13/04/2026: Bad experience. The piadina fell into the clerk's hand again, and I had to pay for another one. The staff was rude. Stay away.
22/03/2026: The quality is good, like all the stores in the chain. The table area could be kept a little cleaner and tidier. Running out of glasses is truly unprofessional, as is serving warm drinks (Coca-Cola). I understand that getting to the end of the day is tiring, but kindness and courtesy towards the customer should NEVER be lacking.

03/05/2026: It was terrible beyond belief. They handled the food with their bare hands and had absolutely no standards of hygiene. When we asked them not to touch the food, we were kicked out of the restaurant.

30/04/2026: Wen Xiang restaurant is perfect for those looking for good food and a relaxed atmosphere.
The service is excellent; they are very attentive to all needs, even with children, they are super patient and take care not to keep them waiting too long, finding solutions that are suitable for everyone!
The sushi is exceptional: fresh, tasty, and there are even specialty dishes, with numerous vegan, vegetarian, and cooked options.
The hot dishes are delicious, light, and balanced!
It's been our go-to sushi spot for seven years now!
Highly recommended!

03/05/2026: They would have been 5 stars (for the location and variety of menu) if only they didn't inflate the prices compared to the menu... they add 1/2 euro more per dish (which becomes 4-5 euros more on the total) and when you point it out to them they tell you that the menu scannable with the QR code on the website is not updated... a fact beyond the legality of the law because if prices are displayed on the website (updated or not, and this applies to any commercial place) you must always stick to them... crafty 😉

Old review: The pizzas arrived burnt, bitter, and dry.
I imagine no one noticed when they took them out of the oven. A mistake that could clearly have been avoided.

12/10/2025: The pizza is good, but they should be more careful when packaging takeout pizzas. This time, I ate my pizza with melted ink from several receipts, some from dishes that weren't mine. I found them at the bottom of the pizza box, right under my piping hot pizza, which melted the receipt ink. A few years ago, I found a stainless steel utensil in the pizza box; now, I've found it at home. So, no complaints about the pizza, but be careful what you do.
11/10/2025: We've been to this restaurant several times, but unfortunately (perhaps due to a change in management or just the wait staff) the last time wasn't great...
The food was much lower quality than other times, the waiter was rude (in his opinion), and we had to go and see for ourselves as there were so many desserts...
Since it was a table of 15 people, most people decided not to order any (to avoid the crowds).
Only one glass for water, wine, and spirits... When we asked him, he objected because he thought one glass was enough...
The atmosphere is nice, but when full, it's very, very noisy.
I won't be back.

01/05/2026: I go there very often and always have a great experience. Breakfast is top-notch; the coffee and cappuccino are excellent. The pastries are fantastic. The aperitifs are excellent, with a wide selection of cocktails and tempting appetizers. They also host birthday parties, which, given their organization, are very successful. The parking lot is very large, and it's hard to find a spot. The prices are in line with what a place like this offers. I recommend it to everyone.

The gourmet flavors stand out among the range:
Casoncelli, saffron porcini mushrooms, Tropea red onion, salami, Scottish salmon, bottarga, foie gras, rhubarb, wasabi sauce, and many others emphasize its uniqueness.
26/09/2025: The gelateria is small and well-kept, with a few tables both inside and outside. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gelato is delicious, and I was very intrigued by the option to try special flavors like saffron, tomato and basil, gorgonzola, and salami (really interesting!). It's a shame the prices are truly outrageous: €8 for two cones of two flavors is unjustified.

20/02/2026: The sweet fruit is good, but compared to the Paris one, there's still a lot of work to be done.
When you taste the Paris one, the fruit flavor explodes in your mouth, whereas these ones created by Ziva contain cream and a fruit center...

19/02/2026: I went to try some fruit-shaped desserts that are making the rounds on TikTok. They were good but not excellent, just okay. There was too much cream for the filling, and they were so sweet they were almost sickening. We ordered two out of curiosity: a raspberry and a lemon. The raspberry is the best because the flavors pair better, but it's fine to eat as a pair. Also, the price is perhaps a bit steep.
Despite this, the staff was very friendly, and we had a really good time. The interior is also very cute.
If you want to try these desserts, we recommend going in the morning.

01/05/2026: Shameful, 20 minutes to take an order! I go in to ask and they tell me I'm coming, the girl comes out and walks around without taking the order... if she doesn't know how to do her job, there are other willing girls who are really eager to work. Disappointing.
