta biscottata.Devo essere sincera la salsa aurora e gamberetti erano molto buoni,e anche crocchette di patate che ordinato mio figlio erano buoni. Chi sa magari io sono così sfortunata 🤔

24/01/2025: The pizza was very tasty and the beer was also great, the glass came from the freezer and kept the beer cold for a really long time. I think the heating was off because I wouldn't have been able to sit without a jacket. There are also direct and sufficient parking spaces available. The entrance is in the courtyard and is not directly visible from the street.

21/11/2024: They don't have a high chair for children, the place was nice and clean but they brought pasta without us ordering it... perhaps to avoid us catching a lot of fish?? Surely yes because we ordered the squid rings as an appetizer and they arrived as a second course half raw and badly breaded.. perhaps the owner had gone out to buy them quickly 🤦‍♀️ otherwise good.. we didn't feel bad so ok.. 🤣

17/11/2024: This was one of the best meals we had while in Sicily. The freshness olive oil was phenomenal, and the homemade pasta was divine. It was an easy trek from Segesta (if you enjoy walking) and we were ready for a break after the more challenging walk in the morning. I'd love to return here next time!

28/10/2024: Siamo stati ieri in questo agriturismo per un pranzo in famiglia. La location è molto bella, ci si arriva imboccando una stradina sterrata subito dopo l'uscita dell'autostrada ed il paesaggio è incantevole con vista sul tempio di Segesta . Il locale interno molto accogliente, gli esterni ampi, con una grande piscina e divanetti dove potersi rilassare. Essendo domenica ci hanno proposto il menù fisso, ottimi gli antipasti rustici, buoni i due assaggi di primi e la carne. Buone le cassatelle di ricotta. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

28/12/2024: We booked for 5 adults and 3 children. Very good pizzas! Unfortunately, we suffered a pseudo-singer, paid to host a birthday party. He sang badly and deafened us. We couldn't talk because we couldn't hear each other side by side at the same table! We left quickly, like our neighbors. Too bad, first restaurant in 13 years with my family.

24/10/2024: The owner is really poor....you can't watch tik tok at full volume without looking at who comes in and who leaves in the middle of the service.....No comment

12/01/2025: Several times with my daughters after eating out we go to this ice cream shop for dessert Staff quite helpful There are different types of ice cream or their specialties and classics The only flaw is the place because it could be kept more efficient in terms of cleaning the tables but this is also due to the customers... Furthermore, I recommend trying their ice creams and their specialties

28/01/2025: If you want to eat at the diner, go elsewhere! Polite and friendly staff, but for the rotisserie if I could give less stars I would.... Almost poor quality and no taste in addition to the fact that the prices are very high and it is absolutely not worth it. For the rest, excellent for drinking a good coffee and having lunch with first courses And second courses.

25/11/2024: Cree en los comentarios sobre Amacord. Para que esté situado justo en frente de la plaza principal y tener una comida tan increíble es único. Disfrutamos del almuerzo allí el mes pasado en una excursión de un día desde Ragusa Isla donde nos alojamos. Su versión de caponata era excelente, al igual que todo lo que comimos. Me alegro de haber encontrado Amacord
