23/09/2024: conoscevo già i mitici arancini e le focacce ma ieri sera per la prima volta sono andata da Terremoto a mangiare la pizza ed era fantastica. Buonissima ho già voglia di tornarci. Bravissimi

22/03/2025: Why are you closed even though it’s 8:50 a.m.? It says that you open at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday... And yet, the shop is not open. This is not normal, in this case, you need to update your schedules on Google, to avoid people wasting their time. I'm not happy at all.

27/05/2025: Bacco, Tabacco e Venere: a great find for a pre-lunch aperitif. The spritz was good and served with chips. Seven euros might seem a bit high, but the location is really nice and could justify the price. I noticed the dishes arriving at the other tables and they looked delicious, so I will definitely come back to try the food too! Recommended.

11/05/2025: Nice place where you can have a brunch, an aperitif, a snack or a complete lunch. Nice and welcoming environment. The only flaw: it only has one internal space for consumption so it is not very suitable for the summer period and for smokers.

27/06/2025: Great lunch in the lively atmosphere of the Ortigia market. The food is truly excellent, with friendly staff who speak English. The pasta alla Norma is truly delicious, as is the carbonara. Refreshing Sicilian beer on tap (Messina) (be careful, they only serve pints). Really reasonable prices: €43 for two with a pint. For parking, there's the Talete paid parking lot 500 meters away (not very expensive). I highly recommend it for a great Sicilian culinary experience.

24/06/2025: I was there on 19/06/2025. It was extremely hot and was standing next to this place to pay for a bottle of water that I bought from the shop next door. This guy at this restaurant asked me to move away from where I was standing very rudely. I was not at all on anyone's way. I have travelled to a few places and I really know how to behave myself and always fully aware of what I do. The owner of the shop where I bought my water was embarrassed by his behaviour. I think that guy is a bully. Someone here has labelled this place as being racist so I guess that person is right . May be this rude guy stereotyped me seeing me as person of colour and decided to be rude. I don't know about his past experiences he have had with coloured people but this is definitely not how to behave towards anyone like this . Didn't know in Syracuse for the first time and I will come across people like this. The rest of the places where I visited the people were absolutely great in Ortigia. I think this guy has some issues.

15/04/2025: At 11:30 p.m., we couldn't find a place open to have a drink, and the owners, some very friendly young guys, approached us on the street to tell us that they were opening their bar for us even though they had already closed... and there they treated us with a smile and a lot of professionalism. The products we consumed were very tasty and very reasonably priced, the place was very cozy and very clean. . But the detail they had says a lot about them and I will never forget it. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart!

11/07/2025: Review from Tourist: At first glance, I wasn’t sure this was the place for me. A sugar-heavy breakfast, no menu in sight, and a very local vibe that felt a little unpolished. But then… I had the croissant. And the cappuccino. Honestly? It was the best croissant I’ve ever tasted — flaky, buttery, warm — and the cappuccino?

11/07/2025: A historic restaurant, and driven by its fame (and my hunger), I couldn't resist trying it. The place is large, spacious, and clean. Excellent, fast service, but most importantly, the arancini are completely "illegal" given their deliciousness. The traditional one, in particular, is definitely the best arancini I've ever tried. Excellent, crispy, and firm breading, the rice cooked perfectly. The ragù is incredibly flavorful, and the filling is generous. My compliments!

06/06/2025: Must try. Good food, professional and courteous service. I was there for the CRAL-FCE Motorcycle Ride and we also parked our bikes inside the premises.

07/06/2025: My absolute favorite bar. Every granita is delicious, the coffee is tasty, and you sit comfortably in a small courtyard. The staff and the owner are super friendly.

17/06/2025: A nice place I recommend it for an experience but nothing more personal that is there at times when they are there they are very helpful and kind the problem is that for 20 minutes or then they disappear the food is good but not and who what a place like others, but what actually strikes the location really beautiful especially the finishing of the details show

29/05/2025: Nice place to sit in the square but there are way better granita in Sicily. I understand the nice reviewers because of its location. In the beginning they did not treat us very kindly but later when we asked to fill the water it was better. Still we can’t give it a better review because of the quality of the stuff. Perhaps for a glass of wine it would have been better but I would not go back for what we had

18/06/2025: Perfect, quiet spot for a coffee and a delicious pistachio croissant. Friendly service, decent price, and they have almond milk for your cappuccino if you’re dairy free or vegan!
