09/07/2025: Tenuta del Sole is a place that leaves you breathless at first glance. The location is very beautiful, especially the outdoor area. Unfortunately, we weren't happy with the service or the food portions. We had a lunch for a baptism with two appetizers, two first courses, a second course, and cake. They told us the portions were generous and they would offer second helpings, but there were only four ravioli on a plate, and as a second helping, we were given one ravioli per person because otherwise there wouldn't be enough for the others who asked for second helpings. We had an open bar because we knew our guests, but every time we asked for a bottle of wine, water, or soft drink, the waiter would say he'd already brought them and take a while to bring them back, or we were told they drink too much... which I think is normal at a party. We were told we couldn't play music because the room was full, but that day there were only a few people at the tables next to us who were still talking loudly, but we were told we were shouting too loudly and we're not at a stadium. I'm very sorry because, as I said, the place is very nice.

06/07/2025: The venue was magnificent for the wedding (Eleonora and Samuele). Excellent meal. The lemon sorbet was to die for (I ordered it three times). One small note: the straws were too short. The staff was very professional.

03/07/2025: The name of the place contains the best quality of the restaurant. Objectively, from the terrace there is a suggestive view of Turin and the surrounding areas. But you go to a restaurant above all to eat... I can't say I ate "badly" but the level of cooking was absolutely comparable to that of a meal prepared at home; the price a little less. The appetizer, for example, consists of 10 small tastings (but really small) including a slice of grilled eggplant 😨, a piece of "tomino del boscaiolo" 😨😨, a very thin slice of salami 😨😨😨. We then had a first course (anonymous) and a carpione (slightly salty in my opinion) that failed to satisfy the palate. Dessert (bunet) very good and white wine not memorable but pleasant. €64 for two... A bit too much for a nice view and a normal dinner.

08/06/2025: Il Ristorante ci é stato consigliato da un caro amico. Passando da quelle parti, forse non lo noti e se lo noti vai oltre. Invece si apre davvero un Giardinetto, un ambiente datato negli arredi, ma ben conservato. Una fresca oasi in pieno centro di Vercelli. 10/06/2025: Went there by mistake and it was the best mistake I’ve done in a while. Probably the best Neapolitan pizza I’ve had outside of Naples and the desserts were amazing. The owner was very friendly and helpful in deciding what to have. A must go if you’re nearby.

18/06/2025: A traditional Piedmontese restaurant, specializing in fish, with spectacular pasta dishes, good wine, and very attentive service. We were treated very well and with great professionalism. We really enjoyed all the dishes (flan di verdure, tagliolini, ravioles della valvaraita - a wonderful discovery, I highly recommend), the wine, and the homemade sweets. Good vegetarian options, very nice waiters, and a traditional tavern, with a lot of love for the cuisine, in Vanchiglia to which I will return without hesitation.

17/06/2025: Family restaurant. Spectacular food and service. Tuna tartare, monkfish with black fungus, traditional onion-stuffed dishes, and homemade desserts. Unbeatable and well-priced.

01/07/2025: I have been to this location for a wedding and I must say that it is a beautiful place, welcoming, spacious and surrounded by greenery. There are various spaces available, a terrace with a view of Lake Viverone (in the distance), a shaded garden with many plants, a space with a swimming pool, a garden with a large green lawn. There is also the possibility of having a ceremony on site. Ample parking. Internal rooms are not too spacious, but still beautiful and well-kept. Recommended for events.

20/05/2025: Stopped for lunch not exactly as a 'pilgrim', but I have to say it was absolutely worth it. Very nice place and kind people.

24/05/2025: Great pizzeria less than 10 minutes from the castle, we tried a special pizza for the evening and it turned out to be a Bomb! Abundant dough and fillings are delicious Super friendly staff, recommended!

I've been there several times now and it has never disappointed me or all the people I've brought there, it's a shame that for a while now I've seen it closed.. I really hope it's for renovation because I can't think that they closed permanently!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 We miss you guys
