31/07/2025: A nice restaurant just back from the beach. The food is good, but not amazing. Service is nice. €81 euros for three people with one starter, three main courses and no dessert.

14/07/2025: My girlfriend and I ate here for the first time as soon as we arrived in Sicily after an exhausting trip, to say the least. For two Sienese, both visiting Sicily for the first time ever in beautiful Milazzo, it was a wonderful discovery. Everything was delicious, especially the arancini, so much so that within a day we were back (and we definitely will again!). The staff was also incredibly friendly. Needless to say, we recommend it!

25/04/2025: We stayed in Torre Melissa for 10 days and came every day for breakfast and always for an aperitif or cocktail in the evening. The staff is extremely friendly and nice. I'm looking forward to next year in Calabria, then we'll see each other again 🥰🫶

In the beginning they did not treat us very kindly but later when we asked to fill the water it was better. Still we can’t give it a better review because of the quality of the stuff. 22/03/2025: Why are you closed even though it’s 8:50 a.m.? It says that you open at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday... And yet, the shop is not open. This is not normal, in this case, you need to update your schedules on Google, to avoid people wasting their time. I'm not happy at all.

23/07/2025: August 2024, we called after 2:30 PM because we arrived late in town... we were warmly welcomed, and were told that the restaurant, by specific decision of the owner, Gaetano, the "Chef," is always open from lunch until late in the evening. The Garelli Gulp (a moped from my time) is a lovely and spectacular place, with many other photos hanging on the wall. The menu was simply spectacular, with delicious dishes. We had the busiate with sardines, very fresh and flavorful, busiate with grouper sauce, swordfish meatballs, and the fantastic illegal cannoli, a true delicacy! We wanted to meet Gaetano, a young chef who masterfully combines flavors and ingredients. The pasta is homemade. I even met his mother, a very kind person. What can I say? We returned during our stay to enjoy the other delicacies. Congratulations again. I'll be back in the area again in 2025, and I won't miss dinner at the Vintage restaurant... See you soon, Gaetano.

17/07/2025: We went to Ciccio Passami l'Olio in Palermo to try one of the most talked-about pizzas in the city. The experience was good, with no particular surprises. The place is cute and welcoming, with a casual atmosphere, perfect for a dinner with friends. The staff was friendly and helpful, although at times the service seemed a bit slow, probably due to the crowds. The pizza is definitely the highlight: well-crafted dough, light and easy to digest, with a good selection of quality ingredients. Prices are reasonable, in line with the quality offered and the current trend among high-end pizzerias. 08/06/2025: We went to get a handcrafted granita, really very good...we also tried some good sweets, maybe just a little too soaked in liquor...degustibis obviously!! Very nice and well-kept environment... kind and well-dressed staff, I really appreciate the fact that they are all dressed the same, it gives a sense of order not indifferent!! I recommend without a doubt

30/05/2025: Excellent place to taste the typical pastry based on cannoli, cassatine, almond paste sweets and other delicacies, all with the best quality and at the best price. Actually they also sell arancin*, which I have not tasted, but I think they are at the same level. (not knowing what they are called, I put the asterisk) 🙂

24/07/2025: Spectacular experience. The pasta was delicious, perfectly al dente and full of flavor. We ordered the house wine and it was a pleasant surprise, very good. The atmosphere was super pleasant, very relaxed considering the craziness that is Taormina in the summer, and the service was very attentive. Without a doubt, one of the highlights of the visit. Highly recommended!

19/07/2025: Literally 2 hours just to be able to order and the most horrifying thing is that we were waiting patiently and the people we 'acquainted' were jumping the queue. In the end we got up and left. I absolutely do not recommend it.
