Large assortment, everything for the home, unbeatable prices, average product quality, essential but very functional design.

As for positioning, I prefer other IKEA products.

Lots of articles and lots of ideas.

Always a pleasure to see innovation, and always convenient for finding economical solutions to furnish and complete your home... everything is always very nice... and then putting things together is a convivial family experience.

One of the best IKEA stores. Easy to get to, never overcrowded. Very well stocked.

I'm not receiving notifications about items being ready for pickup. I'd like to point out that I've visited the store many times to purchase directly in-store and found it to be consistent with other stores of the brand. I recently tried the Click & Collect service, choosing a date and time slot. Once I passed my selected time slot (with the order still being prepared by the app), I contacted customer service to ask if the item was ready, to avoid a wasted hour's journey. I was immediately paid without any verification from the operator (I would have received a message once the item was ready). The next day, still no news, so in the late afternoon, I contacted customer service again to ask if they could check the status of my order. The operator (much more helpful than the first) contacted the store and confirmed that my order was ready for the day and time slot I'd selected. If they'd taken five minutes to check on the first call, they would have saved a customer the inconvenience of reorganizing the shipping. I advise those who use the click-and-collect service to insist on checking the status of their order.
