22/02/2026: I was truly impressed by this restaurant. The atmosphere is welcoming from the first moment: the place is well-kept, warm, with the kind of energy that makes you feel immediately at ease. The staff is kind and attentive without being intrusive, and the owner is a special presence—friendly, affable, and capable of creating a serene and pleasant atmosphere around his guests.
The food is excellent: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and a cuisine that is simple yet surprising. It's one of those places where you can truly feel the passion for what they do.
Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back. Especially for the paccheri!

22/02/2026: Dinner at the wine bar; even though it's the bistro of the adjacent restaurant, we expected a little more flair. The Piedmontese mixed appetizer consisted of standard appetizers like Russian Salad, Jerusalem Artichoke Flan, and Typical Cured Meats... all executed correctly but qualitatively basic, familiar and predictable. The first courses, gnocchi and tagliatelle, were also lacking in character, taste, and presentation. The tasting included a Barolo Conterno Fantino wine, served without a bottle or a description of the wine. Attentive and prompt service. The price was high for the culinary offerings.

15/03/2026: The food wasn't fresh... the mussels tasted bad, and the pizza was made with poor-quality ingredients. These issues were reported both to the dining room and to the front desk, but nothing was done.
15/03/2026: As you can see from the photo, the pizzas were burnt and the ingredients were missing. All for the modest price of 15 euros.

22/02/2026: When you enter the restaurant, you're greeted in a small space with a sort of reception desk that directs you to your table or delivers your takeout pizzas. There are stairs to access the restaurant, or an elevator.
Upstairs, you'll find yourself in front of the oven where they make the pizzas. What I didn't like was the strong fishy smell in the room; personally, it bothered me a lot. The staff is attentive to their customers, and the food is made with excellent quality ingredients. I ordered a pizza with a cereal and charcoal dough, which I wasn't entirely satisfied with. I've had the best, but I'll definitely try the regular or cereal dough.
