15/05/2026: We arrived at 1:30 PM and the room was supposed to be ready by 2:00 PM. Usually, during the off-season, I've often gotten hotel rooms a little before I arrive at this establishment. They were running late cleaning the room. An hour after our arrival, I gave the reception staff an ultimatum: 15 more minutes, otherwise I was leaving. They didn't seem to care about my decision. One of the managers happened to be passing by and asked me if everything was alright. I told her I was tired of waiting and wanted my room, and it was only then that they gave us another room. It's a shame about the reception staff, because they could have simply offered us a small aperitif to compensate us for the inconvenience. Aside from this inconvenience, the hotel was fine.

10/05/2026: Incredible service. I was injured while on vacation, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms were clean, and the restaurant food was excellent. A very pleasant experience despite the accident.

14/05/2026: We were here for a pizza cooking class. We received a very warm introduction to the art of pizza making and were very well catered for. We'd gladly come again.

09/12/2025: I found myself in Catania for work, and decided to spend the remaining hours inside the Ikea store. I decided to have lunch inside, wandering around the immense store, and I must say that, to my surprise, I found some things good and others less so. The salmon fillet was pleasant. The medallions were tasty. The rest wasn't to my liking. I found it to be like a cheap cafeteria, despite the high price. Finally, the €1.60 bottle of water seems like a rip-off. The dispensers that were supposed to work were actually broken, and for these reasons, I gave them a 2* rating.

09/12/2025: When I thought the products were substandard, I hadn't tried the services yet. It was a miserable experience from start to finish. Never again.

19/02/2026: Nice bar to study in (until around 7 PM with a mandatory drink). I've only been there once, but I'd love to go back. The ice coffee is very good.

25/01/2026: This place is a delight. An oasis of tranquility amidst the chaos of the city. The food is excellent, and the people who run it are friendly and kind.

30/03/2026: Family-run restaurant. The atmosphere is a bit basic, but the food is excellent and the prices are more than fair.

04/02/2026: We ate here twice. No fuzz, simple regional food well made and professionally served. Simple menu but with food others do not serve. Real home cooking as promised. We will come back.

01/06/2026: We had a wonderful evening and can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. The waitress was absolutely charming, attentive, and incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. The pizzas were especially delicious—fresh, unique, and simply outstanding. To top it all off, we were presented with a selection of desserts, which included many different delicacies. The dessert was the perfect and delicious end to a truly wonderful evening. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality; we will definitely be back!

31/10/2025: Strolling through Marzamemi, we were drawn to this renowned, award-winning gelateria. We ordered a bowl of four flavors. The gelato is excellent, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. The price is definitely justified, and I'm happy to pay for the quality, especially since it's not an ice cream you eat every day. The only downside, which bothered me, was that the staff, while serving you, would suggest adding things like homemade biscuits or whipped cream or something else without informing you that each addition has a cost, so you end up paying more than you expect. Otherwise, the place is nice and clean.

02/03/2026: Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience for me. Grilled vegetables (4 slices of eggplant and half a zucchini with a sad tomato in the center) €12, a rip-off. The pizza was served in broth because it was full of water in the center, perhaps the frozen spinach hadn't been squeezed out properly. I don't recommend it. P.S. How can staff or owners be allowed to play cards in the dining room during service? Absurd.

25/01/2026: We were so happy to find a restaurant that was not only open on a Sunday in January, but also good! The pizzas were delicious. The kind woman serving our table was very accommodating of our 8 month old. Although we speak little Italian, it was refreshing to visit a restaurant in which no one speaks English. The experience was more authentic.

28/04/2026: Update: Unfortunately, after a year, I have to update my review. I've tried the pizza several times over the past few months, and it's seen an incredible decline. The pizza is very dry and difficult to eat. It's too thick in the center, making it tiresome to eat, requiring you to drink a lot of water or Coke to make it edible. It's not easy to cut with a knife. I tried various flavors before giving my opinion: Margherita, Parmigiana, Napoli, Romana, etc. However, the problem is always the same: the dough isn't up to par, even for the Margherita. Everything is uneven, and the order taking and delivery are no longer as quick as they once were. I've attached a photo of the Margherita pizza. Tell me if it's aesthetically pleasing, even though what matters is the taste, and even that is quite disappointing. Spectacular service; if all the restaurants were like this, it would be the best. Friendly and helpful waiters, delicious appetizers, fries, and pizzas. Very fast service, I was amazed at how quickly everything arrived, but also at the really good pizzas. The bresaola was excellent, and the buffalo mozzarella was also excellent. Congratulations, truly!

26/07/2025: All you can eat lunch, excellent variety of menus and everything of good quality, nice atmosphere and excellent service managed by efficient and professional staff, if we really want to find a flaw (but it's personal taste) the ordering system is not digitalized, paper and pen but I won't take away any stars 😅, for this I must be too much of a technology lover 😂, I will definitely go back, recommended
