18/05/2025: We sat down at 8:30 pm and ate at 10:30 pm. 2 hours of waiting to eat poor quality pizzas, hard dough that almost broke the knife when cutting them, they made other smaller tables pass in front of us (table for 12 people). Noisy place. Very kind waitress but that's not enough. Not recommended.

06/06/2025: Unfortunately my experience was not positive. The ice cream had a strange consistency, almost watery, and the flavors were not very defined, almost tasteless. I was also not convinced by the brioche: dry, not very fragrant and it seemed not to be from the day. With all the quality ice cream shops in the area, I definitely expected more seeing the positive reviews. I don't think I'll be back.

10/06/2025: I had lunch with an excellent roast beef on a bed of mixed salad with walnuts and balsamic vinegar, accompanied in my case by fresh grilled seasonal vegetables. Fast and professional service, very friendly and welcoming. Recommended for a nice break from outlet shopping.

19/06/2025: Terrible experience. If I could give less than one star I would. Non-existent customer service and the waitress took advantage of a moment of distraction to charge us for an extra pizza. And then they also wanted to be right. Crazy. Don't go there.

08/08/2025: If you're craving a delicious gelato after a beautiful sunset over the Genna salt flats...then don't hesitate to try the Caito brothers' delicacies. They have ample and convenient parking, even for large vehicles (I had a camper). You can savor a wide variety of flavors and specialties. 20/06/2025: Great Location, But Poorly Maintained and Misleading "Breakfast" This chalet has a lot of potential, it’s in a peaceful, scenic spot on the slopes of Etna, and the setting is truly lovely. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the location. The place felt rundown. Only one of the four kitchen burners worked, which made cooking frustrating. The shower setup was inconvenient, and even flushing the toilet was a hassle. On top of that, a group of 7 or 8 cats constantly hovered around our door, meowing for food — not exactly relaxing. One of the most disappointing aspects was the so-called "breakfast" that was included in the booking. It consisted of packaged dried toasts, a tiny packaged croissant, and a few apples, none of which we ended up eating. It felt like an afterthought rather than something meant to welcome guests. If we had known the breakfast was going to be this poor, we would have brought our own food. With proper maintenance and more honest communication, this place could be a gem. But in its current state, it just doesn't deliver.

27/07/2025: I just had a horrible experience here. Despite the square and all the options around we decided to have 4 gelato in this place. Upon request the gelato and the server made a mistake which he declined, he got overwhelmed or overreacting about the situation" maybe it is the heat or the pressure during the high season" however no reason to get rude about the service. Anyway we carried on with our order, and upon pay we gently requested if we could sit outside and we were told we couldn't because we ordered at the counter. In which hospitality business is this even acceptable? I don't put "0" in service because Google doesn't allow it, however there are many better options around it.

03/05/2025: Apparently they can't understand the customer's requests when asked FOUR TIMES on the phone FOUR TIMES, and for the umpteenth time they have confirmed that they just can't handle it. If you call to order and you have a specific request, don't ask because they won't do it regardless

25/04/2025: I stopped by Panyllo and immediately fell in love with it. Rustici, really delicious bread and focaccia, all super fresh and made with care. The staff was very kind and super helpful, the service was fast and attentive. If you are in the area, you can't miss it try it! Highly recommended!

20/06/2025: From the outside it didn't look like anything special, we went in for the promo brioche+granita 3€ and croissant+coffee 1.5€ The pastries were delicious, large and filled to bursting We took advantage of the opportunity to also get a "take-away lunch": arancini, panzerotto, and more (4 large pieces) All delicious When she did the bill and said 10€ including breakfast (granita+brioche and pasta+coffee) I didn't want to believe it Ps: the girl at the counter is very nice and already on the second day she treated us like family (obviously we went there every day we were in Noto) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

11/02/2025: La scorsa settimana per il compleanno del figlio di amici cari (torta regalata da tutto il gruppo ) abbiamo prenotato la torta in pasticceria (festa a soppressa in un locale…) appena apriamo lo scatolo troviamo una torta tutta scacata con decorazione orribile il colore non era quello che avevamo chiesto per non parlare del sapore davvero orribile delle creme i pasticcini che no sapevano di nulla insomma ci siamo trovati male non abbiamo voluto fare polemiche sinceramente ma sconsiglio….

26/06/2025: All you can eat sushi for 25€ so worth it!!! The sushi tastes so fresh like caught in the morning fresh and is very clean. Highly, highly recommend! Try the salmon nigiri

13/05/2025: Molte varietà di gusti ma qualità del gelato nella media. Purtroppo invece del classico cono ho optato per una brioche con due gusti di gelato. Scelta pessima. Si trattava di un prodotto verosimilmente preconfezionato (gusto del tutto similare ad una merendina). Tutto al modico prezzo di 5 €

28/04/2025: Nos alojamos a la vuelta de la esquina de esta Gelateria - una joya! Gelato y granita eran increíbles, y el personal es muy amable! Tuve una gran conversación con el personal sobre el interés en el béisbol. Este lugar es un poco fuera de los caminos trillados, pero vale la pena visitarlo. Delicioso helado en un lugar tranquilo, pero justo al otro lado del puente de Ortigia.

09/06/2025: Amocù restaurant boasts a beautiful location in the center of Catania. Excellent for an elegant sushi dinner. The terrace is also beautiful during the spring/summer season. Recommended +++++

02/07/2025: It's worth going for the scenery. The food leaves something to be desired.
