18/11/2024: Un prezioso presidio della cucina genuina della montagna cuneese. Causa mia sono arrivato alcuni minuti oltre l'orario di chiusura, di un mercoledì, ma sono stato accolto con cortesia e disponibilità anche se i fornelli erano già spenti da un po'. Tutto molto curato, posate distinte per ogni piatto, vino rosso della casa davvero ottimo. Formaggi e insaccati con sapori di altri tempi, insalata dell'orto, crostata fatta in casa commovente. Prezzo molto contenuto. Bravi, spero possiate resistere. Francesco.

02/04/2025: Fun bar with vermouth based cocktails and fantastic aperitivo. Really lovely seating inside with sufficient lights to read the menu and see the food you are served. No loud music to overbear the conversation around the table. Great place to catch up with friends over small food plates and drinks. I think I'll be back!

20/11/2024: My boyfriend and I, passing through to go to Alpe Bianca, stopped here for a pre-excursion coffee: in addition to an excellent coffee (which is not at all a given) we were welcomed by the smile and courtesy of the owner and her collaborator; we had such a good time that we decided to stop again on the way back for a chocolate, which was also delicious! You can see and feel when there is love in what we do. Thank you!

Single portion. Beautiful to look at and excellent for the palate. We had to wait a bit to be served. 10 minutes and then we went to ask why our tray was forgotten. There were few people... But they were able to apologize. Advised

24/01/2025: Raramente scrivo una recessione negativa, ma questa volta ci vuole, mi sono fermato per pranzo mentre ero in zona per lavoro, scelta obbligata tra menù del giorno o la pizza, alla carta non è possibile scegliere, alla prima portata ho scoperto il perché, primo piatto spaghetti alla carbonara, arrivati dopo 5 minuti dall'ordine, non erano stati scaldati bene nel microonde, piatto freddo, spaghetti esterni tiepidi all'interno freddo, idem per il secondo, scaloppine al limone, 2 fettine di circa 3 mm di spessore, secche e dure,molto probabilmente scaldate nel microonde pure quelle, si salva il pane e il caffè, non so le pizze, ma su quelle è sicuro che erano preparate al momento,almeno quelle. Se siete da quelle parti evitate di entrare. PS. Leggendo le recessioni, ne ho visto 1 molto positiva, ma si riferisce al ristorante la stangata di volta mantovana, che conosco essendo di quelle parti e che vale veramente 5 stelle e piu

30/03/2025: Abbiamo seguito un consiglio, di una persona del posto. Eravamo in gita nell'astigiano, un nostro conoscente di Asti, ci ha caldamente consigliato di pranzare alla trattoria madama. Abbiamo seguito il suggerimento, ci hanno accolto con Gentilezza e cortesia, sono dog Friends, ottima cucina con piatti della tradizione piemontese, giusto prezzo. Torneremo e proveremo anche le camere per la notte

10/03/2025: Cucina vera piemontese con ingredienti di qualità. Menù ampio e vasta scelta dei vini, con ricarichi giusti. Ottimi soprattutto gli antipasti ed i dolci. Siamo stati di domenica e il locale era al completo, quindi il servizio ne ha risentito un po’. Forse in settimana sarà meglio. Comunque consigliabile

27/12/2024: La location e’ meravigliosa. Amici che c’erano già stati hanno suggerito questo ristorante per una cena pre natalizia. Le sale sono veramente incredibili e la cucina e’ anche di ottimo livello. Cameriere che personalmente non ho amato molto ma sono modi di fare. Carta dei vini senza prezzi e questa e’ l’unica vera nota negativa: e’ importante permettere ai clienti di ordinare sapendo cosa spendono. Inviterei la proprietà a provvedere in questo senso. Per il resto complimenti.

18/02/2025: On the first evening, having arrived at the Turin Palace Hotel tired from the journey, we wanted to take advantage of the restaurant for a dinner that was nothing short of exquisite. The white truffle of Alba reigned supreme and we were happily subjected to the aroma and flavor sprinkled in flakes on the dishes. The price per gram did not influence us in the slightest according to the maxim "better one day as a lion than a hundred as a sheep". The service was excellent, the menu was rich as was the wine list. Excellent in all respects
