02/09/2025: We used a voucher for one night but ended up staying four. The inn's strength is the friendliness of the owners, two hard workers with a great deal of creativity in organizing. The cuisine is excellent, light, and always varied. Comfortable rooms with a stunning view of the valley. There's a lovely wellness area and play area. We really hope to return. The Maira Valley is a gem.

12/09/2025: Dinner with friends. The table service is a bit...cheerful. Drinks are brought without trays and in huge plastic cups. The farinata isn't the best, and the pizzas arrive before the farinata plates are removed. The pizza has a good dough and a considerable amount of burrata. The dessert display is spectacular.

19/08/2025: A hot evening at the beginning of August in ALBA where we discovered this beautiful place and where I reconciled myself with the black truffle... Bilingual staff and very welcoming owner! We opted for a Dogliani Superiore to accompany my "brasato di manzo al Barolo" and the "battuta di carne cruda all'Albese con tartufo Nero" EXCELLENT and can't wait to come back.

17/08/2025: I'd already had lunch here in the fall (and I remember the truly extraordinary cabbage and sausage agnolotti), and I returned in the summer. Once again, everything was delicious, in a pleasant, welcoming setting. The amuse-bouche with plums and pancetta was simple and delicious, and the mixed antipasti (four, more or less your choice: let's say the chef chooses, but if you have strong preferences, let me know. In my case, flan, rabbit tuna, vitello tonnato, and Russian salad) were hard to choose from. The first courses were good, with the softest gnocchi and tajarin. The sweet and sour rabbit (very delicate) was fabulous. The desserts were perhaps a bit subpar: the brick was good but not memorable, and on a damned flat plate that made it hard to finish, a sort of deconstructed tiramisu with cantucci biscuits instead of ladyfingers, good but not extraordinary. The wine cellar was adequate. Tasting menu €37, appetizers €20, main courses between €12 and €15. I'd say about €45 per person, plus wine.

08/08/2025: Three of us came on a Friday evening, nothing to say it was a treat. Small dishes that you can share. A great team, smiling and who can speak your language. The place is noisy but we are in Italy. You can have a view of the street or the kitchen, it's up to you. Thanks again to the team

11/08/2025: I can only speak highly of this restaurant. The menu is never the same from one visit to the next. The dishes are elaborate, perfectly balanced. The wines—what the heck are they?—are created by a wine bar, so they're our top pick. The desserts are, like the rest of the dishes, true masterpieces. 5 stars aren't enough; at least 7 would be needed, not to mention the friendliness of the owner Vito and the waiter Enrico. Go, go, go, go, try it and believe it. The first time I organized a lunch for 18 people, and everything worked out perfectly.

07/07/2025: Serata tra amici, una ventina, il ristorante ha qualche tavolo occupato oltre al nostro. La proprietaria (credo) ci consiglia di prendere Max 3 risotti perché e’ più semplice per loro organizzarsi. Scegliamo i 3 risotti e …. Non uno se ne salvava! Veramente pessimi tutti e 3. Era una base di riso bianco troppo cotto con sopra ma totalmente slegato il lieve condimento. Il tutto insapore ed insipido! In uno c’era anche un capello! Onestamente le recensioni sono tutte ottime e quindi siamo stati molto delusi ed abbiamo pensato o a recensioni fasulle fatte da amici o che in cucina non ci fosse il cuoco e qualcuno avesse improvvisato (male!) per evitare di disdire le prenotazioni! Purtroppo devo valutare l’esperienza terribile!

03/07/2025: I was for dinner a few weeks ago, the restaurant is located above Lake Mergozzo, a truly beautiful place. There were two of us, a black risotto and a lake fish, all good... good value for money... it is better to book and go a little early because there is little parking... the staff is kind and friendly.

18/08/2025: Unfortunately, caught in the storm at high altitude, we were unable to descend and stay overnight. Despite having a reservation and two rooms blocked, the owner was very kind and refused to refund us. I hope to return. Thank you, and see you soon.

28/06/2025: Yesterday, during a company break, we came here. It's not the first time I come, it's always a certainty with their excellent pizzas and not only that: everything is very good and delicious. The owner and the guys are very welcoming and courteous. The service is fast.

09/08/2025: The menu is very varied; you can choose your pasta (rice, gnocchi, or pasta) and pair it with the ever-changing toppings. I tried the gnocchi with zucchini flowers, which were excellent! They also have a wide variety of appetizers, main courses, and homemade desserts. The owner is extremely kind and attentive. The atmosphere is reminiscent of the Knights Templar and is friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back.

03/08/2025: This place wins with its location and outstanding service. The food was good but could taste more and the meat dish was unfortunately a bit dry so the food could definitely get an upgrade. All and all.. a nice place to spend your evening with friends and family.

26/08/2025: Unfortunately we had a bit of a disappointing dinner at osteria tre case tonight. The poor waitresses were very stretched meaning service was very slow. Food was tasty though

27/08/2025: The desserts are spectacular, and the coffee with cold-frothed milk is a real treat. The place is small and always a bit chaotic. The three guys behind the counter aren't rude, but perhaps they lack a bit of organization, so the service sometimes suffers a bit. Otherwise, I come back every week for the zeppolina with Chantily ❤️

21/08/2025: Unfortunately, the place is closed today, Thursday, August 21st, even though the Google Maps page says it's open. The owners should be careful about changing their opening and closing hours. Thank you. It's a shame because we came specifically for this.
