29/03/2025: Friday group evening at Piola. Being vegetarian I'm already off to a bad start... Most of the dishes have meat. We had peppers with bagna couda and mushroom crepes. The crepes were good but the bagna couda was not so good. Then the toma and barbera risotto. Good, a little too al dente. We tried the castelmagno risotto, good but a little overcooked... ok, still edible. The zabaglione with ladyfingers was excellent and in a quantity that really satisfied me!! Then they brought 5 bottles of bitters and liqueurs, the only limit... the driving license. The environment is unfortunately very noisy and at the end of the evening we left dazed, it's hard to hear who is in front of you. They should also improve the air circulation. The cost per person was €24 with wine, water and a few coffees. I'd say excellent

Everyone happy and satisfied. The managers are friendly and willing to move chairs in favor of high chairs and wheelchairs.

Ci sediamo e notiamo un meraviglioso profumo di legna e veniamo accolti nell attesa con una focaccia casareccia spettacolare molto croccante. Il menu a vaste scelte ma noi scegliamo pesce ... ottimo l antipasto e bello.da vedere e anche da assaporare primo spaghetti allo scoglio abbondante e i frutti di mare cerano!!! Frittura di pesce ottima non pesante leggera e bella abbondante e stato un piacere per il palato .... arriviamo hai dolci che dire spettacolo consiglio la torta alla arancia ... frutti di bosco ... fatte da loro spettacolo!!! Vino della casa e molto consigliato fermo.gusto deciso... ragazzi coppie famiglie venite qui a mangiare il palato vi ringrazierà e la simpatia del cameriere vi strappera un sorriso ... ottimo e dir poco veramente

30/03/2025: Response to previous review Feel free to respond to negative reviews instead of giving a better service to the customer who is dissatisfied with having paid and not eaten and offending the humble trattorias where you certainly eat well and leave satisfied with what you eat rather than going to a restaurant wanting but not being able to and leaving dissatisfied and angry with having spent to not eat or to settle for 2 small samples and spend 90 euros. x regarding the choice of my 2 dishes and when asked if I had any food intolerances, you were told that I had intolerances to dairy products, on each of your dishes 4 starters, 4 first courses and 4 second courses were almost all with dairy products, don't you ask yourself the question that there are a lot of intolerant people? I didn't even see the list of allergens on the menu In any case I definitely won't go back Greetings

I often go out to eat but I have never had to pay with the 30% discount a total of 90 euros for two spoonfuls of cuttlefish-flavoured turnip greens, of which 26 euros for five small pieces of octopus and 20 euros for a cabbage roll and even though the waitress was told that if the quantities of the second course had been the same as those of the non-brought starter, she brought it anyway. Definitely not coming back P.S. There's a kebab shop outside. Thank you for your response, but to your request if anyone had any intolerances I simply indicated mine, if you are not able to modify dishes on your menu containing all dairy products it is your fault taking into account that you have not even seen an allergen card and then we are not offending the trattorias better them rather than wanting but not being able to. 16/03/2025: Nice environment with soft lighting. We took the surprise tasting menu consisting of 9 tastings. Everything really fantastic. Raw fish with a unique taste, nigiri cured and cooked impeccably. Duck, beef heart and wagyu kobe of impeccable quality. Everything really perfect! The only flaw is the noise in the room, loud and booming.
