I migliori ristoranti di cucina vegetariana in Sicilia

17/02/2025: sono stato a Levanzo 10 giorni a febbraio per lavoro e Riccardo, cuoco del ristorante Arcobaleno, si è letteralmente preso cura di me. Intanto dandomi la possibilità di cenare (era l'unico posto dove era possibile farlo grazie anche alla sua disponibilità) e poi con la sua creatività e maestria. Pur essendo vegetariano (e quindi con possibilità ridotte) non ho mai mangiato la stessa cosa sempre prodotti locali, freschi e preparati al momento. E, soprattutto sapori unici arricchiti sempre da "piccoli" accorgimenti e/o arricchimenti di vero gusto (sia a livello ornamentale che di sapore). 09/02/2025: Era mi cumpleaños, un hermoso dia, una vista maravillosa, soy argentino pero finalmente me hice entender, y me trajeron lo q yo quería , fideos con langostinos pero en el mismo plato , fue un manjar y el vino banco q me recomendaron también excelente , ellos con buena onda se esmeran en atenderte rápido y muy bien ,

24/10/2024: Abbiamo avuto la segnalazione del locale come trattoria alla buona ma con prodotti di qualità’ da un pescatore e siamo andati due volte a tentare di cenare visto che la prima sera era pieno. La cena è stata invece deludente perché nonostante i prezzi fossero allineati con gli alti prezzi di tutti i ristoranti delle Eolie e la qualità fosse buona la realizzazione era trascurata tanto che uno spaghetto alle vongole da 20 euro aveva 6 vongole, era cotto in modo non uniforme, slegato dal sugo ed anche freddo. Comunque alla fine il proprietario ragazzo,giovane e volitivo,è venuto a scusarsi motivando il disagio dovuto alla distanza della cucina dal servizio in dehors e dalla forte affluenza di ospiti, anomala per ottobre. Dovrà’ attrezzarsi alle emergenze se vuole sopravvivere anche con i turisti italiani e non solo con gli stranieri che, a parte pochi casi, non sono molto ferrati in cucina!

25/03/2025: Impeccable service, excellent food quality, welcoming location.

15/03/2025: Very bad experience. Sat at the table before 8pm, semi-empty place (3 tables occupied including ours). We ordered immediately and after waiting calmly and patiently for more than 1 hour (priority to takeaway) and seeing tables that arrived waaay after us being served, we got up and left. The lady at the checkout, to apologize for what happened, kindly made us pay the cover charge! (water and coke served with plastic glasses, unused cutlery and plates).

21/02/2025: If you are looking for a place in Catania where you can study without falling asleep, work on the PC without feeling like an alien, or simply eat like crazy in a cool environment... Student Lab is the right place! The place is super welcoming, with a chill atmosphere that makes you want to stay for hours. Perfect for both a quick lunch break and an easy evening with friends. And then the food? BOMB! Space burgers, super fresh poke and sharing platters that make you want to order another one (spoiler: you will). The staff is very kind and always with a smile, which really makes the difference. In short: 🔥 Rating: 10/10 – I will definitely be back! 🔥

16/03/2025: The place has a pleasant appearance, the walls are made of stone, and order and cleanliness are evident. Dinner was a bit of a surprise, we wanted to order meat dishes, as described on the menu but there wasn't enough for four people and we were told that they mainly prepare pizzas. The Argentinian angus meat that was available was served to us but it was cold and did not give its best. Sin.

22/03/2025: sono andato per prendere delle pizze. Con mia sorpresa, ho scoperto che non hanno più il forno per le pizze. Adesso fanno solo 6 tipi di pizze con le basi già precotte e sconfezionate davanti e "infornate" nel forno elettrico verticale dove cuociono anche i cornetti. La qualità della pizza era orrenda: non era "cotta" (o riscaldata) bene e si sentiva il sapore della classica base da pizza da supermercato. Terribile!

21/03/2025: It's a welcoming place and the staff are friendly. The food is delicious and very filling, generous portions and delicious. Unfortunately, in the heat of the moment I don't have any photos of the appetizer and main courses, but this fry was extraordinary. I will definitely come back next time I come down

24/01/2025: Excellent location, I had pasta for my lunch break. Huge and abundant dishes. Menu offering both fish and meat variations. Room with many seats. Both lunch and dinner. Personally I was undecided between seafood carbonara and pasta with breadcrumbs and sardines. In the end I got the latter, I'll try the carbonara next time. Very good chef, friendly dining room staff. Fair prices. I would stay here again and recommend

01/04/2025: The standard was at least 5 stars, the eggplant was simply wonderful, but I was tempted by the carbonara and the extras... it's a real shame because it's actually scrambled eggs with pasta. The prices are ok but I highly advise against the carbonara. There's no quiet music and you really have to wait a long time.
