01/01/2026: Contrary to all expectations, given our choice to spend New Year's Eve at Nuk, a renowned restaurant known for its quality, I must report the extremely poor organization of the evening of the 31st. The staff was mostly unprepared, untrained, and poorly organized, hired for the occasion without any preparation. We ordered two recommended menus for the evening and noticed that some courses hadn't arrived. When we reported it, the staff pretended nothing had happened and denied the missing items. Of the four missing courses, two arrived. The menu wasn't respected, and other tables also reported this problem. No one performed the midnight countdown. There was silence and a terrible paranoia, and to top it all off, the DJ never arrived. When we customers asked for confirmation, some denied it, and some said he was running late. All this happened after midnight, and in the meantime, the place was emptying, to the discontent of the customers who felt cheated. The big New Year's bluff...in short, quality aside, nuk disappointed us!

28/04/2026: Update: Unfortunately, after a year, I have to update my review. I've tried the pizza several times over the past few months, and it's seen an incredible decline. The pizza is very dry and difficult to eat. It's too thick in the center, making it tiresome to eat, requiring you to drink a lot of water or Coke to make it edible. It's not easy to cut with a knife. I tried various flavors before giving my opinion: Margherita, Parmigiana, Napoli, Romana, etc. However, the problem is always the same: the dough isn't up to par, even for the Margherita. Everything is uneven, and the order taking and delivery are no longer as quick as they once were. I've attached a photo of the Margherita pizza. Tell me if it's aesthetically pleasing, even though what matters is the taste, and even that is quite disappointing. Spectacular service; if all the restaurants were like this, it would be the best. Friendly and helpful waiters, delicious appetizers, fries, and pizzas. Very fast service, I was amazed at how quickly everything arrived, but also at the really good pizzas. The bresaola was excellent, and the buffalo mozzarella was also excellent. Congratulations, truly!

25/01/2026: A quick but excellent lunch. The seasonal fried dishes, broccoli, and cardoons, typical of Palermo, are noteworthy. The staff is friendly and professional, and it feels like home! The only downside was that we ate outside on the enclosed veranda because the inside was fully booked!

30/05/2026: We came to this restaurant with local friends and were more than satisfied. The meat was excellent and the side dishes were top-notch. Since it was summer, we were able to eat outside with the square lit up. Special thanks to the waitress. Managing a large table with children in a crowded restaurant is no easy task, but she managed it with a smile, calm manner, and great empathy. Thank you so much.

16/05/2026: If you are in a hurry I do not recommend it because not only did I order the pizzas in advance because I had a personal commitment, on top of that the excuse was "it's Saturday"

04/05/2026: I frequent it for breakfast, but it's packed at all hours. The service is prompt and professional, the atmosphere is clean and well-kept, and the breakfast is decent and affordable.

07/03/2026: Impeccable culinary experience. We had a seafood dinner and were impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the attention to detail in the presentation. Balanced flavors enhance the flavors of the seafood without overpowering them. Attentive service and a very pleasant atmosphere. A must-visit for those seeking superior quality.

26/10/2025: Excellent pizza restaurant. The pizza is Neapolitan-style with a thick crust. Very good. The appetizers are also excellent. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere.

27/06/2026: Delicious food. It's a shame that after our evening visit, I asked the innkeeper for directions back to the tourist routes. The innkeeper gave me rather incorrect directions, creating the perfect situation for very unpleasant encounters with local wildlife. Given the risk of kidnapping and an unexpected escape, I can't rate this place higher than 3 stars.

22/06/2026: We had the spaghetti with cuttlefish ink and the fried seafood. If it’s your first day in Palermo, I wouldn’t recommend going there. It wasn’t the most hygienic restaurant. On top of that, the staff was awful and not friendly at all. They slammed water bottles onto our table, which felt very rude. As for the food, I was genuinely worried about getting food poisoning. The seafood did not seem fresh at all. To make matters worse, smoke from the nearby street food stalls kept blowing into the restaurant and onto our table, making the dining experience even more unpleasant. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

04/07/2026: Excellent pizzas and super-fast service, but there are two things that could be improved ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​We were really pleased with the food: the pizzas are delicious and, above all, very filling, the kind that really fills you up! The service is generally very fast, and the staff is very young and welcoming. ​There were only two flaws. The first is the parking: a larger, more visible sign outside would be useful, not so much to help you find it, but to let people who aren't familiar with the place know that this is the restaurant's reserved parking lot. The second is the rush in clearing the table: we had ordered fries, and as soon as the pizzas arrived, the staff took away our plates of ketchup and mayonnaise without asking if we were finished or giving us any time. ​Aside from these oversights, everything else was excellent. Highly recommended!

25/06/2026: Great service. We arrived early and the waiter allowed us to sit at a table and have drinks before they opened. The food was delicious.

14/06/2026: A delightful experience with an extraordinary view over all of Palermo. A beautiful sunset and very friendly waiters. The food and wine were excellent.

19/09/2025: I discovered this ice cream maker through work on the beautiful Panarea island. At a wedding I organized, Francesco won over all the guests with his excellent granitas, artisanal ice creams, and cakes, all served with such professionalism. Highly recommended if you're stopping on the beautiful Bougainvillea island.

07/03/2026: My husband and I had dinner this evening. I have to say the food is good and the quality is excellent; I have nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, however, the prices are incredibly high and, in my opinion, completely disproportionate to the market. Using the excuse of price increases and the war, they even overcharge for add-ons: for example, adding porcini mushrooms costs €5. Furthermore, the wait times are very long: we waited over an hour for two pizzas. A small piece of gelatin, which you'd normally pay around €3, here sells for €12 for maybe 100 grams. In conclusion, yes, the food is good, but I personally don't recommend it. We won't be returning. There are places around with much more reasonable prices. With these prices, honestly, it's better to eat at home: a pizza shouldn't become a luxury. After paying the bill, given the high price, I even felt a bit heartburn.

07/03/2026: Good food, but for me personally too expensive, now any excuse is good to raise the prices, I'm not the type to create inconveniences but I advise the company to create a detailed price list because if you take someone who likes to argue they won't pay you if you don't have the detailed prices of what you order also because the law requires it, surprise prices are not given at the checkout
