04/11/2025: A fabulous gastronomic experience in Lecce. Every dish we tried was excellent. The pink shrimp tartare was especially exquisite. We also had the scallop carpaccio, which was very tasty. The Sagne Ncannulate, a pasta typical of Lecce, surprised us with its delicious flavor and because we were unfamiliar with it. The service is friendly and the atmosphere very pleasant. The price is higher than average, but for the quality and preparation, it's a culinary experience I highly recommend.

A place like this should be frequented by people who like to drink and eat American-style, but instead they throw children's parties there, who ruin everything by shouting and making a racket everywhere, distorting the very essence of the place.

It's a place without a menu, which already gives you a clue as to the type of cuisine you'll find. The service and friendliness are also exquisite. Santina welcomed us with a warm smile and infectious good humor. She offered us an assortment of local specialties, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We finished with a delicious iced coffee with almond milk.
The service was very friendly and prompt.
The price was very reasonable for the excellent quality of the food.
