28/06/2026: We dined at the Velvet pizzeria restaurant in Bolognetta, and the experience was overall positive. The pizza is truly excellent: I chose the Vassasta, well-topped, tasty, and made with quality ingredients. The first courses were also very good, especially their tagliatelle, well-crafted and flavorful. The appetizer, however, was a bit smaller in quantity than expected. A less positive note was the wait: despite having a 9:30 PM reservation, the pizzas didn't arrive until around 11:30 PM, a decidedly long wait that impacted the overall experience. The location is easy to find, located at the entrance to Bolognetta, just after the roundabout, next to a gas station. During the summer, most of the tables are outdoors, making for a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Special praise goes to the dining room staff: the waiters were extremely kind, courteous, and always available, contributing with professionalism to welcoming customers in the best possible way. Overall, Velvet is a place worth a visit for the quality of its cuisine and pizza. With better management of service times, the experience could be truly excellent.
