It was thrilling to rediscover the authentic flavor I'd been searching for; for me, it's not just a meal, but the pleasure of finally feeling included in a high-quality culinary experience. The place is very charming, with attention to detail and a truly pleasant atmosphere. Special praise goes to the staff, who are extremely kind, knowledgeable, and attentive to their customers' needs. 10/01/2026: A proper trattoria! Saturday lunch menu: two appetizers (cooked salami and tomino cheese), a first course (pasta with cream, ham, and peas), a second course (potatoes and sausage), wine, water, and, I think, coffee for €12 per person. Really good!

19/07/2025: Elegant but cozy. It has limited number of tables (~10) but they still let you in even if you don’t have a reservation. Staff is very friendly and helpful with their food and wine recommendations. The course menu is €45 but it has 4 courses from meat to pasta to fish. The average spend is a little exaggerated. Prices for single course meal prices are reasonable.

05/06/2025: Se i sapori restano nella memoria quelli che ho provato in questo posto, rimarranno nella mia. Si tratta di un locale raccolto, con pochi tavoli ma tanta qualità e gentilezza e professionalità e amore. Per provare un pò di tutto abbiamo optato per la degustazione tastè: ben 9 assaggi di antipasti tipici, tutti squisiti. In particolare ho tenuto per ultima la battuta di fassona per conservarne il gusto...poi i primi, personalmente consiglio i plin, dal ripeno intenso ma equilibrato. Mi ha poi stupita la morbidezza della guancia brasata con la crema di accompagnamento e infine i dolci. Noi abbiamo provato la panna cotta e la pera allo zafferano. Dolci particolari, buoni e non stucchevoli. Ho trovato il servizio gentile e discreto, il conto assolutamente giusto per la quantità e la qualità e per l 'ottimo vino. Scelta super azzeccata!

I was unfamiliar with Thai cuisine, and this experience gave me the opportunity to appreciate its qualities: the dumplings are excellent, as are the egg rolls and the Pad Thai, which you can choose between chicken and shrimp. The menu is varied (a lunch menu has recently been added) and makes you want to try everything. The place isn't big, so I recommend making a reservation. An experience I'll definitely repeat. 06/01/2026: Always a popular place. The three stars given for the atmosphere are misleading, as this is a classic Piedmontese Piola, so the atmosphere and decor aren't top-notch. The view from the tables confirms the informality of the place. The food is consistently good quality. The service staff has finally rejuvenated, is friendly, and fast. Prices are appropriate for the setting.

13/10/2025: It's easy to get to, but once you arrive, it's unclear which restaurant it is or where the entrance is; it should be better signposted. The service is a bit slow, like a wedding reception, with everyone getting the same dish more or less at the same time. We arrived by chance, without a reservation. We found a fixed Sunday menu, but no menu or any indication of the courses (we had to ask what was on while they were already bringing us appetizers), much less the price. This is definitely not the case. The place is very nice, warm, with wood and a fireplace, just a bit dark despite it being a sunny day. The bathrooms need updating. The strong points are the kindness, the courtesy of the service, and the very good dishes. In short, a good place for a typical Piedmontese lunch or dinner, unhurried and with courtesy.

From apple salad to flan, from hummus to vitello tonnato, every appetizer is always tasty and well-balanced. And what can we say about the first courses? A spectacular mushroom risotto! And the desserts are all made with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors! The roaring fireplace adds a touch of romance.
