31/08/2025: I recently returned and discovered a pleasant surprise: the restaurant has been completely renovated. The previous pizzeria has been replaced with an excellent location for weddings and events. The garden is splendid, meticulously maintained, and nestled in a stunning setting. The staff is top-notch, with a young manager who pays extreme attention to detail. Highly recommended.

27/09/2025: Excellent pastry shop in the center of Cassibile, excellent cannoli with various variations, ricotta, cream, chocolate (delicious) .... in the most traditional shapes. Excellent dry pastries with almonds, pistachios and more. Good value for money.

23/09/2025: Very friendly service, a shabby atmosphere. The granitas, I'm sorry, don't live up to the positive reviews I've read. The brioche is also so-so. Please, no straws in the granita 😭

12/10/2025: We visited this restaurant in mid-September. The host recommended it, claiming that the locals eat here. I can only agree with him! We preferred to eat on the outdoor terrace, but they also have plenty of seating inside. Upon arrival, the only downside was the receptionist, who was uncooperative with her colleagues who were supposed to bring the dishes outside, not opening the door for them, and above all, lacked empathy with the customers. A smile never hurts! 😉 Excellent dishes and a varied menu, even for vegetarians. Their marinated zucchini are a must-try!

11/10/2025: The best pizza in Catania, with the best service! We've been going there for years now, and it never disappoints. The pizza is the best there is, made with top-quality ingredients and a unique dough. Plus, the service is excellent, with attentive and friendly waiters who strive to make everyone feel at ease, almost like family. Franco, the waiter in particular, treats every table with attention and courtesy, and plays with all the children without ever seeming annoyed. My compliments to everyone!

19/10/2025: Dinner at this elegant restaurant was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, and the care and attention to food intolerances, in my case, celiac disease, was exceptional. Thank you again for pampering me that evening at dinner and the next day at breakfast in the café next door. If I ever return to Ragusa, it would be a pleasure to return to Circolo D'Italia.

12/10/2025: The pasta here is so delicious. I had pasta for lunch, and the anchovy spaghetti and sea urchin cream paccheri were absolutely delicious. The anchovy spaghetti was perfectly balanced, and the sea urchin cream paccheri was delicious. If you like creamy pasta, try this. The atmosphere is nice and clean, and they even provide handkerchiefs in the bathroom. I definitely recommend trying this if you're visiting Ragusa. Just make sure to check the bill carefully when you pay! There were two waters, and the dessert was from a different menu. Enough for two Koreans.

13/05/2025: Bel primo maggio passato al ristorante. Ottimo antipasto e primo. Prezzi nella media, forse un pò altini per la zona, ma soldi ben spesi.

06/09/2025: We came to this deli for dinner; the place is cute and you can also enjoy the view of the island's pier. Highly recommended cannelloni, light and with a very flavorful sauce, and crispy arancini, exactly as they should be. Priced appropriately for the island, but with the right quality.

07/12/2025: Amazing pizza 🍕 First time we tried gluten free dough and it was fantastic 😍 The staff warmly accommodate us with our small dog Yorkie and a baby under 1 year old. The place is authentic and atmospheric. Thank you, we'll definitely come back

18/10/2025: Hamburgers are amazing good. The wife and I have been traveling throughout Sicily going on three weeks and honestly got tired of pasta ,pizza and pastry come across this place and it was like a little piece of home.

A terrace offers a captivating panoramic view of Mount Etna and the Ionian Sea. A minimalist-chic interior welcomes guests, with a mix of tables, comfortable sofas, and a bar. A beautiful panoramic elevator ensures a breathtaking view of the entire futuristic structure. A simple menu, including traditional Catania dishes, impeccably prepared, clean, and original, using seasonal and local ingredients. Delicious homemade breads, simple yet captivating. A comprehensive wine list, including Sicilian and international wineries, and an excellent selection of champagnes. The elegant, friendly, and helpful dining room staff made all the difference. Perfect value for money, obviously in line with the peers in the same sector.

18/08/2025: A family-friendly mid-August holiday in a very welcoming atmosphere with seafood-focused cuisine. It was a real surprise, almost a thousand meters above sea level beneath Mount Cammarata. We enjoyed a lunch of excellent dishes prepared with the freshest fish, pampered by attentive, unobtrusive service. Highly recommended.

11/11/2025: A beautiful evening, a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were friendly and recommended the pichana, which they served on a small stove so everyone could choose their desired doneness. It was delicious! Our waiter was top!

02/11/2025: After the wonderful visit to the castle, we stopped for a refreshing drink. We were hungry, so we decided to share an appetizer. All the individual dishes on a single plate were local, authentic, and very tasty. The only thing that left me a little perplexed was the €3 cover charge per person; otherwise, the price was very fair.

27/10/2025: After a wonderful visit to Donnafugata Castle, we stopped here for lunch, and I must say it was an excellent choice! We started with a truly rich and delicious Italian appetizer: fresh ricotta, various cured meats, scacciata, and other local specialties, all delicious and high-quality. We then tried several first courses—ricotta tortellini with pistachio sauce, tortellini with walnut sauce, cavatelli alla norma, baked lasagna, and pasta with pork sauce—all carefully prepared and with authentic flavors. Generous portions, fresh ingredients, and excellent value. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. A recommended place for those who want to enjoy good Sicilian cuisine after a visit to the castle!
