26/11/2025: If you're looking for a place where you can eat great, feel at home, and have outstanding service, you've come to the right place. The place is beautiful, the atmosphere is super chill. But the real highlight is the people who work there: everyone, and I mean everyone, smiles at you and treats you like family, even if it's your first time there. It's amazing; you immediately feel at ease, like at home. And the food? It arrives promptly, no waiting, and the food is delicious. The sushi is amazing, truly. Super fresh, delicious—in short, you can taste the quality. Eating at Yaki Sushi is a pleasure, a meal that instantly puts you in a good mood. Get ready for the crazy part. While I was eating, I got teriyaki sauce (the brown one!) all over my jeans, and my pants looked doomed. The owner, a super kind person, noticed the mess, and guess what? She ran to get some dry cleaner and a brush and removed the stain. Can you imagine? Not just excellent sushi, but a thoughtfulness and kindness that goes far beyond ordinary service. They treat you like an honored guest. In short: Yaki Sushi is a sure thing. Good food, a lovely atmosphere, super-fast service, and a kindness that warms the heart. 18/10/2025: Very cute and welcoming place. The owner welcomed us even though they were close to closing, as we'd arrived late after a long flight delay. The chicken pad thai was incredible, and the egg rolls were also absolutely delicious. It's a shame we were just passing through Turin, but if the opportunity ever arises, I'd definitely return!

23/11/2025: Tommy is a misunderstood pizza chef who lives semi-clandestinly: if you don't know him, you'd never think you'd find the best pinsa for miles here! He deserves credit for it; he confessed to me that he lets the dough rise for a full 72 hours, making it crispy and easy to digest! Combine this with his ability to pair top-quality ingredients and his creativity, and you'll understand why I wrote this review... The only downside is that it's only open for lunch... Well done to all the staff, of course! 🤗

02/12/2025: An old-fashioned trattoria, decidedly welcoming for those who appreciate this type of establishment. The staff is young and efficient. The cuisine is good. At lunchtime, you can choose from a €10 menu, which includes a first course, a second course, and a choice of side dishes, plus water and coffee. In the evening, they also serve a pizzeria (with a wood-fired oven).

01/12/2025: Excellent quality, excellent five-star pastry shop, a place worth visiting in any case, even if the friendliness has waned a bit lately. I understand that the area can be a bit "borderline," a mix of the new-age wealthy and the populous, working-class neighborhood, but the customer service is decidedly inconsistent, with friendliness tied to and proportional to the quality of the service; at times, however, I hope it's simply due to tiredness, it leaves much to be desired! The compliments, although sincere, are either appreciated or taken almost as an insult or mockery. As a longtime customer, I remain perplexed (and that's an understatement) and a little bitter because the place doesn't deserve it, nor do the pastry chefs who put so much art and effort into churning out so many delicacies.

11/10/2025: Excellent location for visiting Usseaux, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, as well as Lake Laux, a small, clear lake full of fish just a 5-minute drive from Usseaux.

26/08/2025: The pizza is very good, and I've been coming here regularly. The pizza is generous and full of ingredients. The staff is friendly and willing to accommodate customers' needs. I've never tried the delivery service because it's not useful to me, but I see that the staff is very committed to providing timely service. Good value for money.

11/09/2025: A corner of the Lower Valley that deserves a visit, both for its location and setting, and for its excellent quality/welcome ratio. It's increasingly difficult to find places—I'm talking about the Susa Valley, which isn't exactly third world—that offer the basics you're looking for and expect: no red carpet, fake, expensive gourmet menus, images that these days are worth more than reality, and now just photocopies, as if it were the only way to work and attract customers. A simple place without frills and promises, a cold beer as it should be, excellent pizza, and an easy, laid-back atmosphere, especially after perhaps a walk or bike ride.

01/12/2025: I was in Turin, and we looked at the quality-price ratio online, and it met our expectations. If you want to eat well and pay little, this is the place! Typical local cuisine with an immense warmth. The staff is friendly and helpful, and their service was incredibly quick (it was fully booked). We even came without a reservation, but they still reserved a spot for us for a short time, which we were happy to say. They also offered house liqueurs and a gift at the counter. What can I say? I had a great time, and thank you for the hospitality!

29/11/2025: La migliore focaccia in centro di citta, subito sulla piazza del Castello. In my opinion here you could find the best focaccia (flat bread in the form of pizza, baked in the oven with olive oil). You could choose one based on various ingredients added as cheese, olive, potatoes, sausages. It is served, cutting into portions, either in a monouse plate or packed to paper bag to take away. However, the place itself is a kind of a tiny bakery shop, no place enough to eat inside. You could take your piece of focaccia, and walk away, or find a place somewhere outside to eat it.

14/11/2025: I've always known this focacceria for its €1 white focaccia. Today they charged me €1.70, and I politely asked the black-haired, swollen-eyed clerk why it cost that much, because I've always had it for €1. She responded in a pissed-off tone and immediately told me she could take the focaccia out of the oven if I wanted... I simply asked her why they cost that much today. Then, when she gave my friend and I the focaccia, we thanked her and said goodbye, and this rude clerk didn't reciprocate... well, I was speechless. Unfortunately, these people ruin the restaurant's image. Never again.

14/12/2025: Hygiene? This is a mystery! The waiters stock the fridge by placing plates of food on top of each other. Without any protective film or anything to prevent direct contact. Tables crowded together. People constantly getting up and bumping into you while you're eating. Rude staff. A terrible experience.

18/10/2025: Among the labels, we also encounter the term "gourmet pizzeria," which has become quite widespread and is also applied to this establishment, which has been open for several years now. In an attempt to understand what this truly means, let's start by saying that its successor, launched by the same management on Via Stampatori, wasn't as successful and recently closed, a sign that something has gone wrong. Perhaps the location? And there's no doubt that this pizzeria, on Via Mazzini at the corner of Via Provana, is decidedly charming and exerts its full influence in attracting the devoted, radical chic clientele that regularly flocks there, who certainly don't care about the price of the bill, which is quite steep, partly due to the numerous taxes (€3 per person is decidedly excessive). The ambiance is meticulously maintained, contemporary, and sophisticated, a successful blend of exposed brick vaults, wood floors, thoughtful lighting, and effective and stylish furnishings. It manages to enhance just about everything, even pizzas, made with flours, soft or crispy dough, and quality toppings and ingredients. But it goes without saying, considering the expense, which surpasses all common sense and good taste, even the "sixth."
