13/06/2026: Very nice atmosphere, the bartender said "anzi ca tu fici" after I asked for the plastic gin and tonic. Very good anyway, he added basil leaves from his garden. Thanks Paolo for the unforgettable experience. I'll be back!!!

03/06/2026: One of the few hip and outstanding wine bars in Taormina—fortunately, one that hasn’t yet to be discovered by most tourists. The young service staff ranks between musician, artisan and senior Sommeliers which offers extraordinarily delicious platters featuring yummy hummus and super creamy goat cheese. The wine selection is superb, and the staff has a fitting story for every wine that makes you eager to give it a try. You sit outside on lovely low seating, enjoying the balmy night—you won't ever want to leave.

22/03/2026: The appetizer and pizza were good. The service could be improved. We asked the waiter several times for beers, but he told us we had to wait for the owner to order.

28/05/2026: We arrived together with the owner for the evening opening, despite him just starting he kindly offered us a seat and at the table and was very welcoming. The whole service felt like it was custom tailored to our needs and desires. Later on a couple of more tables joined in and the quality of service remained top notch. Not even talking about the quality and taste of the food, it was superb! Herbs are literally harvested behind your back from the pots before being used in the dishes. It was our best dinner in Sicily. Highly recommended.

I've been to your place twice: the first time I thought I might make a mistake and turned a blind eye, even though the cappuccino was truly awful and the croissant was obviously frozen. The second time, however, was even worse, in my opinion. I was with my father and we asked for half a Pangocciolo: the blonde girl who served us not only dropped the half intended for my father, but didn't even apologize. Furthermore, when I asked for a lactose-free cappuccino, her response was incredibly arrogant. We still ordered another Pangocciolo, and when it came time to pay, we were charged for two whole Pangocciolo pastries, when in fact we'd consumed one and a half. It's not a question of money, but of principle: with great smugness, the blonde girl always insisted on specifying that there were two pastries. I honestly wonder how you can expect to retain customers if this is the treatment... I probably won't set foot in your place again.

08/05/2026: The prices are partly high. Avoid. The pizzas aren't as good as they used to be. I had to change my review. This is a frozen pizza, worth 💯, 000 times more than yours, better, softer, etc...

11/04/2026: Excellent mini Japanese street food restaurant in the center of Palermo on Via Valerio Villareale. I recommend eating there. Since it's a small restaurant run primarily by one person, there are only a few tables, but my girlfriend and I always find a spot. Prices are reasonable. Excellent food. It's a type of food I don't think you'll find anywhere else in Palermo. Highly recommended.

10/06/2026: We visited this restaurant and, when ordering at the table, asked for the menu. We were told it wasn't available, neither in paper format nor via QR code. I believe this is a disservice to customers, who should be able to clearly see what the bar offers and the corresponding prices, without having to ask the waiter what's available and the cost of each individual item.

27/11/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Bar Cristallo in Paternò is a welcoming and spacious place with a lovely smoke-free atmosphere. It's highly regarded for the quality of its products, especially its brioches, granitas, and fresh and tasty hot snacks. The staff is courteous and quick with their service, and the atmosphere is clean and pleasant. It's an ideal place for both a hearty breakfast and a break during the day. Unfortunately, I've only encountered a sub-par hot snack once. But the overall quality remains high, making it one of the most recommended bars in town.

29/03/2026: I wanted to try again after a long time despite having had another bad experience, but I was disappointed again. They weren't able to express themselves clearly, and as a result, I lost money. And when it came to clarification, they weren't very friendly. NEVER AGAIN!

01/05/2026: We arrived at this bar with a group of friends to get some gelato. Before paying, we approached to see the available flavors. Then the cashiers, standing in front of us and quite loudly, kept telling the waiters not to serve us anything without a receipt, repeating this repeatedly as if we were going to avoid paying. This was truly unprofessional and not at all pleasant. Once we ordered, things didn't improve: the gelato was practically flavorless, while my companion's croissant was hard. After paying, we even had to wait because the staff was double-checking the bill, creating a wait.
