The staff is extremely kind and friendly. Compliments to the owner, Monica, for her dedication to ensuring everything is perfect, even for those with food intolerances or any other concerns.
Large, well-maintained rooms for any event.

14/03/2026: We had dinner at this agriturismo tonight. All the dishes were excellent, as was the wine, a house-produced Albarossa.
The owner was very kind, we'll definitely be back. In the warmer months, the outside area must be stunning, too.

17/02/2026: We returned to "tra i filari" last week.
Our appetizer was Fassona beef tartare with caramelized onion. I think the onion flavor partially covered the meat's flavor instead of enhancing it.
The first course was spaghetti paglia e fieno with donkey sauce. The homemade pasta was excellent. We were worried the sauce would be too strong, but we trusted the owner's advice. And we were right. We loved it.
The second course was roast suckling pig with fondue and apples.
In this case, the fondue and apples paired well with the meat, but I found the cut of meat to be a bit dry.
Dessert: vanilla ice cream with salted toffee. Exceptional. The portion was generous, but I would have eaten at least double.
What can I say... We had a wonderful time again. The owner was courteous and helpful.
An experience to repeat.

18/01/2026: We discovered this place thanks to food bloggers Giano and Franci, who visited this restaurant in their Langhe series.
The expectations generated by their stories were fully met!
We ordered a tasting menu that included: Fassona beef tartare; 30-yolk tajarin with sausage ragù; stew with mashed potatoes (delicious, too bad it was just a slice), and their incredible panna cotta.
We also ordered poached eggs with fondue and cardoons (the vegetables vary seasonally); fondue-filled plin with salted butter; and frisse (a typical recipe from these parts). Regarding these pairings, we'd point out that it's best not to order both the egg with fondue and the plin together, as it's a significant cheese blast that can be difficult to stomach.
All the dishes were a wonderful culinary experience, but a special mention goes to the tajarin, which were truly a feast.
The wait staff was very kind, warm, and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable.
They have an excellent selection of wines, from the more expensive ones to more affordable but of the highest quality.

07/02/2026: I celebrated my graduation a couple of weeks ago: the venue was beautiful, with a private, well-furnished and heated dining room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, with excellent combinations (the restaurant paid special attention to vegetarian and gluten-free options). Excellent value for money. All in all, an experience worth repeating!

The food is a must-try. The combinations and flavors are truly worth discovering! The staff are super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about the suggestions and pairings. Let them advise you!
They're extremely accommodating with vegetarian options.

09/03/2026: Second time. This is a must for gourmands if you are in the area. The menu is limited, which is good, quality is fantastic and there are several unusual items that might not be for the faint hearted including this time head meat, snails etc. So depends what you are up for but the quality of everything is the very best. It’s only 45 mins to Malpensa so if you are flying the next day and plan a night nearby like Novara, it makes a great choice. This time we had the best venison stew I’ve ever tasted. 12 hours sous vide to give you an idea. Prices are very reasonable. Bravo and we look forward to our next visit.
19/02/2026: Really good, perhaps the maître d' was a bit too singsong/mechanical when explaining the dishes. Hard to follow everything... The dishes were well-prepared and the service was attentive. The quality of the ingredients was high, and the wine was also well-chosen, not mediocre. The atmosphere was modern, but in my opinion lacking in character, a bit "cold"... the prices were reasonable for what you get.
