07/08/2024: We entered by chance just looking for a shady place to eat, the setting is very pleasant, the service fast and friendly. We ate excellently for excellent value for money. Go there with your eyes closed.

15/08/2024: Refuge and reference point for summer and winter trails. Menu with local products (the venison stew stands out, in my opinion) and a friendly and close-knit staff. Fresh air and crystal clear waters from the springs. What more could you ask for? -I don't rate the rooms since I didn't use them-

Very nice manners from staff member attending our table. Nice local wines available but the host failed giving us a list where to chose from instead opted for very competent explanations of options available but confusing for not conoisseurs

24/08/2024: I have been to this pizzeria more than once and have always had a good time. The pizzas are varied and made with quality ingredients. The place is clean and modern and the staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend it.

22/08/2024: Recommended with full marks. Hospitality and availability at the top for this place with informal and slightly anonymous furnishings. Thorough cleaning and kindness of the staff are truly worthy of applause. The pizza is thin and cooked just right, perhaps not too abundant the filling but still first choice ingredients. Desserts absolutely worth tasting, or rather... devouring😀. If I really had to, I would make just one note: small tables and a little too close together, so much so that we also conversed with the neighbors, so excellent for conviviality but not for those who are a little more reserved or looking for a more intimate atmosphere. Maybe if you have this need ask whoever welcomes you for a more suitable accommodation, they will surely be able to satisfy you.

22/07/2024: A very good spa hotel in a quiet location not far from Biella. Free parking, pool for relaxation. Very good service and delicious breakfast. I recommend!

22/08/2024: I'm sorry to leave a negative review because the ice cream has always been delicious, but if you order it with Glovo or similar and pay at the beginning and not by weight, they put too little ice cream and don't fill the tray completely.

20/08/2024: It's an excellent ice cream shop: they make good ice cream, the staff is friendly and welcoming, there's a dehor outside where you can enjoy the ice cream. They raised their prices recently.

15/08/2024: Good morning, This is the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed at this hotel. We have always been well received and delighted with our stays. Quiet, comfortable place, with very good food and excellent wines. The hosts and their staff are attentive and charming. Silvana and Frédéric.

06/08/2024: We stayed on a Sunday afternoon in this beautiful castle. We visited the museum independently but with the explanations at our disposal, after which we were guided in a tasting of 6 glasses each plus the olive oil of our own production. The sommelier who accompanied us to discover the wines was super professional and kind. We absolutely recommend the visit with tasting at Castello di Razzano!

18/08/2024: A small day trip to the mountains with the family and an absurd hunger that brought us to this magnificent restaurant, I never expected to eat such tasty typical dishes. Veal with cherry tomatoes and rocket, mushroom parcels in toma cream, gnocchi with toma cream and parmesan, tagliatelle with meat sauce and finally wild boar meat with potatoes and carrots. A nice genepì digestive to conclude this fantastic lunch. All quality products, perfect and accessible prices. I can't wait to go back to try other dishes on the menu and above all save some space for their desserts. I heard the pear cake is delicious. Congratulations especially for the location and the staff

09/08/2024: I feel at home! They are friendly and make good food, nice terrace where you can sunbathe and drink aperitifs. We go back often!

04/08/2024: Excellent product, shame what happened. I ask for a 1 kg tub, apart from weighing the product including the tub, which in itself is a mistake, because if I pay €28 per kilo, I should have 1 kg net of ice cream, but that's fine; but if you put 920 grams and make me pay for 1 kilo, there is something wrong... but then, I kindly point out the mistake, in the first instance he denies me the fact that they were 920 grams, after having explained to him that I was there at the weigh-in, the answer was "they tell me to do it like this", after this answer I said goodbye and left. But if you do the same with 100 people, it makes 80 kg of ice cream...
