14/12/2025: The ice cream is good and the waitresses are very kind, but the bathroom is disgusting. I can't pay 20 euros for three ice creams and then have a bathroom that would be unacceptable even in a kebab shop.

13/12/2025: I had the pleasure of having breakfast at Bar Gelateria Corso in Cuneo with my relatives, and it was a truly exceptional experience. From the first moment, you could sense excellent organization, allowing for quick and efficient service even with multiple people. The breakfast was of excellent quality, with carefully selected and tasty products, served with professionalism and courtesy. The staff is kind, attentive, and well-coordinated, making every customer feel at ease. A place that combines quality, order, and a pleasant atmosphere, perfect for both a breakfast with friends and a relaxing break in the heart of Cuneo. Definitely a place to return to and one I recommend without hesitation.

01/03/2026: I chose Piano 35 with naturally high expectations, given that it's a Michelin-starred restaurant and such a well-known address in Turin. The experience, however, was overall below my expectations. The quality of the ingredients is unquestionable: fresh, well-selected, and of excellent quality. Unfortunately, however, the technique and preparation failed to fully showcase them. In more than one course, I felt the execution was correct but lacking in flair, with flavors that weren't punchy and pairings that didn't truly enhance the product. Some courses lacked balance in flavor, and in a couple of cases, the technique was almost nonexistent. For example, in our case, we opted for the "Giro d'Italia" menu, and the artichoke alla giudia was cold, salty, and even very rubbery. I'm not a chef, but I'm certain that dish isn't worthy of a Michelin star. In a context of this caliber, one expects the cuisine to transform excellent ingredients into a memorable experience. Here, however, the result was good, but not thrilling. The location remains evocative and the service "fairly" professional, but from a gastronomic standpoint, I expected more personality and depth.

25/02/2026: Spectacular view of the city, poor service, a good portion of the bill due to two glasses of wine (Barbera €10 - Barbaresco €25) I ordered. Moving on to the main courses, I had a carbonara, which wasn't bad, but considering it's a one-star restaurant, I probably had too high expectations. The real problem came with the main course: duck and red fruits arrived 10 minutes before the glass I ordered. It was overcooked, the skin was soft, and the temperature was already off. I tried a fillet and a half and left the rest. They didn't ask me why, just an unnecessary "all good," given the leftover dish. The duck cost €28. Now, I'd find all this wrong in any restaurant, but for it to happen in a starred restaurant, I find it grotesque. I imagine the quality will probably be raised for dinner, although I have no intention of checking. I've had many experiences in starred restaurants, and I hate to say it, but I expected a very different level.

09/02/2026: A lovely restaurant in a historic courtyard just steps from the center. It feels like a trattoria, but the atmosphere is decidedly more elegant. The menu is traditional, and appropriately limited to maintain the excellent quality we found in all our dishes. The plating was also beautiful. The young woman who served us was very kind, as was the owner, with whom we exchanged numerous opinions. The price was fair for the quality and the setting. We all enjoyed the experience.

03/12/2025: An excellent experience in a refined and charming setting. The interior is beautiful, and the staff is kind and friendly. The menu is more than varied, featuring refined and carefully prepared dishes. Everything tastes good and is excellent value.

13/10/2025: It's easy to get to, but once you arrive, it's unclear which restaurant it is or where the entrance is; it should be better signposted. The service is a bit slow, like a wedding reception, with everyone getting the same dish more or less at the same time. We arrived by chance, without a reservation. We found a fixed Sunday menu, but no menu or any indication of the courses (we had to ask what was on while they were already bringing us appetizers), much less the price. This is definitely not the case. The place is very nice, warm, with wood and a fireplace, just a bit dark despite it being a sunny day. The bathrooms need updating. The strong points are the kindness, the courtesy of the service, and the very good dishes. In short, a good place for a typical Piedmontese lunch or dinner, unhurried and with courtesy.

07/02/2026: Today, February 7, 2026. Lunch with my partner. The manager welcomes us in a friendly manner, and it's immediately clear he loves his job. The place is very clean, the service is quick, and the waiter has a great attitude. The dishes are excellent and plentiful, and the glass of Nebbiolo is very good. The bill is exceptional.

08/03/2026: I'm giving it two stars because it wasn't bad. But I really don't see the point in being expensive (€60 for two for lunch). It's obvious they charged me €10 for the child's Cantonese rice. Otherwise, they're inexplicable... what thieves! And there's no tuna or shrimp sashimi. There's nothing, madam. If you want to get rich in Italy, do it right. You're going out of style. Start packing! Goodbye!

15/02/2026: We booked for the day after Valentine's Day; the decorations were still there, and it was lovely. Perfect, prompt service, and if you go for lunch, you can ask for a lemon sorbet included. Reservations are recommended, and if you want the "fake floor" tables, ask for "tatami" when you book. The ravioli are delicious, especially the meat ones; the salmon or mixed fish chirashi is also highly recommended, and the poke sauce is excellent. In general, I find the hot and cooked dishes on the menu to be of higher quality than the sushi and sashimi.

08/03/2026: Excellent baked goods, cakes, cookies, herbal teas, and fruit juices. For a delicious but well-made snack or breakfast, I highly recommend it! They also offer products made with special attention to using alternative flours (corn and rice) and dairy-free ingredients. They also make delicious cakes upon request, as well as pizza, focaccia, and bread. In the summer, their ice cream is a must-try with the kids. The attention and care are evident in every product they display. Keep up the good work!

13/02/2026: It says "pastry shop," but in addition to delicious desserts, it's a place where they serve wonderful salads, pasta dishes, pizzas, focaccias, vegetable pies, and baked vegetables. Everything is carefully prepared, generous, and the prices per dish top €10. The front of the shop faces the street, while the back has a glass-enclosed balcony overlooking the lawns and the lake. The only drawback is the small, half-full glass of wine for €6. Apart from this lack of attention, the rest is fantastic. There's not much room for everyone.

16/02/2026: I spent a weekend with my husband for his birthday. We had a wonderful time: the room was very nice with a comfortable bed, the restaurant was excellent, and the owners were very kind. I really appreciated some of the in-room touches, like the complimentary bottle of water, chocolates, and kettle with herbal teas. Plus, there were some gluten- and lactose-free options for breakfast. Thank you!

08/02/2026: We went there last night. The yogurt was delicious. You can add whatever you want without changing the price. The glass isn't a classic one, but a proper plastic cup. Highly recommended.
