I also highly recommend it to those who like to try typical dishes. Besides the food, the waitresses are also very good and professional.

04/05/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato con amici per tre giorni ad Alba per uno stage di tennis durante il ponte del primo maggio e abbiamo sempre pranzato nella gastronomia urbana. Assoluta qualità delle materie prime e prodotti eccellenti. Marito cuoco e moglie al banco gestiscono questo locale in modo ammirevole, coadiuvati da personale altrettanto valido, i diversi piatti degustati durante i vari pasti hanno pienamente soddisfatto le nostre esigenze. Provare per credere.

The buildings, pool, and grounds are very well maintained; everything invites relaxation. The restaurant serves excellent cuisine, which can be paired with the estate's delicious wines. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

27/06/2025: A Charming Castle-Style Stay with Exceptional Service and Delightful Food and Wine! What an absolute pleasure it was to stay at this beautiful, castle-style location! We visited at the end of May, and from the moment we stepped out of the parking lot and walked towards reception, we were greeted by the most enchanting scent of jasmine and roses – truly a delightful first impression. Enjoying the evening in the restaurant's courtyard was a highlight, and the food itself was absolutely delightful, adding to the unique charm of the experience. It's worth noting that the location is quite remote, which makes this hotel absolutely fantastic if you're looking to relax and unwind for two, three, or even four days. It's truly a peaceful retreat. Our room was equipped with AC, maintaining an old-fashioned style that perfectly complemented the building's overall aesthetic. Most importantly, the staff here is truly outstanding. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay incredibly comfortable. A special shout-out to Giulia, whose service was exceptional! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will certainly be visiting again. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

28/06/2025: A Piedmontese experience not to be missed. I have been to this Typical Piedmontese restaurant and I found it truly exceptional. Every detail, from the particularities of the furnishings to the arrangement of the tables, contributes to creating a truly welcoming environment. You can see that there is so much care in every corner. But what makes this place special is the union between the excellence of the cuisine and the extraordinary hospitality of the owners. Their kindness, availability and passion are palpable, and made the dinner even more enjoyable. They told us the history of their restaurant and literally fascinated us! It is beautiful to see how much love they put into it. Everything we ate was delicious and you can immediately understand that they use excellent ingredients. And I cannot fail to mention the ZABAIONE: it is amazing, one of the best I have ever tasted! Creamy, tasty, absolutely a must try if you go there. In short, an experience that I recommend to everyone.

08/07/2025: Beautiful, truly historic place, surrounded by greenery that gives it a touch of magic! The only flaws... the room had an electrical noise problem (reported to reception when leaving) and... to turn on the light, you had to use the white card "stuck" near the door!

The organization was impeccable: the staff was always available, professional and attentive to every detail, making us feel welcomed and pampered right from the first inspection. They were able to transform our ideas into reality, with great care and sensitivity. The reception took place in an elegant but relaxed atmosphere, and every moment - from the aperitif in the garden to the open bar under the stars - was unforgettable. The quality of the food also exceeded all expectations: refined, abundant and perfectly prepared dishes. We recommend Castello Rosso with all our heart to those looking for a place to experience a dream wedding, surrounded by beauty, history and wonderful people. 💖
