It's a beautiful restaurant, very well-maintained and decorated! The staff is very kind and very knowledgeable! The kitchen makes fabulous dishes!! They have a very good wine list, with a wide selection, and Claudio, the manager, makes excellent recommendations! I've been a few times already, and every time is a wonderful experience! We'll definitely be back many more times!

Tried it for dinner during the week.
Well-maintained and organized, it has two large dining rooms, seating about 70 people in total.
The importance of wine is evident from the entrance, with a beautiful exposed wall overlooking temperature-controlled storage rooms.
You sit at the table and chat with your neighbors; when the dining room is full, the atmosphere is a bit noisy, so you have to raise your voice a bit to talk to others.
This isn't the restaurant for a one-on-one meeting.
Good service, although I would have preferred a bit more speed between courses.
Excellent food, a cuisine that draws on the local area and its ingredients, both to offer tradition and to explore new horizons. Excellent balance of flavors, good technique.
Worth a stop, and even a (small) detour, if you want cuisine that balances tradition and innovation.

Dinner at the wine bar; even though it's the bistro of the adjacent restaurant, we expected a little more flair. The Piedmontese mixed appetizer consisted of standard appetizers like Russian Salad, Jerusalem Artichoke Flan, and Typical Cured Meats... all executed correctly but qualitatively basic, familiar and predictable. The first courses, gnocchi and tagliatelle, were also lacking in character, taste, and presentation. The tasting included a Barolo Conterno Fantino wine, served without a bottle or a description of the wine. Attentive and prompt service. The price was high for the culinary offerings.

A good restaurant with good quality food, delicious dishes, and excellent wine.
I would have expected more customer service, as I mentioned in my reservation, and also in a subsequent email, a guest with intolerances to three key ingredients (wheat, egg, cow's milk, and dairy products).
After all this, the restaurant's only concern was to assist my son in choosing dishes to avoid encountering a dish with problematic ingredients, but no alternative or supplementary proposal was made to the menu on the menu.
Regarding the tasting menus, I find it limiting that they must be chosen for everyone at the table and cannot be considered an individual option (also because they have no alternative dishes to those on the menu, which, except for the partridge, can be ordered individually by each diner).

We've given deserved 5 stars I don't know how many times. It's a shame about Tutto Mele 2025: the food was good as always. It's a shame we were at the cafe, I was still drinking and the head waiter came over, I think, and started clearing the table with really rude methods. All we had to do was ask, but instead we were left speechless. It's a shame because we've always had a great time.
