08/09/2025: Hotel in the center of Leni, with a post office with a postamat, supermarket, and bus stop nearby. It's ideal for those seeking refreshment. Beautifully maintained, with plenty of greenery and a sea view. Cleanliness and impeccable hospitality. A strategic location for exploring the entire island. We rented a car, but even walking from the hotel to Rinella was a magical experience. The hotel bar is a must-see for anyone passing through Leni. Thanks to Michele for his valuable advice and to all the staff. We hope to return soon.

31/07/2025: I've stayed in many hotels in Europe and South America, and this was undoubtedly the best. Not only for the views and the rooms, which were absolutely fantastic, but also because the owners' hospitality was outstanding. I highly recommend it.

10/02/2026: Excellent gluten-free pizza, but the restaurant's seafood menu is also worth trying, with fresh, generous dishes and gluten-free options. Prices may be a bit high, but the quality is top-notch, as is the wine list. Impeccable service in an elegant setting, both in the winter and on the summer terrace.

17/01/2026: I tried the pizzas of the great Professional/Champion: Carmelo Guarnera and was truly blown away by the exceptional quality. He's a great person and a true connoisseur of the ingredients, and you can tell from the first bite. As a Food & Beverage Expert, I can vouch for and recommend him 100%, and I'll definitely be back soon.

16/11/2025: Pizzeria open late at night. The pizza is unpretentious, simple but not exceptional. Excellent value.

18/09/2025: The food was very good, no doubt about it. However, I still don't understand why, despite having made a reservation and having at least four free tables (two of which were later filled by people without reservations), we had to wait 15 minutes for a table with other diners still chatting. No offense, but the service needs to be significantly improved.

14/09/2025: A great restaurant. Tasty, delicate and well-served meals. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. It's a place I would return to with my eyes closed.

12/04/2026: Realistic fruit that didn't even taste like jelly!!! Practically nothing! For the most part, €6 a piece!!! A steal!!!! A nice croissant with ice cream would have been better!!!

09/12/2025: I found myself in Catania for work, and decided to spend the remaining hours inside the Ikea store. I decided to have lunch inside, wandering around the immense store, and I must say that, to my surprise, I found some things good and others less so. The salmon fillet was pleasant. The medallions were tasty. The rest wasn't to my liking. I found it to be like a cheap cafeteria, despite the high price. Finally, the €1.60 bottle of water seems like a rip-off. The dispensers that were supposed to work were actually broken, and for these reasons, I gave them a 2* rating.

04/11/2025: Excellent value for money It's located on a central street, always open for both lunch and dinner (it's beautifully lit in the evenings!) You can dine at the outdoor tables, take away, or order delivery. The portions are generous, and the ingredients and flavors are truly delicious! The sandwiches, piadinas, and fried foods are delicious, especially the panelle, which I love but aren't always easy to find! The staff is young and very friendly, and the atmosphere is truly welcoming, carefully decorated for Halloween (and, I assume, for any holiday). Highly recommended!

02/11/2025: We ate here twice and were more than satisfied both times. The food was delicious, and above all, everyone was so friendly! There's also a lovely outdoor seating area. A real highlight was when the nice man let us into the haunted house they set up in the building for Halloween.

12/10/2025: Pros: - The beach was really good and clean - Room was very clean Cons: - No internet in the room (!) - Broken amenities in the room - Check-in only available in Italian - Booked a triple room and got a twin room - Extra charge for everything that was available - Poor breakfast; if something was missing, it never came back - Very poor coffee quality - Coffee machines (you can get better ones for a fee) - Spa for an additional charge - Parking always full - First row of beach seats for an additional charge in October - There's actually nothing nearby, so choosing that without a car is pointless

11/10/2025: We stayed at the Modica Beach Resort during the off-season. Since we travel a lot, we read some reviews this time, which are generally quite positive. We don't know what it's like in the high season, so we obviously can't speak for that period. First, the location: The hotel is truly in an absolutely wonderful location, right on the beach. It truly deserves 5 stars. The fact that the waves were quite high the first few days and it was almost impossible to get into the water isn't anyone's fault. The last few days, the sea was absolutely calm and it couldn't have been better. The rooms: We had a deluxe room facing the garden. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. The garden was an absolute joke and the hedge was so high that you couldn't see the open space behind it. There would have been room for a larger garden with a low hedge without any problems. I would give it 3 points for cleanliness. It was more of a quick fix than clean. The TV didn't have any German channels, and the smart TV didn't work at all. No stable WiFi connection. Now, the food. If you're looking for good Italian cuisine, you've come to the wrong place. The room is really coldly lit and extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast is pretty monotonous. Canned and unpeeled fruit. There's no variety of cold cuts. Endless sweets...but those with a sweet tooth will probably still find something to their liking. The coffee shouldn't be called coffee; it's more like dishwater than coffee. You can buy "real" coffee on site if you like. The dinner is an absolute disaster...we were wondering if the chef was on vacation and that's why we've read some positive reviews about the food. Everything is more or less tasteless and completely uninspiring. A real shame, since Italy is actually one of the countries with good cuisine. All in all, we can say the location is great, the food is a flop.

09/11/2025: Terrible experience, from the service to the food. My children's cutlet was served completely raw and thick, and was left untouched on the plate. They didn't even ask why it was left or what was wrong, and obviously they paid for it in full on the bill! I won't add anything else except that we'll never return.

17/06/2025: Family-run restaurant located in Palermo. Pleasant welcome and service. The food, however, is very simple and more like something your grandmother would make. For a restaurant, more elaborate dishes would be appreciated. If you're looking for a quick and traditional meal, you can go to this establishment, but don't expect an explosion of flavors. Don't try the Spritz; Aperol and beer don't necessarily mix well 😅

Let Hillary's friendliness and the kindness of the Cuma staff guide you for healthy lunches bursting with flavor and creativity! I recommend all the options for breakfast, after 9:00 a.m., and for post-workout snacks! Chef Giovanni puts care and attention into every detail of the menu, making it light yet delicious year-round, always focusing on seasonal produce! I highly recommend it!

21/03/2026: From this week it is under new management with qualified staff and the chef who is the owner so I leave you to imagine quality in the dishes and excellent service from the pizzeria to the restaurant to consider experience in the knowledge of fish of the family fish traders

06/11/2025: Homemade food and generous portions! The restaurant doesn't have table service (self-service), but has tables inside and out (a small terrace with a sea view). The price is fair, and everything we tried was good. The staff? Virtually nonexistent!
