La Casa di Toto In Rivoli

We arrived right at opening time due to a rushed work schedule. We were greeted quickly with farinata as an appetizer while we waited for the pizza. The caramelized onions were fantastic, and the pizza was well-cooked. Normally, I struggle with digestion, but not this time. We'll definitely be back in a more relaxed mood. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! This evening, for the first time, I bought takeout pizza from this pizzeria. To my great surprise, I finally found a place where the pizza is of high quality. The dough was perfect, both in taste and quality, which I found to be excellent. THE CRUST IS FINALLY THE PERFECT ONE. NOT RUBBERY, NOT HEAVY. LIGHT, HONEYCOMB, as it should be. Even the amount of salt in the dough was perfect; the toppings were excellent, not meager, but perfect in quantity and distribution. PERFECTLY COOKED: the pizza isn't soggy to the touch. Thin enough yet still retains the right amount of firmness when cut so you can eat it with your hands. WHY?! A great pizza is eaten by cutting it into slices and with your hands without the dough and toppings falling out! In short, perfect! EXCELLENT GUYS, DON'T GET GETTING LOST ON THE ROAD. I RECOMMEND IT! WELL DONE!!!

Probably the best pizza in Rivoli, authentic Neapolitan. Huge selection of flavors. Very friendly staff. Fair prices. Not to be missed.
