My husband, unlucky, had a 'bored' and tired arancini and a calzone that was a bit too re-re-re-heated. Then they very kindly changed them (of course) but... Be careful and... good luck!

23/05/2025: I returned after two years to celebrate at Borgata Baldazza, after my son's baptism, last Sunday I celebrated my fortieth birthday. I have known the lady since she started the business, about twenty years ago and she never disappoints. I chose this place without looking elsewhere, I was sure of the excellent result. The compliments that my guests gave me were countless and I in turn give them to the entire organizational machine that is behind the preparation of an event. Specifically, I decided to celebrate my birthday with an aperitif lunch, since I wanted something lively, different from the usual, the lady immediately understood my request by proposing a sort of picnic under the olive trees. A perfect idea: lots of space, lots of joy, good music and lots of good food. Not to mention the very cute and well-kept arrangements, very kind and attentive staff. Everything was perfect! I thank you again for your availability and professionalism. See you next time.

23/04/2025: Siamo venuti da Roma per trascorrere la giornata di Pasqua e ci siamo trovati molto bene......la struttura è immersa nel verde con un bel giardino,una piscina,un bosco ed una chiesetta molto graziosa.Sicuramente il luogo si presta per eventi di varia natura vista la bella location.Abbiamo pranzato nella sala con camino mentre l 'altra sala ha una bella veranda sul giardino.Ci sono varie camere che ovviamente non abbiamo visitato.Il menù è stato molto buono....forse l'aperitivo andava anticipato un pochino...per il resto ci sono piaciuti sia gli antipasti ,i primi ed i secondi.Bella l 'alternanza tra fuori e dentro per antipasti e desserts....Sicuramente da provare anche il pernotto....consigliato anche per la possibilità di andare a vedere la maestosa Etna

Menu: the offer is wide, there are many special pizzas, with combinations that I have not seen in many other pizzerias. There is also a wide choice for starters and other dishes Pizzas: we took 4, all very good and with abundant seasoning (as with the raw ham added to one of the 4, which I'll talk about later), perfect cooking Prices: the prices are excellent, there are pizzas from 8 to 15 euros, the cover charge is 1 euro. Unfortunately, for an addition of raw ham we found ourselves with +3.50 euros which in my opinion was exaggerated (for an addition we expect a maximum of 1.50 euros, but no more than double). For this reason 4 and not 5 stars. Staff: very friendly and always available. Conclusions: also recommended for the wide choice of special pizzas and the location, which allows you to take a pleasant walk both before and after dinner. Watch out for additions!

15/06/2025: Terrible, not recommended at all… you have to serve yourself and also clean the table with no customers in there, they can think about it very well, they stand still most of the time doing nothing, we paid 32 euros for two carbonaras and a lasagna, a price too exorbitant… very white carbonaras with a whole egg and not just the yolk, what can I say, an experience not to be repeated.

21/04/2025: Durch Tripadvisor sind wir bei unserem Urlaub auf dieses Restaurant gestoßen und haben es an 4 Abenden gleich 2x aufgesucht. Die Location alleine ist schon mega schön und anders als normale Restaurants. Die traditionelle Zubereitung der Gerichte ist top und wurde schonmehrfach ausgezeichnet. Pizza kann nicht besser sein und die Steakgerichte sind ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Wir würden dort sofort wieder hingehen.

19/04/2025: Una pizza davvero straordinaria, da re! Ogni morso è un'esplosione di gusto: l’impasto è leggero, fragrante, la mozzarella Del Bò è di una qualità superlativa, e gli ingredienti sono scelti con cura maniacale. Qui si capisce subito che dietro c’è passione, tecnica e una ricerca costante della perfezione. È una di quelle pizze che ti restano in mente, difficile da trovare altrove. Servizio cordiale, ambiente piacevole, si sta davvero bene. L’unica nota che stona un po’, a mio modesto parere, è il coperto: 3 euro per un semplice pezzo di carta al posto della tovaglia mi sembrano eccessivi. Personalmente preferirei vedere quei 3 euro in più sulla pizza, che li merita tutti, piuttosto che su un coperto che non offre nulla in cambio. Detto questo, ci tornerò sicuramente. Una pizzeria così merita di essere scoperta e raccontata!

25/05/2025: Disappointing experience and unacceptable service Our evening at this restaurant was unfortunately extremely disappointing. Despite a reservation for 10:00 pm, we were seated late and, after ordering at 10:15 pm, we only received two pizzas by the slice at around 11:15 pm. After realizing that the quantities were insufficient for our group, we asked to add another course, but we were informed that the kitchen was now closed. Result: after more than an hour and twenty minutes of waiting, eight people had to leave the table practically fasting. To make the experience even worse, the attempt to speak to a manager proved useless, as the person we spoke to showed no intention of apologizing for the poor service suffered. An experience that unfortunately we do not recommend and that we hope will be an exception, although the management of the evening leaves strong doubts in this regard.

13/05/2025: Molte varietà di gusti ma qualità del gelato nella media. Purtroppo invece del classico cono ho optato per una brioche con due gusti di gelato. Scelta pessima. Si trattava di un prodotto verosimilmente preconfezionato (gusto del tutto similare ad una merendina). Tutto al modico prezzo di 5 €

28/04/2025: Nos alojamos a la vuelta de la esquina de esta Gelateria - una joya! Gelato y granita eran increíbles, y el personal es muy amable! Tuve una gran conversación con el personal sobre el interés en el béisbol. Este lugar es un poco fuera de los caminos trillados, pero vale la pena visitarlo. Delicioso helado en un lugar tranquilo, pero justo al otro lado del puente de Ortigia.
