A small restaurant in a quiet village. They offer a variety of tasting menus or à la carte. We ordered a trio of appetizers, the excellent and plentiful panissa vercellese, and finally the stewed rabbit. The wait staff were very friendly and helpful, and the wine was good. Reasonable prices, and parking was nearby.

You can choose between a fixed menu: a trio of appetizers with a first and second course, or a trio of appetizers accompanied by a first or second course. I personally tried the second option: a trio of appetizers consisting of veal with tuna sauce, vegetable flan with parmesan cream, and Fassona beef tartare. The portions were generous and beautifully presented. For my main course, I chose rabbit with olives, well-cooked and flavorful. To conclude, I sampled the desserts: a hazelnut cake served with vanilla ice cream and "csenta," a typical local biscuit-based dessert, available with zabaglione or vanilla ice cream. Both options are interesting for those who want to try local specialties. Overall, I appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the homemade flavor of the preparations, with generous portions. The service was friendly and efficient. The value for money is good: keep in mind that drinks and desserts are not included in the set menu, so the final bill may increase, but it's still well-balanced for the experience. A recommended place for those in the area who want to discover traditional Vercelli cuisine in a simple and welcoming atmosphere.

A very nice place, warmly decorated, where you can spend time in good company. The dishes are excellent, with the amazing panissa being more than generous. Service is good and timely.

Yesterday, a group of friends and I visited this osteria. We had a wonderful time with the set menu featuring traditional Piedmontese classics and the fantastic panissa vercellese, served tableside in a copper pot. The owner was extremely accommodating with food allergy requests. We'll definitely be back.
