All the flavors are excellent, my favorite is the grape strawberry and apple with a vegan cone! The staff is incredibly kind and friendly! 11/02/2026: Being fortunate enough to run a restaurant in a wonderful location but lacking the ability, or worse, the desire, to do so. I've been there several times and it always feels like you're being done a favor. No greetings are given either on entry or exit, and the service is sloppy.

02/05/2025: BAD, very bad! We went for lunch on a day when there weren't many people; in fact, there were only a few tables occupied. Despite this, I was served a first course and only an appetizer (Goma Wakame) within 5 minutes of ordering, but then both I and my tablemates were served half an hour later, maybe even longer! It's unacceptable. All this for simple appetizers (I got the stuffed ravioli after half an hour, but for the following courses I had to wait another 10 minutes!). After the appetizers, we received some nigiri that to call COLD would be an understatement (in fact, they looked like they had just come out of the freezer). They were inedible. The rest was adequate/fair, some good. It's not the Shabu I remembered, unfortunately. Until a year ago, it was, in my opinion, the best AYCE in Varese, but after the latest experience, I had to change my mind. Terrible service and adequate quality (maybe not even that). €25 wasted. I hope it was a random disservice, but that was our experience. I'm ready to change my mind and leave a new, better review, but we definitely won't be returning anytime soon.

13/04/2025: This Japanese restaurant is one of my favorite places. The food is always excellent: authentic dishes, meticulously prepared with quality ingredients. The space is cozy, small but very comfortable, with an intimate atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always with a smile. My favorite dish? Udon noodles, without a doubt—warm, filling, and perfectly flavorful. A true treat. It's the kind of place you'll want to return to, because you know it will never disappoint.

06/04/2026: Exclusive location overlooking the Duomo, high prices that might be justified, but subpar service. Disoriented waiters, endless waits, orders never arrived, and bland cocktails. Poor value for money. I won't be returning.

26/03/2026: Terrible restaurant! Pigeons are allowed to roam freely at the bar, and the waiters don't care. It's filthy.

14/12/2025: Horrible place, poor service, terrible drinks, expired beer. And when they saw I was with two very well-behaved dogs, they kicked me out. One of the worst places in that pretentious area. Avoid at all costs. There are three other places nearby that don't look like a shack in the Lago favela.

04/05/2026: Relaxing atmosphere and especially calm during the week, there is finally a large parking lot, the food is good, the lady who serves is very kind, the menu changes weekly, preferably book and ask for the menu in advance and if you have a smart box, excellent food... and good wine, I recommend...
