In pieno centro del paese. Locale ristrutturato con stile rustico. Cucina tradizionale piemontese, con ricerca su piatti antichi, non più facili da trovare. Livello molto buono, lista dei vini favolosa e con prezzi più che decenti. Servizio non al massimo, credo che potrebbe migliorare. Conto giusto visto la qualità della cucina.

Menù alla mela in occasione della sagra. Ogni portata comprendeva tracce di qualcosa fatto con una mela di diversa qualità. Originale e piacevole. Ottimo servizio al tavolo. Bella carta dei vini. Prezzi nella norma.

Jolie petite adresse 1 couvert au Michelin en 2020. Choix entre le restaurant ou la brasserie. Si le temps le permet,.déjeunez dans la cour arrière, très calme. Très bon antipasti de veau découpé au couteau (très finement, comme haché) à la truffe ou Primo piatto de Riz truffe et st jacques. Le serveur parlait français (comme beaucoup de monde ici).

31/03/2024: Easter under the water in Usseglio this year but Nadia and her team do everything to make you have a pleasant stay. Excellent cuisine, rooms characterized by typical mountain furnishings, super heated art nouveau dining room, iron and stone stairs...everything very welcoming...
28/03/2024: The place is very nice, the food is very good especially the cappelletti with roast sauce, I haven't slept there but the rooms from the street seem comfortable and beautiful
