The place was freezing, literally, half the room was wearing jackets because the heating was either off or not at the right temperature... The service was, I'd describe it as bored; the girl seemed extremely annoyed, not just by serving us, but by just being there... The food... Terrible. Truly terrible. The soft seitan felt like the sole of a shoe... The meatballs were dry. Ingredients that should have been on the side were missing. In general, the work was very, very sloppy. Everything seemed "thrown away." It takes a lot of work. It's a shame, especially because if you bring some omnivorous person here to introduce vegan cuisine, you'll look foolish... Last but not least... The desserts... This place is famous for its desserts, but I wonder if anyone who commented positively has ever eaten a proper puff pastry, because otherwise it's inexplicable... The whole wheat croissant was simply a brick... If you test it in the kitchen and it doesn't work, you won't sell it to customers... Madness. I don't recommend it.

It's obvious they charged me €10 for the child's Cantonese rice. Otherwise, they're inexplicable... what thieves! And there's no tuna or shrimp sashimi. There's nothing, madam. If you want to get rich in Italy, do it right. You're going out of style. Start packing! Goodbye!

Perfect, prompt service, and if you go for lunch, you can ask for a lemon sorbet included. Reservations are recommended, and if you want the "fake floor" tables, ask for "tatami" when you book. The ravioli are delicious, especially the meat ones; the salmon or mixed fish chirashi is also highly recommended, and the poke sauce is excellent. In general, I find the hot and cooked dishes on the menu to be of higher quality than the sushi and sashimi.

The idea of ​​serving coffee with a small glass of zabaglione was a nice touch, even though it's served in ordinary paper cups, which undermines the importance of that thoughtful touch. The coffee is very good, with or without zabaglione. The atmosphere is pleasant, but the staff's smiles are noticeably absent. Anyone who enters a bar expects a few carefree moments. And a smile from the person serving your coffee wouldn't hurt. Ad maiora!
