21/08/2025: Let's just say that as far as the atmosphere goes, there's nothing better in the city. The food is also "excellent and plentiful," with a wide selection. The staff is mostly friendly. Prices are good. Ample parking is available.

07/10/2025: A special thank you to Etna Palace for allowing us to celebrate our wedding. A fabulous location with a large park that hosts a beautiful buffet/cake cutting area, full of fountains, and a large swimming pool that completes the setting, with majestic Mount Etna as a backdrop. Inside, the venue features a very large, elegant hall. The very welcoming and competent staff were eager to accommodate our needs, ensuring a reception with attention to every detail. The menu was extensive, and the cuisine was excellent and carefully prepared! Our experience was very positive, and we'll definitely be back!

07/09/2025: We chose the Etna Palace restaurant on the recommendation of family friends, who have hosted many events there. From the start, we found the atmosphere to be very friendly and welcoming, ready to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. With the advice of chef and owner Carmelo, we created a delicious and sophisticated menu, and all our guests raved not only about the cuisine offered but also about the decor of the room and the care they took to accommodate our requests. We will definitely return to host our events there. And we will continue to recommend it to anyone looking for a place where they make you feel at home and not like an object. 20/05/2025: Good, but nothing special. A long wait for eight slices of toast. The order was half-done, but the Sicilian spritz was excellent. €2 on top of the bill, even though other establishments don't do this.

19/10/2025: I've tried many places, but this one is the best. Clean, tidy, friendly, clean bathrooms, perfect cutlery and glasses, fair prices, they do pizza, fish, pasta, everything, and everything is good... and fresh. For me, it has no rivals...

23/06/2025: Consigliato da un amico abbiamo provato questo ristorante per il pranzo! Gentilezza e cordialità sono il biglietto da visita! Attenzione ai dettagli e un menu davvero invitante. Antipasti buonissimi. Tartare deliziose e una frittura leggera e molto ben assortita! le bussiate con il pesto alla trapanese eccezionali. Ma la cosa che ci ha fatto perdere proprio la testa…. Il dessert “dolce e salato” da provare assolutamente anche se si è completamente sazi…

23/09/2025: At the end of the season (September), I found this place by chance, and outside of regular hours (there were just my wife and I), we ate a huge portion of baked pasta. Excellent!!! 🧏🧏 Drinks and coffee, very fair prices! Definitely worth a try.

22/09/2025: A typical trattoria with a very good, tasty pizza selection. The pizzas are crispy and not too thick. Lunch menu features a changing selection, always freshly prepared. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff are very friendly.

05/09/2025: Enzo Trapani, one of the few cornerstones of the Trapani province, is constantly being made to "disgust" (as they say in our language) due to the rudeness, arrogance, and conceit of his wife and sometimes daughter, thus losing customers who, for generations, starting with my grandfather, have come with great joy to eat his WONDERFUL piadinas. Not only are they losing longtime customers, but, alas, their reputation with the ladies is also going down the drain. P.S. Except for the barista, who is an excellent and easygoing person. I'd add that it's fair to be proud of her husband's success, but, dear lady, you don't know what humility is. I hope you read this and come down from your false pedestal.
