La Nicchia In Cavour

An exceptional event last night, the most beautiful event of the year, starting with a sumptuous buffet of raw fish and countless delicacies. Then we sat down for an appetizer, a fantastic risotto, and no less an excellent dessert. All washed down with excellent Gosset Champagne, the oldest champagne cellar since 1584. A very mature Champagne, truly perfect without being vintage. The Rosé, in my opinion, was the best. Compliments to all the staff, always perfect and professional, considering the scorching heat of the evening.

Cavour is not only famous for its "Count" 😉 today was the first time I set foot in this beautiful restaurant, a beautiful renovation between modern and classic that gives a high-class tone like the dishes I tasted, the service is super pleasant, professional and always with a smile 😁, the food 🥯 excellent from the appetizer to the coffee ☕️... so I recommend it to anyone who wants to taste a bit of "class" and relax 😎 and be pampered in the heart of Cavour

One of the best restaurants in Piedmont, without a doubt!

A restaurant serving refined dishes, with a special focus on local produce. In the summer, they have a charming and well-kept internal courtyard.

It's a beautiful restaurant, very well-maintained and decorated! The staff is very kind and very knowledgeable! The kitchen makes fabulous dishes!! They have a very good wine list, with a wide selection, and Claudio, the manager, makes excellent recommendations! I've been a few times already, and every time is a wonderful experience! We'll definitely be back many more times!

Tried it for dinner during the week. Well-maintained and organized, it has two large dining rooms, seating about 70 people in total. The importance of wine is evident from the entrance, with a beautiful exposed wall overlooking temperature-controlled storage rooms. You sit at the table and chat with your neighbors; when the dining room is full, the atmosphere is a bit noisy, so you have to raise your voice a bit to talk to others. This isn't the restaurant for a one-on-one meeting. Good service, although I would have preferred a bit more speed between courses. Excellent food, a cuisine that draws on the local area and its ingredients, both to offer tradition and to explore new horizons. Excellent balance of flavors, good technique. Worth a stop, and even a (small) detour, if you want cuisine that balances tradition and innovation.
