28/07/2025: One of the best gelatos I've had in Turin so far: quality, flavor, creaminess, and a variety of unique flavors. The brioche is excellent, Sicilian-style, soft and flavorful. The downside is the price, which has become exorbitant: €5 for a brioche, which, for a Sicilian, is sky-high compared to the south. And then there's the line; I waited an hour and a half. Perhaps they need to increase the counter staff.

28/07/2025: Getting here for gelato in the evening requires a bit of patience. The line is impressive, but it's worth it. The gelato is delicious and the cones are generous. A must-try!

05/09/2025: It's truly a wonderful discovery. The food is delicious and authentic. Very fresh fish. Perfect service!! You need a membership card, but the negligible cost is more than covered by the very reasonable prices!

14/08/2025: Welcomed into a vintage, '70s-style setting, we immediately changed our minds (we weren't there to admire the decor) as we savored the appetizers and all the subsequent courses. A home-style menu of typical Piedmontese cuisine, with the addition of truly sublimely cooked fish.

A family-run agriturismo that welcomed us with sincere warmth, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere was authentic, simple, and meticulously crafted, and every detail exuded passion. But it was the food that truly won us over: delicious dishes, prepared with love and local ingredients that spoke of the region. An authentic experience, the kind you don't expect, that leaves you with a smile all day long. Thank you so much to those who work there with such dedication. We'll definitely be back ❤️

25/05/2025: Over time, Nicolò's already excellent cuisine has improved even further. Also thanks to the addition of Andrea Serale to the staff, a talented promise of Italian cuisine, new flavors, new aromas enrich traditional dishes revisited with taste and curiosity. The wine list, curated by Carla, is decidedly richer, not so much in labels as in their quality, offering a variety of choices that can satisfy every palate - and every budget. Excellent, as always, the service, cared for with passion. The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is excellent so I highly recommend Amae. Edit: Last supper, for me. For work reasons I will not be able to dine at amae, this week, and on Saturday they will close. What, in my opinion, was the best restaurant in Cuneo will close, and it's a real shame. You still have Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday to try it. Do it, it's worth it. Happy to have been able to go again this evening. Thanks Carla, Nico, Andre, Fra, Camma, Lara for the welcome and the cuddles, I will miss you.

25/08/2025: Yesterday we had dinner in a splendid location, excellent dishes and top-quality ingredients. Exclusive and very professional service. At the end of the dinner, a very pleasant tour of the winery was provided, with a great explanation from Riccardo, a member of the family who owns it. The staff and owners were fantastic. And we say this as fellow restaurateurs.

16/08/2025: I've been for dinner several times, and every time everything was top-notch, but this evening they exceeded all expectations. The fresh mushroom risotto was unbeatable in taste, cooking, and presentation. The fried fresh mushrooms were sublime; it was impossible to find even a single flaw. The mushrooms were excellent, the breading just right, not even the slightest trace of grease on the plate. You might say everything was normal, but that's not always the case. Besides a delicious dinner, there was so much more: a beautiful and well-kept setting surrounded by lush greenery and an oasis of peace, soft, very pleasant and relaxing background music, and extremely kind and helpful staff. You couldn't imagine anything better, so a heartfelt thank you to all the staff. Marcella.

The room manager Mrs. Nadia served us with attention, friendliness and great professionalism: attentive to every little need with kindness. The generous portions accompanied by the good wine produced by the Castle have fully satisfied all the guests. Thank you so much, we will gladly return also for a weekend with a swim in the pool.

08/08/2025: L'Angolo di Parin has rightfully become one of my favorite restaurants. High-quality, traditional Piedmontese cuisine. Carefully crafted and delicious dishes. The menu is varied and caters to every taste (vegetarian options are also available). Excellent wine list. The location is spectacular. The two main rooms are more historic and characteristic, while the basement room is more modern but equally impressive. The bathrooms... are absolutely worth seeing. Small, but furnished in an alternative style. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is suitable for business lunches, family gatherings, and romantic dinners. Highly recommended for both lunch and dinner.

07/09/2025: I found it by chance while browsing online, and given its lakeside location, I decided to go there for dinner with my relatives. Well, I couldn't have made a better choice! Beautiful view, clean, and quiet place, and besides the delicious food, the icing on the cake were the attentive, kind girls who accommodated my request, as it was my parents' anniversary! Truly the best! Congratulations! I recommend it and will gladly return.

06/08/2025: This is the second time we've written about this place, and we do so with good reason. After discovering it during an informal lunch with friends, we decided to spend a few days here. It's a three-star hotel, but for us it deserves five. The atmosphere, steeped in history, elegance, and refinement, is still present under the current management. A family that has preserved and continued a style of manners, service, and food quality that is rare today. Special recognition goes to the professionalism and kindness of the waiters and waitresses. Assoluta qualità delle materie prime e prodotti eccellenti. Marito cuoco e moglie al banco gestiscono questo locale in modo ammirevole, coadiuvati da personale altrettanto valido, i diversi piatti degustati durante i vari pasti hanno pienamente soddisfatto le nostre esigenze.
