03/04/2024: Restaurant in the centre, in Piazza Carlina. Refined environment with religious furnishings (mystical themed paintings, statues of saints). Excellently cooked dishes from recipe books of ancient convents. Extreme professionalism from the staff. It is convenient to book. Advised
