06/05/2025: Apparently their ice cream is good, I personally tried tiramisu and I don't recommend it. Ordinary tiramisu with too much cocoa, you couldn't taste anything other than cocoa. Additionally, it was so frozen that it had no taste. The pistachio tiramisu is a bit better but still not worth the price.

16/04/2025: 6pm. Empty place. One girl cleans the floor and another is behind the counter. I go in to drink a coffee and upon my request the girl tells me: "the machine is already clean" also making a gesture with her hands to make it clear that she wouldn't have done it to me anyway. Closing time is 7pm, so from 6pm onwards they send people away because they've already cleaned everything! Come on, shameful! I will never go back there again!

05/06/2025: Location of this hotel is excellent especially as we were catching an early morning Bernina Express train, it's a couple minute walk opposite the station. However, the room for 3 of us was tiny, dated and had 1 fan and the room was boiling hot. Staff were not that friendly in my opinion. Breakfast was good although again staff not that pleasant.

04/06/2025: On an outing with the Rapperswil-Jona Senior Citizens' Club, I stopped at Ristorante Saint-Jane. Excellent food, fast service, and reasonable prices.

20/06/2025: Knowing the piadineria for a while I can say that each location has great potential. I have never encountered rude staff or had problems with orders and/or drinks. The place is clean and tidy and the piadinas are of great quality

23/05/2025: Conosco questo angolo di delizia da un po' di tempo e non mi fa mai deluso.😉 Pasticceria piccola e moderna ma tutta unica. Torte e dolci buonissimi e artisticamente stravaganti, che ti conquistano prima con gli occhi e poi col palato.🤯🤤 Nonché comodo per fare colazione con un caffè e un pasticcino, serviti da una titolare energetica e solare.☀️❤️ Ve lo raccomando!!✨🤩

15/06/2025: I have always liked the piadinas of this place and I fully admit that they are very good and I have always had a good experience with the staff, but this time I am really disappointed. I ordered a piadina with the request to remove the chicken because it gave me strong stomach pains. The girl told me that it was safe to do so, after a while the piadina arrived and I started to take the first bites and in fact it was without chicken but towards the end I started to feel something strange and it was the chicken. Even though I noticed it immediately now I find myself with a very strong stomach pain. I am sorry to give a bad review but we need to be more careful about these things.

07/06/2025: Staff that gives the impression of being a bit lazy, especially the girl at the cash register. The piadina, although it may be quite good in itself, is too expensive and has little toppings. To pay more than 8 euros for a piadina I expect to find a product that fills me up completely. The drinks are very expensive, the cans are almost 3 euros. Recommended if you really have no alternatives and you want a piadina, otherwise there are better ones

11/06/2025: Sadly 0 stars doesn't exist. We arrived in Bellano yesterday evening and opted for a lake-side breakfast this morning. Got seated with amazing views and beautiful weather, and got to order after 5 minutes, and so far so good. Coffee came after 5 minutes, however after that it took about 50 minutes to get one bruschetta and one panini. Asking about where our food was, was responded with "its coming" swiftly, with no other action. Once arrived, the panini was edible but nothing good. The bruschetta was however four pieces of stale dry bread, with large pieces of unseasoned tomatoes on, and maybe a drizzle of oil. Horrid. My take - if you want a quick beer of coffee at a spot near the lake, its an option. If you want food, avoid at all costs. Also bear in mind the 2€ cover charge per person, that they don't inform about (other than likely at the last page of the menu in size 6 text). Sad start to the vacation - but hey, this just means no matter where we head next, it will just get better.

08/06/2025: I like it here. Their boba pearls are always so fresh. There was a period of time where I went there continuously & they remembered my order😭 which was really nice!

18/05/2025: The Asian lady that works there made me clean their floor for accidently dropping a drink inside! She was also filmed it while I was cleaning. I think it was really mean and disrespectful. Their workers really need a change.

30/05/2025: As a loyal customer, if an ingredient is not suitable to be included in the preparation: 1) you do not include it 2) if I point it out to you, you apologize and offer to replace the chosen piadina with another.

10/06/2025: The ice cream is really delicious; quality and with vegan and lactose-free variants. There really is nothing to say about the ice cream, in fact. But the same cannot be said about the owner, who is so unpleasant and rude that he puts you off coming in; every time I go, he really makes me feel uncomfortable because he is so surly and inhospitable.
