19/04/2026: Unfortunately, only two stars for friendliness, affordability, and authenticity. It was a very busy day, with kitchen issues and mixed-up orders at the tables. The pizza was almost dry, the agnolotti with both cooked and fresh sauce... the scallops (chicken breast not declared) were too flavorful, and no bread/breadsticks (requested several times). Disappointed today, but will have a second chance this week.
19/04/2026: They have a spectacular outdoor area where you can eat, not in a closed space.
Very friendly, excellent in every way.

25/03/2026: I've been there several times, the food is good, the atmosphere is familiar, you have to keep in mind that it's in Giaveno and the clientele is definitely Piedmontese, there are no extraordinary dishes but I recommend it anyway.
07/02/2026: I've been going to this place for almost 10 years. The food is always good, and that's probably why it's a winner. However, what used to be a slight delay in delivery is getting worse and worse. Waiting over half an hour just to order, then another half an hour before getting your first course. Let's just say that if you're in a hurry for food, this isn't the place to be. It's a real shame because the food is good, but the service needs to improve. Having to wait two hours for food is unacceptable. Takeout also falls short in this regard: they tell you over the phone that your order will be ready in 30 minutes, but then when you show up to pick it up, they make you wait another hour.
If they had more staff and managed orders better, this place would deserve 5 out of 5 stars.
