Small but very popular focaccia, I tried a stracchino and cooked ham focaccia, hoping to rediscover the taste of the Ligurian focaccia that I know perfectly... I ate a sufficiently appetizing focaccia but in my opinion not the real Ligurian focaccia. I like crunchy focaccia, in Liguria they make it like this, thin, light and fragrant, (unlike the focaccia here in Piedmont, thick, soft and mushy...) but this one was a little too crunchy and too dark on the bottom ... The prices are average: 3 euros for a beer in a 33 cl bottle of commercial type and 4 euros for a beer in a 33 cl bottle but of an artisanal type; 3.50 euros for the portion of focaccia that I purchased is a normal price, honest if you consider the location of the restaurant, right in the city centre, I have paid higher amounts in clubs and shops in more remote areas... and in the same street I saw Giolitti ask for 4 euros from a bakery for a bottle of water... So good value for money. Possibility to consume on site, there is some seating inside the restaurant or outside, in the covered terrace; the service is "do it yourself" you sit down with your purchase and once you have consumed your meal you throw your waste in the appropriate separate collection but between one customer and another no one takes care of cleaning the tables, you have to clean it yourself if you wish. Service at the counter is kind enough and fast enough: once you've paid, they place your purchase on the counter without too many pleasantries, without even handing it to you and "get another one"... all too quick and impersonal and to take my tray I had to I had to wriggle my way through the customers who were already crowded in front of the counter to place their order... For all these reasons I limit myself to giving 3 stars: sufficient but undoubtedly not excellent.

Focaccia dai sapori liguri, provarla adesso d’inverno è proprio un flashback a quando si è d’estate in Liguria, tra sole e spensieratezza. Focaccia con prosciutto, con le cipolle e soprattutto Focaccia di Recco molto buone! Prezzo allineato a quelli della Liguria, qualità-prezzo top, consiglio!🥰

La meglio focaccia da Torino, sempre compro, però purtroppo oggi un ragazzo mi ha parlato con totale indifferenza, un po' aggressivo visto che fanno tutto velocemente, ma credo che la cordialità sia la cosa più importante sempre, non dimenticare.
