13/05/2025: By chance I took an ice cream in a cone to go. I took hazelnut and pistachio but the wafer in Veneto is superior. The cost 3 euros excellent. Too bad they don't have tables outside.

06/01/2026: We came here looking for French pastries, but were disappointed by the atmosphere and the service. The constant beeping of the discs signaling when your order is ready is unbearable. If you're looking for a place to relax or chat, this isn't the place for you. I ordered a hot tea and was given a cappuccino cup with a tea bag and a paper cup containing warm water to make said tea. No teapot was provided. This cost €4.50, without even service because I had to fetch it myself at the counter.

26/06/2026: In response to the previous review: I acknowledge your response, but I believe a few clarifications are necessary. Hygiene is a must. This is precisely why sanitization should be performed at closing time, avoiding welcoming customers at breakfast time with a lingering smell of bleach. Regarding the coffee, I stand by my assessment. I personally witnessed the preparation: it was dispensed in a small cup tilted on top of another. A method that, as a customer, conveyed neither the care for the product nor the attention I would expect from a business offering coffee at that price. Finally, regarding the water, I still believe the problem was neither the service nor the cost. I simply asked for a drop of water, meaning the classic glass that accompanies coffee. The request instead turned into a surreal conversation, with repeated suggestions for tap water, concluding with, "Okay, let's make it 50 cents." It would have been enough to explain right away how the service worked. Nothing, however, justifies a customer relationship that I continue to find impolite and unprofessional. And this is precisely the reason for my review. A decidedly disappointing experience. This is a historic place I frequented since I was a little girl: I fondly remember the hot chocolates and granitas I'd had there in the afternoon. Precisely for this reason, the disappointment of returning today was even greater. I went in for breakfast and was immediately greeted by a strong smell of bleach, decidedly unpleasant for an early morning. I ordered a coffee and asked for a drop of water, meaning the classic glass that normally accompanies coffee. I was asked if I wanted tap water. I said no. I then asked if the glass was served with the coffee and was again offered tap water. Only at the end was I told, "Okay, let's make it 50 cents." A frankly surreal conversation. It's not about the cost of the water, but the fact that a completely ordinary request was handled unprofessionally and without the slightest courtesy toward the customer. If a customer asks for something, simply communicate how the service is performed. There's no need for assumptions or unnecessary insistence. To top it all off, a €1.40 coffee, prepared rather sloppily. More than the coffee, I'll remember the rude approach, the lingering smell of bleach, and the feeling of being faced with improvised service that wasn't attentive to the customer. What a shame. Because certain places are remembered fondly, and I'm sincerely sorry to say that returning here was a huge disappointment.

03/06/2026: The interior is very welcoming and well-decorated, with plenty of lighting that creates a pleasant atmosphere. The outdoor patio, however, didn't particularly impress me and I found it less well-maintained than the interior. The staff was very kind and helpful: one of the waitresses even offered us free drinks, a much-appreciated gesture. As for the food, the gyoza were good and well-prepared. The sushi fish, however, didn't seem particularly fresh, which could definitely be improved. Overall, it was a decent experience, with some strong points in the welcome and ambiance, but still recommended.

09/06/2026: The place isn't very big, though it's roomy enough. It's quiet, perhaps because it's not on a busy street. But that's fine. Ideal for families. The owner is foreign, and the pizza is excellent, even with Kamut. The place is certified for celiacs. The fish is also good. The dishes are plentiful.
