28/02/2026: We visited during a short stay in Letojanni. I highly recommend the friendly service and even more delicious food. They have it all! The place is run by a Polish woman, Edyta, and her Italian husband. The menu is in four languages, including Polish. A must-try in this part of Sicily.

26/02/2026: A wonderful family-run restaurant. The service was excellent, thank you again! We stumbled upon this place by chance and then ate there every day. They have the best fish, fresh pasta, and a fantastic wood-fired pizza. We highly recommend this restaurant.

01/03/2026: We had a reservation for 2:00 PM. At 2:40 PM, they were still making excuses, leaving us outside without honoring our reservation. I can't comment on the food or service because they didn't seat us. I wouldn't recommend it because it's not very professional.

22/03/2026: A welcoming place. Traditional Sicilian dishes on a menu waiting to be discovered. Meat, fish, and pizza. Everything is impeccably presented and carefully served by attentive and knowledgeable staff. The XXL desserts, including 50cm cannoli and a hand-sized cassatella, are a surprise.

29/12/2025: ENCHANTED EXPERIENCE Etna Palace was a delightful discovery, truly splendid. The location, with its park, outdoor spaces, large fountain, and covered and uncovered verandas, is truly delightful. The interiors are well-kept and very welcoming, as is the staff: Maria Rita and Angela, as well as their brothers in the dining room and kitchen, were excellent hosts. I had the Christmas lunch, which was excellent, from the entrée with a welcome cocktail through to all the other courses. The fried cocktails were delicious, as were the hot and cold appetizers we received (anything but ordinary in their combinations, with a simple yet impeccable potato basket with Russian salad!). The two first courses were exquisite (and I had seconds of both): both the fresh pasta with a delicious Sorrento-style tomato sauce and the asparagus and speck risotto were superbly cooked, textured, flavorful, and savory (and risotto is notoriously difficult!). The second course (a thin rib-eye steak with mushrooms and an exceptional roux: I had seconds of both), accompanied by a baked potato, a treasure trove of delicious broccoli and prosciutto filling, was truly delicious. I would have loved to have had seconds of the desserts, especially the cream puffs, but I managed to restrain myself. The non-alcoholic drink to start, the Montepulciano served at the perfect temperature for eating, and finally the sparkling wine at the end were perfect pairings for the various courses. Add to that the quality-price ratio was absolutely in favor of the quality (elsewhere, at least, the price would have been about twenty euros more!), and I can only recommend going, and returning!

02/01/2026: We arrived at the restaurant without a reservation! Somehow, this was the best time! It was full in a few minutes! We got a table so we could have lunch! We chose excellently prepared swordfish! It was all local guests! The service was nice, friendly, familiar! I'm glad we found them!

The dishes are prepared with quality ingredients and showcase Sicilian tradition with a touch of creativity. Everything is delicious and beautifully presented. Attentive and friendly service, the staff are helpful and always smiling. Excellent value for money. A highly recommended stop for anyone visiting the area who wants to eat well in a pleasant atmosphere. We had pizza as an appetizer and ravioli as a first course, truly delicious. We'll definitely be back!
