15/07/2026: It's absurd that the reception is only open from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
The entire complex requires extensive and constant ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
13/07/2026: Unfortunately, the service was poor; the reception was either unmanned or unable to understand us. The room was dilapidated, the key lock suddenly stopped working, the toilet door wouldn't lock, the lights didn't work, and the hotel suite had burned down – pure chaos. However, highly recommended for horror movie fans.

04/08/2025: Abbiamo provato i famosi Krapfen, ma l’esperienza è stata al di sotto delle aspettative: piccoli, con poco ripieno sia al cioccolato che alla crema, consistenza spugnosa e serviti tiepidi tendenti al freddo, ben lontani dall’essere appena sfornati come dichiarato. Prezzi più da grande città che da località di montagna. Peccato, ci aspettavamo di più.
