03/08/2025: Da un po di tempo avevo adocchiato questo posto ma non andavo perche la formula panini con il pesce mi sembrava vista e rivista. Devo ricredermi. Rispetto agli altri provati questo è il migliore. Guardate le foto ma il sapore era sublime. Andateci

07/08/2025: Il mio stomaco era sufficientemente pieno dopo un pranzo luculliano ma non ho resistito alla granita di Bruno. Tutta la passione di Bruno si gusta e si apprezza nei suoi preparati. Tappa obbligatoria ogni volta vado a Ispica.

12/08/2025: Starred restaurant prices, trattoria-style service, 20 euros for a plate of spaghetti and clams, 2.50 euros for the cover charge (tablecloth and paper napkin) check the price lists... Tourists are just passing through but you can only fool them once, the second time they'll give you a wide berth.

A place within everyone's reach where you can eat well, including good fish.
All the pizzas that bear the names of all the comedians are excellent.

02/06/2025: Discovered this place by chance while we were on our way to Catania. We stopped and they immediately sat us down, welcoming us with a smile. Fast and efficient service, friendly and kind staff, wide choice on the menu and all the dishes with local and quality ingredients. We will be back!

Attracted by the historic fame of this bar in the historic center, we went this morning for breakfast with a view, a granita and a brioche.
We even "betrayed" our usual morning delicacy dealer to come here.
8:20 am "Noooo, sorry, the granitas are being prepared, at least half an hour."
Jaw dropping, so disappointed, we moved 500 meters, and the matter was resolved.

Top-notch fried food.
The tuna was good; perhaps I would have left out the onion, but it was still very good.
The swordfish was excellent.
The wine list was extensive and honest... Why not come back?
29/07/2025: The staff were rude, especially the owner. We had a very long wait to be served, even though we arrived before many others. The buscate sauce was very good and tasty. The busiate were overcooked.
An experience not to be repeated. This place is not recommended.
