10/08/2025: A lovely, friendly hotel with breakfast and a pizzeria. A very nice hostess, very friendly, a beautiful location right on the lake, and renovated and clean rooms. The breakfast is good and the price-performance ratio is excellent. The hotel doesn't have its own beach; the beach is about 200 meters away. We felt very comfortable.

04/10/2025: We arrived around 1:15. We ordered food around 1:40 and then waited until 2:20 without receiving almost anything. Between 2:20 and 2:50, we received our first order; the kitchen closed at 3 without notifying us. Fearing we wouldn't be able to eat, we placed other orders, but clearly everything arrived much later than normal. Even sashimi and tartare dishes took at least 20 minutes. We placed another order around 3, and 20 minutes later, they came to tell us that some items coming from the kitchen wouldn't be delivered because it was closed, but they hadn't notified us. The service timing issue clearly ruined our lunch, which is a shame because the food wasn't bad. Luckily, at a table of seven, we didn't have any major time constraints, because if we'd been on a lunch break for work or any other reason, we would have had to leave before we'd had our all-you-can-eat fix. At 3.40am, after more than two hours of waiting, not everything had arrived yet.

04/10/2025: I chose this restaurant because it's close to the hospital where I had a lunchtime appointment. We arrived at 1:15 PM, water was brought at 1:40 PM, the first course at 2:25 PM, and the second course after 3:20 PM, forcing us to eat quickly. I asked for wasabi three times until I had to get up and go myself, as per the various reports of the interminable wait. The portions are also smaller and smaller than other sushi restaurants. There's no plate or soy sauce on the table; we were forced to eat with the dishes that arrived in the middle of the table at once. People were ordering later and getting theirs first. Total confusion and disorganization; I've never had an experience like this at a Japanese restaurant. Because of these inconveniences, I had to pay a lot more for parking, considering I'm a two-hour drive from home and I didn't expect to have to leave at 4 PM because of lunch. It was a nightmare. The food was decent, but we didn't get to enjoy anything; in fact, it all went down our throats. We got a €1.50 discount at the checkout, and we barely ate anything. Okay, it's Saturday, but the restaurant is small. They need a little more organization. Service like this isn't possible in 2025. Plus, it ruined our day. A waking nightmare!! Never again!!

24/09/2025: We ate here, already knowing the owners and their historic sister restaurant in Sant'Angelo Lodigiano, and we also ate here after playing at a wedding. The appetizers, first courses, second courses, side dishes, and desserts were truly delicious, and the owners (Sabrina and the others) were kind and helpful.

21/10/2025: We had a quick and delicious cold plate of porchetta with arugula and parmesan for lunch. The place is beautiful. The waitress was very friendly.

14/05/2025: Top for a family lunch with a children's area. Tasty pizzas and meat and fish dishes.

13/12/2025: The experience was absolutely delicious. I ordered the "Menu' Della Sera" and there was so much food that I had to get the second course to go. The waiters were incredibly friendly and attentive to our table throughout the evening.

04/12/2025: We didn't stay at the hotel, but we had lunch at the restaurant after our Bernina Express ride. Therefore, we can't offer any feedback on the hotel itself. Everything was absolutely perfect in terms of food and drinks, and the Chardonnay we chose was delicious. Our only suggestion would be that the knives could be a bit sharper; it would make cutting much more pleasant. Best regards, A & C

23/11/2025: The pizza was delicious, fragrant, and easy to digest! The service was also quick and friendly.

12/10/2025: I just went to ask for help because my phone battery died, the vehicle's GPS wasn't working, and I didn't know how to get to the hotel. It was quite late at night (they close at 10 PM), but I was greeted warmly with many smiles, and although I didn't intend to buy anything at first, they put my phone on charge. Then came the smell of pizza from the wood-fired oven... and it was irresistible. I ended up bringing two pizzas, and even one person from the group who didn't like pizza ate and loved the pizza from Amore e Fantasia. There are no words to describe the friendliness, the warmth, the smiles, the understanding, but there are also no words to describe the fabulous quality of the pizzas made here, with dozens of varieties to choose from. MANY CONGRATULATIONS...! :-)

17/11/2025: A disappointing brunch for €24. The fixed menu included a breakfast drink, a juice, a main course, a dessert, and a glass of prosecco. The size of the dishes was a sore point: I ordered eggs Benedict, which is usually a substantial dish, but here they served it in a modest-sized bowl containing a slice of bread, some asparagus, a couple of slices of bacon, and an egg. Not particularly good either. The desserts were very good. The purified water served at a nominal price was commendable.

23/11/2025: I ordered a takeaway pizza by the meter: I was a little disappointed by the tomato flavor, which I found a bit acidic.

26/11/2025: My review refers to the collection of a Large Surprise Bag purchased this evening through Too Good To Go (estimated value 15 euros paid 5.99); when I opened the bag I found only one type of biscuit (perhaps thrown in to empty the tray) and nothing else! I didn't go back to the shop to complain because it's late and cold but I won't buy anything else!

18/11/2025: There's no staff at this store. Unable to use the vending machines, I waited 20 minutes for someone to arrive and then left. This isn't a restaurant you'd want to spend hours at.

08/12/2025: The restaurant is located in a gallery, so the location is stunning. It's very elegant and well-decorated, and the staff is friendly and professional (especially the very charming red-haired waiter). We had a delicious risotto alla milanese in a parmesan crust. The cotoletta alla milanese is a must-try, as the meat melted in your mouth. The bill is a bit steep, but the location justifies it. We'll definitely be back.

07/12/2025: The carbonara was decent, but the place clearly lacks the basics: spices and olive oil. We hadn't even had time to dress the salad before the waiter took it away to serve it to another table. In my opinion, this is unusual. The salads themselves weren't bad, but we noticed something strange: we had two Caesar salads, but they were visibly different. One had a lot of cheese, the other almost none. It's really strange to serve such different portions at the same table. Otherwise, everything was more or less acceptable.
