12/03/2026: Very nice and welcoming atmosphere, super friendly staff. I usually don't give 4 stars for service, but this time an extra star goes to the owner, who realized that one of the pizzas was overcooked and decided not to charge us. For the flavor, the pizza deserves half a star more; I really enjoyed it. The only small flaw is that during the aperitif, the chips and croquettes arrived after the pizzas and spritz. One small thing I really appreciated was when I was going to the bathroom and I smelled the delicious smell of ragù or some other seasoned meat; it reminded me of what my grandmother used to make. If I go to the movies next time, I'll definitely go back.

06/04/2026: I've had the immense pleasure of dining at Arcobaleno several times, both with friends and family and at various social gatherings. Yesterday, Easter Sunday, was the very last time I dined at the restaurant, and without exaggeration, I can confidently say that each visit is better than the last: Riccardo, the chef, is constantly looking for new dishes to offer his guests and is full of inspiration. The dishes he prepares are not only delicious, but meticulously crafted, the portions are generous, and the staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I always return with immense pleasure and always recommend the restaurant, which for years has become a benchmark in the restaurant industry throughout the island.

The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, and the kindness and attention to detail are unparalleled. Riccardo is a lively and kind man; his music from the kitchen comes through in his dishes, brimming with heart and passion. Someone who bucks the trend, finally!

04/01/2026: We went to this restaurant because the people we were with had been there before and had reported a good experience. We had lunch with appetizers, first courses, and a second course. Everything was really good, with generous portions and a good value. The mushrooms were very fresh. The staff was friendly and always smiling. The location, in the historic center of Castelbuono, offers both indoor and outdoor dining with a panoramic view (especially in the summer). Recommended.

07/03/2026: A truly delightful discovery. We stumbled upon this trattoria almost by mistake, having booked a table at the adjacent pizzeria of the same name. But as soon as we entered and saw the ambiance, we immediately changed our minds. My wife and I were there on a Friday. The atmosphere was intimate, with several separate rooms where small groups dined in complete tranquility. The first thing we noticed was the absence of the typical "revelry" that too often occurs in restaurants. Then we were drawn to the kindness and friendliness of Mr. Biondo, the owner, who is capable of entertaining you with the history of the place. The food was truly delicious, especially the pasta with the freshest sea urchins, which are brought to you open on a separate plate so you can season it as you like. And the strudel, well-seasoned and just warm, was truly delicious. As mentioned, a delightful discovery.

24/09/2025: The left side sleeps four, with a double bed and a bunk bed (more suitable for children). The "kitchen" is practically empty: no coffee maker or coffee pot, no kettle, no basics like paper towels or a jug, a pathetic two-burner gas stove, just a few chairs and a table, no mosquito net (on the bed) or fan, as advertised on rental websites. It's like camping (without a camper). Kitchen utensils are sparse. It's been nicely restored, but there could have been more furniture. You can only sit on a chair, like in a cafe. For €75/night, I expected something different. The welcome could also have been better: the chairs were still upside down on the table when we entered the building.

29/06/2025: Passer dans le secteur et ne pas s’arrêter dans ce restaurant serait une grossière erreur !!! Nous avons réservé là par hasard , souhaitant un restaurant qui proposait des grillades ! C’est excellent ! On choisit un peu commie dans une boucherie, ce que l’on a envie de manger ! Pour nous ce fut, fromage grillé, filet de bœuf et une saucisse juste pour goûter ! Le tout accompagné d’un vin rouge très bon et d’une salade composée maison ! Wouah ! Tout était super bon, super frais !! Juste un grand merci à toute votre sympathique famille pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et votre excellente cuisine. Comme je vous l’ai dit de vive voix , je vous confirme que ce soir nous avons fait le meilleur repas depuis que nous sommes en Sicile ... et pourtant nous sommes très très fine gueule ! Gratie mile !
