One of the reasons I'm happy to return to Catania is living above this pastry shop... I'm returning to Brussels with a few extra kilos but a lot of happiness.

Simply delicious!!! Traditional pastry shop, and...for that reason even more authentic! Superlative products, from the almond paste to the cannoli...unique flavors! Even the next day, the Iris with cream and the brioche with tuppo: EXCELLENT...which means the quality is now unique and UNFINDABLE!!! A must-visit in Catania! Highly recommended! And the owners are very friendly, which makes you want to come back even more!

Pizzeria Al Pino

16/06/2026: A small but very nice pizzeria. Friendly staff, delicious pizzas, and reasonable prices! Highly recommended. The only downside is the slightly difficult parking situation.
02/06/2026: We were staying nearby at an Airbnb and this place was walking distance. We were treated very-very good, and one of the staff really went out of his way, despite not speaking fluent English. And not to mention the pizzas, I love the 4-cheese and this one was loaded
